Staff has great product knowledge, good prices as well. No military discount, bummer.

The help wasn't helpful. Clean store and good selection though....

Friendly staff, was approached twice for help. I love this store. Its the best garden and ace hardware in one place.

Excellent and friendly staff. Some of the young uns on staff don t know too much about a lot of gardening questions but you can seek out one of the more permanent fixtures (meaning older folks) and they know their stuff! East is a wonderful resource for just about anything, but I ve picked his brain for all things garden & lawn. Haven t stumped him yet!

Really great place, I know this may sound crazy but just being there made me want to own a farm hahaha. With horses and chickens.

Friendly service manager seen I was sitting there for a little while waiting on my order cashiers are really nice service was fast excellent manager got extra people to help out and got me out of there quick and it wasn't a slow day either they were busy as can be

I have been here hundreds of times. This place is well organized, with a friendly staff. I can always get what I need for my livestock and pets. They have some power equipment, tools, and I love their clothes, especially for winter.

We loved this place, we went for the second time and found everything we needed to so easily! It was perfect!

I have regularly fertilized my lawn in the fall for a nice/healthy green lawn in the spring.
Stopped by to pick that up.
Also, notice a gopher hole in my yard!
Stop that quick!!!
Got some smoke bombs
They had those too!!
Did I mention the helpful/friendly staff?
They have plenty of helpful staff to answer your questions and get you help with what you need!!

Great help here, they definitely know what they are doing. Prices are a little higher than most tho.

They aren t controlling the number of people entering the store. I am willing to change my review if that changes.

Go in all the time for years and would get a little bit of a discount witch i dont mind but the service was horrible

This store has all kinds of animals food, clothing, work shoes, plants and the baby chicks are so cute.

Got some awesome muck boots very happy our building had flooded and they opened up early to get me the boots I am very pleased

I could walk in for one item and walk out with more then I went in for.

They require masks and had plexiglass in front of the cash registers.

IFA is TOP SHELF in everything from their product to their customer service. Their employees are very knowledgeable in their products they self and extremely helpful with anything else. I love their store

One of the employees was great to lift a huge bag of lamb milk for us and they were so fast to load the straw. Easy entry and fast!

Have always been able to count on these guys for excellent help and explanation for all products.

One of our preferred places to pick up animal and garden supplies.
The staff is friendly and if they don't know the answer have found another employee who can.

Always get my step 4 fertilizer every spring- my kids love to see the baby chicks and ducks too

Store has essential items that other places don't have which is why I go there, the employees are rude and impolite when "helping" a customer.

Hard to find someone to help but they had everything I was looking for at reasonable prices.

I would rate it as a 10. Staff is very friendly and helpfull

I have two large dogs and this is the only place I can keep supplied without breaking the bank. Helpful staff is also a plus!

I just experienced hands down the best customer service I've ever had. Sue answered all of my many questions with a lot of knowledge, and when she wasn't sure based on my circumstances, she called another employee to check for an answer who immediately let her know. She is warm, cares about what's best for the customer and when the smallest bottle of a more expensive product was sold out, she asked for inventory at other stores, found out that it could be ordered within a few days, and ultimately gave me a more affordable option since I didn't want to wait three days. She also saw me later on with a lesser quality item and let me know the weak points in case I wanted to buy it so I would avoid bigger problems, and what a better option would be.

I'm so, so glad I came here, and feeling fortunate Sue asked me if I had any questions, because yes. I had all the questions.

Blonde cashier was very rude and had attitude. Other than that I love this store.

Love love IFA! Went in to get shots for my puppy was only $13 for his first 5 shots. Employees are very friendly and always ask if you need help. Also have great deals on clothing and boots.
