I have had a great experience working with Giovanni Amadeo from the WPI Team. As the property manager he has provided himself as always accessible and has been incredibly timely and responsive in addressing any issues (whether it be as small as a light bulb or replacing a door handle). Thank you so much Gio!

I wish I could give ZERO stars! I've been "working" with Hal O'Keefe with no response whatsoever. I emailed him 3 weeks in advance of my move-in at the Ruby condo building in Eastlake and asked 2 simple questions: 1) Is there a loading dock and 2) is it possible to get my name/number in the call-box by my move-in date as I had several people (movers, cable guy, parents, etc.) coming the day of my move. I called him 3 times and left a voice mail and emailed him twice with NO response.

He finally left me a voice mail and advised the pads would be up in the elevator and I was all set for my move on Thurs. I emailed him back and said thanks but please note my move is on Friday. Come to find out, he scheduled 2 moves at the same time on the same day (with only 1 slow elevator to share) and it ended up in disaster.

I'm now moving out of that building and am having the same issue. I've emailed him 3 times (in the past 2.5 weeks) asking if he can confirm the elevator pads will be up, if he scheduled any other moves at that time (because if so, I'll reschedule when my movers arrive) and if he can please get my name/phone # out of the call-box by my move-out date. Of course I have heard absolutely nothing.

There were several other issues (with my storage unit, etc.) and he never took care of any of it. I'm at the point where I'm going to call and talk to his manager, but I have a feeling this is just how WPI runs their business and won't do anything about it. Whatever you do, DO NOT use WPI and if you do, make sure Hal is not your main point of contact!

We love the apartment we are in, Zerky has been very helpful and attentive when we have needed him and provided us an opportunity to renew our lease with no hassle and no exorbitant fees. I've always said that integrity starts at the top, and I do not know anyone in my business life or personal life that has more integrity than the founder of WPI, Shiao-yen Wu. She is an amazing human being, and her company reflects her commitment to doing things the right way. I've seen many sides of WPI, from having them manage a property for us, to renting one of theirs, and every interaction has been top shelf. They are a great property management company, among other things. And they have a human side, too. Giovanni attended my late sisters memorial service and was there to share our grief. I'd say that anyone in the market for a residential purchase, sale, rental, or property management need look no further than WPI!

Very poor experience of dealing with this property agent as a prospective renter. The agent was unresponsive over an entire weekend, failed to respond to emails for hours requesting a showing time, didn't provide a cell number when we had an outline plan to view. We had a wasted journey to view an apartment with a tiny child in tow, because this guy simply didn't show up or get back to us. This was extremely rude and inconsiderate. It's no wonder the apartment in question has been listed for over 19 days. It's in a fantastic building and a good price it should have flown off the books. I personally wouldn't bother dealing with these people if you're a prospective renter.

Working with Theron and WPI has been a pleasure. Absolutely one of the best relationships with building management I've had as a tenant. If you are looking for a place to live, you won't go wrong working with this team.

I started renting with WPI about two years ago and could not be more happy with their service especially because of Jazmine Garcia. She has always been professional and helpful. She was great with the application process it went very smoothly. While living here she has been so helpful as a property manager. Anytime there is a problem she attends to it right away and attacks the problem head on with no delay and a smile on her face. Thanks Jazmine for being so awesome and making life a lot easier.

We had a very pleasant home buying process with TC Wu. His customer service was unbeatable! As a first-time homebuyer, TC spent time walking us through the process and gave us a lot of sincere advice. He put himself into our shoes and never rushed us into making decisions. TC and his team went above and beyond in reviewing contracts and documents, planning offer strategies, and negotiating terms. We were able to reach mutual acceptance with sellers on several properties in such a competitive market. Additionally, when the loan officer messed up our loan, TC strived to handle the difficult issues. It is a time like this to show a real estate broker's professional knowledge, and how far he is willing to go for his clients. TC did a wonderful job and helped us get the best result. TC is not only a responsible and trustworthy real estate professional, but also a true friend who cares about his clients. We very satisfied with TC Wu and his team's service. We definitely will want to work with him again in the future and of course, recommend him to anyone.

