A woman named Danielle hired me for a sweeper truck in a relationship with a supervisor who was training for 2 weeks did everything he did and was told that was not good enough was told to do things she wouldnt even do company is a joke. Honestly i believe its your state or management... The state i am in and the managers and crew i work with are great! We recently were underbid and lost a contract.. It didnt even take a year for the company to get rid of the people that underbid us and bring us back. So maybe you shouldnt do as others do. I work for IHS in the Newark, De area, flexible hours but I have been at the job for a year and have not received a raise. Was told it is not in the contract, really? This company does not appreciate their employees. Currently looking for a better position and will be investigating the contract once I find a reliable firm.

i worked there and the mangers that run the buildings for IH Services are rude and don't care about their employees as all as they are getting a pay check. My aunt just passed from cancer and they knew all this before i started and say they would work with me. I called them on June 30,2016 and told them i could make it in cause she wasn't going to make it and they told me if i did'n come in Friday i wouldn't have a jog come Tuesdays cause Monday was a holiday and my aunt passed on July 2,2016. i had 3 buildings i cleaned everyday for these people Adran, D & Y staffing and women's Pavlovian all in Huntsville Ala. i put in almost 12-15 hours a day and still lost my job there are things they do i wouldn't even do cause i have been in the cleaning business for 20 years

I worked for the company and I missed work because I got arrested but it was only one day I talked to my so called supervisor on the phone the day I missed right after I got out and everything was ok then the next day I went to work and I was fired he wouldn't even give me a chance

They are inexperienced and they care about races. 99% of employees are black, If you are white, expect you will not get paid either, and they will look for excuses to fire you... very bad managers. I don't work for the company, but I have had a bad experience with their payroll department. April and Amanda in the payroll department are very unprofessional and nasty. If you don't like your job then, find another one. Customer service is important and no matter what you're feeling like at work the customer should never be the one you take it out on.

This company is horrible. I worked for them at the new amazon building that they are building in Oklahoma city ok. The management is trash they promoted a girl in 1 week and she's trash. She's always on her phone but everybody else gets in trouble. The manager jeff dont know nothing at all. He has favoritism and is not far to others. He cuts hours makes people take a hour lunch when its only pose to be 30mins. I would never recommend no one to work for them ever. I quit cause they dont care bout nobody at all i wanna talk to hr. Worse experience ever in my life i aint neva quit a job til them. DON'T EVER WORK FOR THEM YOU'LL BE VERY UP SET.....

Joke of a company and absolutely regret signing on and working a whole 13 days. My contract ended from my former company and they took over for them and I decided to give them a try. It didn t work out and I was still available for unemployment benefits from my former company well news flash ih services is fighting it and it s not even coming from their pocket. I worked for IH Services several years ago.. I was asked at that time would i be willing to take on another bldg, to which I did.. a few weeks later I was asked could I 'run' by and clean one more warehouse in between the 2 that I was already doing.. to which I said yes.. it was supposed to be for a couple if weeks while an employee had to leave the country.. a month later I'm doing 3 buildgs.. I asked if there was any compensation for this and my answer was I will TRY to get you a raise.. well that didnt happen.. maybe a couple weeks later I was asked if I could 'help' out with a certain church.. that was huge.. and mind you it was a Saturday and sunday job.. so now I'm working 4 facilities, 7 days a week and still now raise.. I stayed on for another 2 months doing that and got so burnt out.. the 'out of country employee's never came back.. so I ended up leaving IH.. Now they have all these jobs posted all over Indeed and I'm looking to change employers so I apply.. I get the call to come in for an interview.. the interviewer was soo happy to have someone to fill his position, I was offered and told that I would start on Monday Nov 18th to which I went back to my job and gave my notice.. but during our interview I was honest and upfront about the ONLY charge on my record.. it has to do with a family member after my dad committed suicide 3 years ago.. Well I waited until Thursday Nov14th to call back and ask about the background check.. much to my surprise, I was told that I would not be hired and that I could call HR.. I did.. explained my case and HR was to contact the Interviewer and he was to call the area manager and get permission. Well here it is Tuesday Nov 19th and I practically had to send a couple of msgs to him b4 he rudely sent back and said 'I can not hire you'..
So the moral to my story is if you are looking to get paid basically nothing, work different facilities, and get no answers to ur questions- then IH is the place for you.. otherwise, keep looking.. there are better places with more money and professional supervisors out there..

