September 1st, still nothing, I phone: in fact my order never left!
I request the cancellation of my order and the refund. I received a confirmation email on 09/01.
I call 21/09 because still no payment on my account. They tell me it's normal, besides the account has not yet studied your file! But the advisor tells me he's relaunching the service.
Today 8/10, still nothing, I call back. I am told "the account has not validated your request !! I am relaunching for a refund next week at the latest!"
But what is this site which does not honor its orders and which takes weeks to reimburse? When other sites reimburse in 2 days ...
We have the impression of having gone back years.
It is clear that I will never place an order at Ikea again and I even believe that I will not set foot there again either.
Continuation: October 16, finally the expected reimbursement on my account !!! 2 months and 1 week after my order !!! Long live Amazon and its refunds in 2 days!