I highly recommend Mason. He is professional, knowledgeable, patient and great to work with. He took the time to get to know what my goal was and knew what to do to get me there. He found the perfect house for me and then sold my other house within a day! Thanks, Mason!!!

How are they not closed down already? A truly terrible company and some property managers need to be fired.

We had a great experience with Mason Hwu. He was very knowledgeable about the local market and made great suggestions for getting our property sold. He was always easy to reach to answer our questions. We wouldn't hesitate to use Mason or WPI again for our future real estate needs. Great realtor!

Terrible company with terrible property managers. They changed our property manager a month in to someone who had no idea about our property. Our new manager preceded to show up whenever he wanted, often parked outside our house seemingly watching us. Was found in our house without any notice. Property wasn't cleaned when we moved in and mold infested. If you used them make sure to take pictures as soon as you move in.

Always prompt responses and super helpful. Really ease all my stress from managing all my properties.

I wish there was a zero star ability. This has been a very disappointing company. Understaffed and will never return a call or follow through with site visits to maintain property. Please look elsewhere!

Cancelled when we were 10 mins from a rental showing, and the agent pretended that we hadn't confirmed (when really it seemed like he forgot and hadn't notified the tenants). The other terrible reviews here confirm our experience. Will be sure to avoid WPI listings in the future!

WPI is the place I refer people for Property management services as they do a great job for their clients and are very professional, they have low fees too. I highly recommend giving them a call!

I had a great experience renting from WPI in the Spring of 2020 when looking for a new apartment to rent in the neighborhood. They were easy to communicate with, reasonable in their monthly pricing, and overall very professional. In particular my landlord (Don) was always easy to get ahold of and kept the property in great condition. Their online payment portal is also easy to use!

Overall I think this is a great management company and I wouldn't hesitate renting a property under them if one comes up. It's always better to go through a company when dealing with apartments and this one is great.

I have been very happy with WPI and my property manager Jasmine Garcia. She was always quick to respond to any questions I had and was a great help when I needed to find extra storage space. She communicated very well whenever there was anything going on in the building and made me feel right at home. I highly recommend Jasmine to anyone looking to rent an apartment in the 5th Ave Manor, I really enjoyed my time there.

I had an incredible experience working with TC from WPI. He was patient and did not attempt to pressure me into making a quick decision like many other brokers I ve worked with in the past. He was extremely open to what I wanted, took the time to show me the various options at my price point, and was extremely knowledgable on the local real estate market. When we finally found a property that we loved, TC was laser focused on helping us secure the property from negotiating a better price, getting non-standard and unfavorable terms removed from the contract, and ensuring that all items were identified and fixed as part of the home inspection.

WPI and TC are fantastic and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for their next home!

Allison is amazing at being hands on and proactive with tenants. She showed genuine concern by taking time out of her day and taking physical action to help tenants with needs. She is very helpful and resourceful. When moving out, last month's rent and deposit was quickly returned, wpi is very trustworthy, reliable and impressive!

I was sharing an office at Firdale Village for 5 years. When I outgrew that spot, a space 2 doors down opened up so I grabbed it. That space had the same tenant for 13 years and needed a serious face-lift. Allison at WPI allowed me to pick out my own flooring and paint colors to create my perfect office. Lots of convenient parking and convenient to I-5 and hwy 99. It's a gem of a location.

Mason was simply amazing. He was able to move our house during a pandemic... enough said! Mason was always quick to return calls on any questions my wife or I had. We were absolutely thrilled with the service Mason provided for us. We will definitely use him on our next purchase. Thank you for having Mason at WPI Real Estate! He is definitely a valuable asset!

Overall, I did not have a great experience with WPI real estate. When we initially moved in it was clean, but for the amount we were charged I felt we were given the "college kid" treatment since we were all young adults living in the home. I would have expected a little better treatment for the amount we were paying and the condition we maintained and left the home.

The real kicker was the lack of care and immediate response to the bee infestation we had crawling out of out kitchen light fixture for almost two weeks. They took care of it, but it took longer than I would have expected.