I wouldn't recommend anybody work for this company, they don't put their checks in on time so for the ones who suppose to get their money a day or 2 early , some times we do and sometimes we don't. Your asked to do alot of stuff and after you clean your area, the people mess it back up in less then 30 minutes, so all the blame is on you like you didn't clean your area. It's a lot of he say and she say their and everything that happens falls back on second shift, first shift gets away with alot of stuff, and some of us have cleaned people's area that where at work and afterwords we would go and see the person just sitting their like they have no work to do. This is the worst job I have ever worked for in my life. If you are going to work for them your better off doing a part time and finding you a real job for full time.
They take their time. Stand around and talk to their coworkers. They take a whole hour when the Auto Exam could have been completed quicker. The price Is over $100 is way too much.
I don't normally leave reviews unless the review is well deserved. I worked here for a few days, work load to pay per hour is ludicrous, they pay you roughly $9 starting out and treat you like a slave with little to no weekends and make you work holidays. Management was completely clueless on certain jobs and even stated to me on multiple occassions that they didn't know how to do certain parts of the job let alone their own job. I left due to pay being absolutely horrid, and still have not been paid. If you are looking for a job that pays you a fair amount for fair amount of work, DO NOT WORK HERE, they will run you into the ground and do not care at all. I will NEVER work here again if given the opportunity nor recommend anyone to this business. How this company is still open blows my mind.

HORRIBLE! This is a third party company is paid to clean where I work. Rarely cleaned. Trash emptied every night? Don't count on it. Make sure there is soap, paper towels and toilet paper in the bathrooms? Hit or miss. Employees have vacuumed because the floors look horrible.
I would be so embarrassed to have my company name attached to this kind of service. Complaints are addressed often and still the same service.

IH services treats thier employees terrible. The Account manager of the Asheville locations, steals from the business's. She lies and does not do her job. She takes credit for all the hard work her employees put in, yet she doesn't lift a finger. She sits on the clock and does NOTHING. The cleanings are TERRIBLE. She instructs her employee to just "spray and go" no wiping of toilets, just spray with bleach and make is smell good. Pretty much her exact words. FILTHY.
This company is so unprofessional I work at Woodbury wellness nursing home in hampstead nc and I can t example the experience with the housekeeping manager Kelley very unprofessional he leaves his housekeepers to do all his work me and the other cnas and nurses And administers never see him helping out or doing his job His employees says he never come in when he is supposed to and never show up for work and always leave his employees hanging there are a lot of stuff needs to be done and they are short staff and yet we never see him here to help them out very disappointed in this company that we choose to clean our building and will be looking for another company to clean our building very soon

Newbold Services is ran by this company and they're a terrible employer to work for. When i say stay away i mean it. Management is terrible picks favorites no support. Companies who are looking to potentially hire newbold, or IH services BEWARE as well. They're a terrible company that will lie their way into your commercial building just to make a sale. Then, they will drop the ball immediately following launching. The good employees have been treated terribly. When good employees get fed up with being treated poorly they're used, & thrown out with ease, which is NOT a good look for the company at all. At one account they've had several managers since launching 2 years ago, or less. They take no responsibility for the fact that no one stays with them because of these things. They terminate employees wrongfully but try to claim it's done so legally. The list goes on. Employees not being paid when they should be, missing hours, etc. BEWARE!

I should have looked more into the company before I accepted a position with them. The amount of area they expect one person to cover in 6 1/2 hours after breaks and lunch is unreasonable. They wonder why the business complains and why employees leave. I think the business could be better if they truly added more staff and not worry so much how much they are earning after paying their employees. I have run my own cleaning business and I have cleaned in hospitals and large city high schools and the amount they expect one person to cover with such detail is just plain ridiculous especially for minimum wage. This is only the second review I believe I have ever written regarding an employer and it is meant to encourage them to reconsider the amount of staff they have on large jobs.

