Twice recently I choose my furniture and twice not in stock very disappointed

Void: an order that I did not receive, they put on the fault of the carrier whereas in fact it was ikea which had not shipped! They tell me to call customer service ... customer service that doesn't respond after 30 min. The seller is not pleasant, initially does not apologize for the inconvenience. In my opinion .... he was in a bad mood. Ikea ... your reputation is starting to get a little hot ...

For: Full Ikea store, including radius kitchens.

While going to IKEA I had the impression of being in front of a private club with its security guards, and that I was refused access for non-conforming clothing. I can confirm that this is a very uncomfortable situation. It is a pity that a sign like ikea prohibits its access to people who do not wear a mask, without offering them any alternative, for example simply offering them a mask. Knowing that wearing the latter is not compulsory in large retailers, I had the impression that Ikea treated its customers like plague victims. This giant who overflowed with ideas now lacks very simple ideas. Too bad.

Store that I recommend not only for cleanliness but also for after-sales service and recovery service. The staff are patient, efficient and kind, qualities not always found in large retailers.

What bothers me with Ikea is that there are low prices on products whose quality is not crazy and that afterwards the prices go up quite quickly. I do not see too many mid-range having a good value for money after all ....