Not the worst rental company I have ever used, but I would recommend others before this one in the Seattle area.

I have given three years of my life as a renter to WPI Real Estate. I am living in a 100 year old home in u-district that WPI Real Estate manages, they are an amazing company that love their tenants and make sure we are well taken care of. I love that they don't seem money hungry driven. if there is a problem, they fix it right away. Unless you call at midnight wanting them to fix a hall way light bulb, you are just going to have to wait until the next day when they are open haha. The management team is young, fresh and great people in general. I love that I can walk in and hold a casual conversation with them. Overall a great company!

We rented a house from WPI real estate in Bellevue, WA for 2.5 years while I was in dental school. The positive - the house was nice, we thoroughly enjoyed the location and the house.

Negatives... There are plenty and they all have to do with customer service of WPI after our first agent left. The second agent did not answer any of our calls or messages at all. The house filter hadn't been changed and the heater hadn't been serviced since 2007 so we made a request to have it serviced with no avail. The dryer broke about 8 months before we moved out, and no one responded to our requests to fix it. The stove in the kitchen was sparking, again with no response. The agent finally responded when he heard from our future landlord that we applied to move. Then he reached out my husband and I both.

We now have moved out for months and have been calling them about our deposit, now trying to deal with the manager or this company, and we have yet to receive a call back from him/her. Needless to say, very unprofessional and we would not recommend going through this company.

I recently met Allison Lee and Shiao-Yen Wu to look at renting an office space in their building in Maple Leaf. We went as far as to enter into a three-year lease together for what I believe is a very reasonable rent. The building itself is very well-maintained and it would have been a pleasure to work there. They were very accommodating of all of my needs. I discovered soon after that the office itself is not soundproof enough for me to work there and protect my clients' privacy (I am a counselor), and needed to terminate our agreement. Allison was very understanding and decent with me as we parted company - she refunded my deposit immediately. Should the opportunity present itself, I would be very happy to work with her again. Indeed, they are looking for an alternative for me in another of their buildings.

My partner and I recently moved into our apartment in Fremont managed by Giovanni Amadeo from WPI Real Estate, and the experience so far has been awesome! The move-in process was seamless and Geo has been super easy to get in touch with about any questions we've had.

TC is truly a friend and has helped us through this journey with his patience and also insights to help us to find the house best-fit for our needs! We trust WPI and are grateful for their help~

Mason is the reason why we've been able to make our dream of homeownership a sweet reality. Our experience with him was easy and enjoyable due entirely to the skill Mason has to serve his clients. He was always quick to answer our first-timer questions and made himself available to us as we needed. WPI provides us with great service (I'm on the board of an HOA). Caitlin is a hard worker, and always knows what's going on with our neighborhood. In addition, she is very aware of trends, and provides us with helpful input. Very thankful for her good service, and for WPI!

His responses are always timely and effective, he s easy to deal with and is solution-oriented. As a first time landlord I needed someone who could take over all the maintenance and I felt reassured that my property was in good hands.

WPI is fantastic. I have been really impressed with Jazmine (our on-site manager) and Theron (property manager). The complex is always well taken care of and Jazmine answers my calls even at unreasonable hours. A couple months back, we had some people who pried open our security doors with screw drivers and oil. Jazmine got the doors fixed within hours and made sure that extra security measures were added to the doors where applicable. Every issue or problem that has arose while I have been renting with WPI has been handled right away and is always communicated to us. Thanks for everything!

I lived in my current apartment for the past 5 years, the association that used to handle our HOA is not that great. Recently we got switched to WPI Real Estate Services and it was a good change for all the residents here. So far they have handled everything in a timely manner and whenever we have questions someone will answer our questions promptly. Really appreciated the new service we got from WPI!

Mason was excellent to work with from start to finish! Extremely knowledgeable of the market to all of the processes to the very end and beyond that. Really had our best interests in mind making sure we were 100% happy with the home before moving forward. Will definitely work with Mason again for our next home and refer any family/friends looking towards purchasing a home.