Facilities are disgusting. The cleanliness standards are very very low. Employees are instructed to clean as fast as they can. Nothing else matters. The actual cleaning position is nothing more than a race against the clock. Which leads to many things being left not only dirty, but filthy and unusable.
Don't know a thing about company. They're hiring/recruiting in my area. I'm planning to apply. Presently, I clean-up for income. We must move fast. That's how it is. As a former employee of IH Services, I was working in a Nursing Home in Florence, S.C.. I was fired Monday March 21, 2016. I would've been there a year in June. A co-worker lied n told I took a two hour lunch that weekend and I didn't. I got no warning and no one came to me to ask what happened the weekend of the 19th. They had the Account Manage tell me after I worked a whole shift. They treated us like slaves paying us slave wages with no room for raises. I'm gonna claim Unemployment and if they deny me, I'm taking them to court
You can work as much hours as you want, bad thing is I've been here for going on 4 weeks and still havent gotten my first pay check they said they mailed it but didnt get ANYTHING AT ALL in the mail
I love IH Services ! There is room to grow and move up!! I started out as part time and a year down the road I was promoted to management! With the help and encouragement of my DM and my customer I was able to achieve so much I will be forever be grateful! I have been with the company since 2016 they are my second family!
Safety is their 1st priority and I like the high expectations they set !! If you love to clean and take pride in what you do and care about your customer ! I recommend it !
I was hired as a permanent staff to work, I tried my best to prove that I am a good worker and after 15 days they called me at the office that the production of amazon was finished and that there was a reduction in workforce, but the worst thing was that they took me out at 10 A.M in the morning and I had to lose a whole day of work without being paid very unfair. and very dissoluted.
I loved working for IH services at Amazon in Charlotte....but the supervisor s r so unprofessional doing things such as drinking and pills on the job i understand if u n pain but everynight pills an sleeping n the car. I reported this but i guess it doesnt matter if they had REAL supervisors maybe they could keep a good team..Not a good cleaning service to work for...people get fired and just come back to another shift

I was night shift supervisor. The company pays POORLY. You CAN'T take a day off UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES until AFTER A FULL Year of employment. Theu threaten to fire you FOR EVERYTHING. My account manager Tracy Kinney was sooooo lazy. All she did was sit eat and smoke. I worked at Amazon AVP1. The place was NEVER clean. They broke so many OSHA violations iys not even funny. The shifts are 12 hours with two 15 minute breaks. You get 38 hrs so youre not full time. NO MEDICAL COVERAGE AND NO VACATION AND NO RAISES. The account manager was THE WORST. If I could give this place negative stars I would.
I loved working for the company however the leadership that they have in place is spiteful and does not care about her employees. The company is not at fault for her issues but it is sad when in less than 3 months everyone who started originally with them and the new contract is gone almost. That should have thrown up a red flag for upper management to find out why these well qualified people are all gone turn over rate should not be that high

I worked for ihs for the last three weeks at the lowes distribution plant in adairsville ga and there are five other employees four of whom I met and the other just briefly and the boss and the lady on week days are meth heads along with the girl I had to work with on weekend shifts all she done was sit in the janitorial closet and straighten her hair and stay on snap chat or facebook they didn't use any disinfectants until I started using them and wondered why so many distribution workers stayed sick all the time..they clean the cafeteria tables,floors,microwaves,ect with windex and the toilets with joy dish detergent but the guy who works night shift has been caught sleeping several times on the job and carries a DVD player with him to work each night to watch movies..he cleans the toilet seat with the toilet brush!..I was left Saturday by myself and had to figure out what to do from 1145 am til 5pm because the girl I work with had to get off early to take her boyfriend whom is on curfew to family diner and lied and said it was her family dinner and to watch the bama game so I was left to work alone Saturday after this only being my 8th day working because my "boss" was to busy putting her mother in a nursing home and looking at houses to buy to come help me so I hurt myself and she told me Saturday when I was leaving when I talk to her that if I reported the incident she would fire me and then calls me and tells me I've been late so she's gone have to let me go cause she doesn't want to get chewed out when she turns it in to e pay(?) this has been the worst job experiance in this type of work I've ever experienced and they don't clean half of what needs to be cleaned they don't change the trash bags but once a week so they just dump the small cans into the one big can and change the big bag and the girl I was working with was taking the quarters out of the women's pad despencer and she didn't put a little brown bag in the women's stale so there were used feminin products in it and she left it and just put a glad freshner in and then a bag in there on top of it all ugh it's disgusting and there very unfair and never give raises because nobody has got one in three or four yrs