Renting through WPI Real Estate has been the most miserable rental experience of my adult life. Not only are they unresponsive, rude, and VASTLY unprofessional, they are CONSTANTLY refusing to maintain my rental and address a number of concerns. It can take LITERAL months to get ahold of the property manager (who, it should be noted, has changed more than once, with zero communication to the tenants, leaving us wondering who the FFFF to call when the roof starts leaking [as no one answers the office phone]), only for the PM to refuse to acknowledge a growing number of safety and health concerns regarding the home that I live in. TLDR; WPI Real Estate is woefully inept. Bye.

Quick in the beginning to promise all things would be in working order, presented themselves as "the" go to property manager and all that entales. Has quit doing the punch list, now not responding to calls, emails and tonight leaking roofs. Big big disappointment. For owners, probably great. As a leasee for 2 yrs (long term home owner) VERY disappointing, shameful.

My experience with WPI and its property managers was extremely positive! I would like to give my regards to specifically Denny Lin who had looked after our property in Kent WA consistently for the years we have not been in state. He took the initiatives to inform us right away on any updates with regards to our tenant satisfactions and property conditions. We were also able to successfully sell our house with much thanks to him and his team. Very thankful for the WPI team!

We have had a great experience with Giovanni as our property manager for the past two years. He is always friendly in the halls, and he is very attentive to the property. Whenever we have any apartment issues or requests he responds quickly and takes care of it without any hassle, and he is very professional. It has been a great experience working with Giovanni and I would recommend his services to anyone looking to rent a place in Seattle.

My experience with WPI has been mostly negative. Although the CEO is very responsive and helpful, the property manager (AJ Watanabe) whom I interacted with was unresponsive, rude, and spiteful. He wouldn't get back to me with information unless I reminded him, and he made it seem like coming to the property was a chore. Towards the end of our interactions, he seemed to go out of his way to inconvenience me. Your mileage may vary if you are assigned to a different property manager (I'm particularly optimistic because the CEO and his team were very professional and kind when I contacted them), but I would never want to have AJ as a property manager.

We have been renting from WPI for over a year now and our building manager Giovanni Amadeo has been incredibly helpful and friendly to us and accommodating to any needs we may have had. I am always nervous about moving into a new place, but Giovanni made it a very welcoming and easy experience. Giovanni has always gone above and beyond to help us! This is the best renting experience we have ever had!

One of the worst companies I have ever worked with. We had to name our representative "the ghost" in our phone because he was impossible to get a hold of. Kept getting tossed between representatives too which made contacting the right person very difficult. Unless you have good money I'd say don't trust this company because they're only in it for the money and not for satisfied costumers.

Don Truong is a great landlord and point of contact for WPI, he is extremely quick to help in any situation. The property I stayed in was lovely and well maintained.

Renter with them for several years. They will take several days to respond to calls/emails & when they finally get back to you it takes ages to get things done. The way they manage their rentals is to do the cheapest possible repair (if they even do it) & charge the most they can for low quality housing. Can't believe these guys get paid. Go somewhere else. Subpar housing & even lower than subpar service.

We have used WPI for several years to manage our apartment buildings. We have been very pleased with the appearances and the financial performances of the buildings under your care. I will recommend you to other investors looking for quality property management.

I have been so happy with Giovanni Amadeo, the property manager of my apartment building, owned by WPI Real Estate. I have lived in this apartment building close to 10 years and during this time have learned that I can rely on Gio for pretty much anything! He even texts me when he sees that my packages have been delivered to the mailroom. He's very trustworthy, and quick to respond to my questions and concerns. I was actually thinking about moving to a bigger place but decided to hold off until I'm ready to buy because I'm so happy at my current place.

The recent house that TC helped me bought is the type I will never buy on my own. But he convinced me the potential of the house. We ended up competing with a builder, which confirmed his evaluation of the situation.

We actually bought the house at $20k less than the builder's offer. He is such a good negotiator and stayed one step ahead of the competitors.

Also we saw the house early March, which was right before King county's lock down. It was a scary moment in time and was hard to see the future. We discussed in length what to do, considering the macro economic environment, my employment stability and personal finance condition.

Eventually we decided to move forward, which I am so grateful when looking back.

Great attention to detail. Few realtors know how to structure a deal to make it attractive to all parties, but Mason knows what he's doing.

The professionals at WPI are a complete pleasure to work with. TC Wu has a deep knowledge of the Seattle real estate market going back many years, and he made excellent recommendations when it came to what type of house made the most sense for my me and my wife since we were new to the area, including how to avoid common pitfalls for new buyers.

Yannis Lau made our first time home buying process a breeze. As a first time buyer, things could have gotten very confusing, but she was very resourceful and professional. She's someone who will listen to your needs and will try her best to find you the perfect home. She was very patient with us through every step. I was genuinely happy when we finally found a home. If you want someone who is confident and passionate about finding you the right home, Yannis will be the right person.

This is a 2-part review. One review is for TC who helped me to purchase a property, the other . review is for Wei who manages my existing rental property.

I've purchased investment properties by myself before, I know my strength and struggles.

During our first meet, in front of a puget sound map and neighborhood by neighborhood, TC described the characteristics and investment considerations. That enabled us to align our goals, lock down the small area in which we should focus our search, and the basic property requirements. This first step is super important and it allowed me to build trust toward TC and his company.

During our walk through of several properties, TC listened to my opinions carefully and also clearly shared his opinions. This allowed us to better understand each other's thought process when looking at a property. This is the 2nd super important step because it gave TC the power and the confidence to do first round assessment efficiently, and it saved both of us, especially me, a lot of time.

The 3rd step he took that really made me feel like VIP is he contacted 2 loan vendors and even met one with me. He analysed the quotes line by line and made the recommendation. It really put my mind at ease and allowed me to focus on property evaluation.

When the property that we eventually bought came on the market, TC knows immediately that this one has the right potential and convinced me to take a look after work instead of weekend. What a right decision, we made an offer the next day and reached an agreement, and the seller cancelled the open house scheduled on the weekend. This is incredible velocity.

I will continue work with TC and his company on my next purchase.

Wei Cheng from WPI manages a condo I own. Two days after my new tenant moved in, the unit above mine had a severe water leak and damaged the kitchen and den area of my unit. In no time, Wei reached out to HOA, building manager and the water damage control company (that HOA hired) to assess the repair schedule and insurance policy.

After his assessment, he recommended that in order to reduce our rental loss, we shouldn't wait for HOA but hire a contractor to fix the area so we can move the tenant back ASAP. He hired a contractor and helped me negotiated the price. He also provided the before/after fix photos, rental loss estimation and contractor bill to assist me filing a claim with my own insurance company.

Within 15 days, all the work are done and my tenant has moved back. During that same period, I was moving my mom to a senior apartment. Wei's work allowed me to focus on taking care of my mom's move and had greatly reduced the stress level.

I am purchasing new investment property and would love to have Wei manage.

Giovanni Amadeo from WPI Real Estate has been a great property manager for us so far. We had a seamless experience moving into our apartment in Fremont and Gio has been a pleasure to work with through it all!

I've lived in my apartment since 1994 and I've been here through several owners, managers, and residential managers in that time. WPI Real Estate Services and Giovanni Amadeo has done right by me. All of the repairs have been taken care of in a timely manner and Giovanni has even gone above and beyond to help me out with my packages that I'm unable to bring up the stairs myself.

Even my cat, Otis, likes him and Otis doesn't let anyone but me ever see him.

I've been using WPI as our property management for almost 30 years and I am very happy and satisfied with their services. The property managers work very hard and deliver the results. The accountant keeps accurate and prompt action to maintain the book healthy. Sales person provided super dedication for us to sell/purchase beyond typical compare can do. The company management makes their team employees happy which makes the employee work diligently and hard for the company and their clients. Working with TC Wu and WPI to find my dream condo was an absolute pleasure. Not only was he attentive to all of my requirements, he also pointed out things I had never even considered. His methodology ensured that no rock was left unturned throughout the entire process from the initial meeting, the home search, the offer proposal, and the final closing. From a buyer s perspective at no point was there any pressure. He and his team were there to provide their expert feedback regarding any questions and concerns I had in regards to specific properties or any general questions regarding the overall market.

It was important for me that I find a high rise condo with a great view in downtown seattle within a specific price range. Initially it was very challenging to find a property that satisfied all of these requirements. Eventually, TC was able to find a property that hit all of these marks... with one caveat - price range was about 50k higher than my budget. TC discussed with me a good strategy for an offer proposal in order to get the price I wanted. He immediately went to work putting together the offer and reviewed the documentation with me to make sure that every detail was covered. Thanks to his negotiation skills, our first offer was accepted at 10% below the listing price! The excellent customer service did not end there. He even came with me for a final walk-through to make sure that everything in the unit was cleaned out properly and move in ready before handing me the keys. TC Wu and the WPI team did an excellent job in helping me find the perfect home for me in Seattle. To be honest, I was so excited to buy my first home that at first everything looked great... Four walls and indoor plumbing? Sounds great! A lesser agent would have just let me have at it and buy just any old place. But not only did TC stop me from buying a place that was just plain bad, he took time to teach me a lot more about what to look for in a home and an investment, how to be patient in finding what I really want, and eventually helped me pick not a just decent buy but the VERY best possible place for me. I love my home and I am so glad that I had TC and his team at WPI. They were excellent throughout the entire process of not only getting everything done smoothly, but also explaining the process to me and making great recommendations that just made things so much easier. There are certain people that we all run across in the course of our lives who are extraordinary, the kind of people who go the extra mile for others- not out of any sense of self-interest but because they are caring and kind.

Giovanni Amadeo, a property manager with WPI Real Estate, is one of those people.

I made my home at Francis Apartments, a property Giovanni manages, from 2006 until just recently. I loved living there. One of the reasons I loved living there was that Giovanni made it a wonderful and warm place to live.

Giovanni excelled at everything you would hope for in a property manager. He made the building run well from advising us all on maintenance issues to icing the walkways on cold mornings.

However, in addition to what one might expect from a property manager, Giovanni did much more: he made Francis Apartments a true home.

As an example: I worked at home, and I d often have my windows open for fresh air. As I worked, I d hear him greet and talk with the other residents. From older residents to young children, he d welcome each person by name with warmth and kindness.

Giovanni always engaged everyone in much more than small talk. And he d always remind us all to come to him with any concerns. My experience is that Giovanni is one of those rare people in life who goes beyond in all that he does.

Like most everyone these days, I m exceptionally busy. I have a seemingly endless list of things to do. However, I m taking the time out of it all to sit down and write this.

If I am writing this, I know that I m speaking for many, many others who feel exactly the same way: Giovanni is an extraordinary person. He s one of those people who, if you re lucky enough to come across them, your life will be better. And, if you move into a property managed by Giovanni, I know he will make it feel like a home.

How is anything higher than a one-star review possible for this joke of a property management company? The service they provided to my daughter at her condo was beyond repellant. No Internet or cable TV in her unit for over half a year because they were too lazy to do anything about it and insisted it was a problem "inside her unit", even though they had promised the prior owner they would handle the issue.

Guess what? The problem ended up being a severed wire in the hallway near the elevator, nowhere near my daughter's unit. We had to spend countless hours handling and tracking down the issue, because WPI TOTALLY FAILED at their job--and only grudgingly allowed us to engage repair services to explore outside her unit after multiple requests.

Beyond this debacle, WPI failed in myriad other ways. One look around the Ruby and its "old-before-its-time" infrastructure should serve as fair warning that they are not up to the task of simple prophylactic maintenance. Why the Ruby board continues to put up with WPI is beyond me...I suspect someone is enjoying a happy ending somewhere, but it certainly can't be the tenants of the properties they manage.

If you get stuck with Roger as your property manager good luck getting anything fixed. It took 5 or 6 phone calls before he would respond even when a sink began leaking and the emergency water shut off did not work.

Absolute absentee landlord.

Worst experience ever. WPI "managed" my apartment that I lived in for nearly 3 years. During the first year, the water tank in my room leaked, damaging the carpet, causing mold and all they did was replace the tank. They did not take care of the damaged carpet. The washer/dryer had to be repaired 5 times during the 3 years. I had the toilet leaking water and it took over 4 months for them to fix it. And it still leaked after they "fixed" it. When I tried telling them that the repair didn't work, they did not come back to fix the leak. Then last year, the water tank in apartment above me leaked, causing more water damage and mold problems. I called them and told them that they can come in and fix the damage from the leak anytime, but they did nothing. In the end, I had no choice but to leave because of the mold problem was a danger to me and my children. Before I left, I did my best to clean the apartment and told Roger Schiess that I hired a carpet cleaning company to clean the carpet. Yet, I just got a bill from them charging me for the water damage, the cleaning, and especially the carpet cleaning... which is maddening since I TOLD them that I got the carpets professionally cleaned.
I have always paid my rent on time in full and still received the worst service to the point of endangering my family and I. I feel that WPI scammed me by charging me for damages that they did not fix during the time I lived in that apartment.

Mason knows the research methods for selling. He listed the home for the price I wanted and we had a two bids the same day he put it on the market. Mason followed through to the end, keeping me in the loop, letting me know exactly what would happen next and keeping me from jumping the gun on any other adventure. I'm making a promise now that if I decide to buy again, Mason will be the first person I call.

Tremendous support by Sabrina at WPI Real Estate Services for property management. VERY quick and thorough help in all areas of HOA management. Puts the previous property management companies we've had to shame. Put a very successful Zoom meeting together for our annual meeting (due to virus situation). thanks for the great help!

I just can't say enough about Mason Hwu and the amount of respect I have for him as a professional and a person. He is incredibly knowledgeable, has outstanding people skills and is tenacious about helping you. We had several obstacles to overcome to be able to buy and Mason never gave up on us and was there backing us up at every turn. And most importantly communication is key, personally it is a difficulty for me but Mason skills at sincerely listening and patiently explaining was a much needed breath of fresh air and created trust. I have four years of experience with WPI, they are locally owned an the only property managers I have seen that actually do their job well.
Theron, one of my managers, has construction experience and always responds quickly when I need help. I have seen other companies try to manage apartments and homes and they do not do the job as well.

I was seeking a 5+ bedroom 2+ bath residence in the greater Seattle area and was not having much luck. I was utilizing the typical property search engines and was being stonewalled with all the scams. I happened to come across a listing through WPI Real Estate Services (WPI) and the agent (Zerky Liang) listened to my specific requirements and needs with rapt attention. I ve renting in Seattle for the last 14 years, and I recently moved into a little apartment in a WPI property. The place is cozy and relatively affordable. It has a rooftop deck for the building, a washer and dryer in the unit, and lots of windows. I knew all this before moving in, but yu never know what the management is going to be like. I am happy to say that Giovanni has been a great manager since I moved in. He takes a real interest in residents concerns and seems to have established very good rapport with community members. And he can often be seen actively working to keep the property tidy and comfortable. The combination of location, price, amenities and management make this a five star move for me.

She is wonderful, detail-oriented, thoughtful, and also fair, one of the best agent I ever had!

Ms. Leong works so much for me, drove me everywhere till I finally got the house I like. Because I don t drive so she worked harder and spent more time with me. She always gets back to my requests or questions quickly and working tirelessly. One day I found another house, so I told her I like that one, but I didn t know she was going to go for a trip the next day. She just drove over and took me there trying to get the feeling about that area about 10pm! God! I love her! Not only that, she works went to farther than normal people. On the day of my escrow money due, to pay the payment on time she even drove me to my bank!
Another day, after the signing before the closing I told her I would like to get some detailed sizes of the house. She has a time conflict, so she asked the seller agent to be there to help me. The agent said to me, Carol is the best! She is responsible, and very easy to work with you should keep her forever :-) !
