My favorite place for yard care supplies, pesticides, herbicides, and all things outdoor. Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Can't go wrong here.

Great for planting and animal care, but a little over priced

I only go here when I have to get shots for dogs tried shopping and employee was rude so I just go to buy those and leave

The staff here are always pleasant and the atmosphere is nice. They don't compete on price, but they're conveinant and an easy trip.

Dog to Bird, lawn care to long hairs, boots to seed, feed plus remedies. IFA has what you need.

IFA what can I say, when I need chicken food, rabbit food, or dog food there's no other place to be. So go buy yourself a chicken or two , and definitely you need two rabbits cuz you don't start breeding them on purpose and go down to IFA that's all I can say...

Great store for home, pets, farm. The checkout is really inefficient. I wish there was one checkout for customers who only have a few items and no orders. It is painfully slow in both stores in Salt Lake City and most of the cashiers are quite disinterested.

Love this store, friendly employees, always willing to open another register when lines get a little long. If you are raising animals i suggest coming here for any feed or supplies!

The best fertilizers, weed killers, bug control, seeds, and more. Friendly, helpful staff.

Get all of your fertilizer here and garden supplies, weed killers and other treatments. Knowledgeable staff and great prices. Don't even worry about Home Depot or Lowe's, they are way over priced. Named brand fertilizers are produced along side other brands, you are just paying more for the bag. Take the kids with you to see the chicks and bunnies.

Really friendly staff, I always find what im looking for I normally get food for my chickens.

I needed Anasazi beans. I called ahead of time to make sure they had them and they said they did. I dragged my toddler and infant across the valley through traffic to find out that they did not have the anasazi beans that they had previously claimed to have on the phone.

I will give the young woman credit that she at least said "sorry" even though she was walking away as she said it. The young man at the cash register just gave me a blank stare when I expressed how upset I was that I had made a trip for nothing.

I understand that mistakes happen, but couldn't you at least pretend to care?

So we just happened to go when they were doing customer appreciation day...holy smokes they went all out and got a variety of animals like alpacas, camels, turtles...etc for kids to pet. They had food and whatnot.
Anyways...we love going to IFA because they always have knowledgeable people there. We have had all of our questions and fears answered and calmed when we are there. Doesn't matter if it's about our lawn or our wanna be gardeners questions...they are always there. When we decide to have chickens we are going to them!

Applied our step 1 a few weeks ago. My lawn has weeds all over it. So disappointed. Going to have to use another method I guess. *****New update to this review. My husband called to ask about it and why we had weeds. The lady on the phone was very nice and said step 1 is not for weeds it s for crab grass and is a pre emergent. She said not to lose faith that once we apply step 2 in another week or so, which is weed and feed, we will see a difference........Fast forward 3 weeks and we have applied step 2 according to instructions and a week later no sign of weeds. Much more satisfied. Thank you IFA.

I like the selection of products. And the annual chicks, ducklings, and bunnies. Great help and service also.

I like IFA but there's some things you can get at Walmart $3 cheaper.

This IFA is a Suburban sort of AG Store. You can get chickens and bunnies and feed for your animals.The lawn care 4 step regimen they have works for Utah Idaho Wyoming Lawns especially well you're neighbors will be Green With Envy... so if you have anything from a backyard farm to say about 10 acres you can get anything from troughs Corrales fences hay feed immunizations Pest Control weed control for your operation... This is small to medium ag's best choice in the Salt Lake Valley

Had to get a new ball hitch for to pull a large trailor. They helped find the correct size for what I needed. Not only that they had some cute crittrs for sale as well.

Very well here they find everything related to animal husbandry

I love this agricultural store. They were nice to me when trying to get some pants and a jacket. They were there to help me find my sizes and get everything I needed.

Nice place to get lawncare items, baby chicks apparently, and all kinds of stuff for the outdoors.

The staff was way friendly and even though the store smelled a bit due to the chickens, it wasn't that bad and the store layout was nice.

I really like IFA, I buy my rabbit food from them. I purchased flowers, Great sale going on. But don't take your young ones, too many cute animals to purchase...

I love my IFA. Very knowledgeable staff. Only place to buy my straw bales for straw bale gardening. Got my plants & seeds plus, pet supplies.

I always have a good experience at IFA. And I like to shop there...always find surprising things. I love their glove selection, great buckets, yard supplies and more!

The staff are great. They answer questions but also leave you alone to look around the store.

Really like this store they have things that other stores don't and best place for work gear and on the farm or ranch. From dogs to horses they have it.

Great place to address your gardening needs. They have seemingly everything that you would need for gardening while providing all the advise and expertise that you may like. They also have some small farm animals like rabbits and.baby chickens. If you're going to be spending time.outside, this place is definitely worth a visit.

Love stores like this that still exist in the city. So many items you can't find other places. A little pricey but still a great store.

Great store, good selection of items besides boots surprisingly. Went in for new work boots with my son, he loved checking out the critters, didnt end up with boots from there but walked out with several clearance items for a good deal.

I buy my dog food here. I wish they had a bigger bag of Earthborn Holistic small breed. Then they would be 5 ! - My dogs the food -

I bought some bird feed and they had the best advice for which kind to buy. I can't wait to see how the wild birds like the black sunflower seeds and the unshelled raw peanuts. I checked online for the peanut prices and IFA was the best price per pound. Their price even beat Costco price per pound. I highly recommend the service and prices at IFA.

VERY VERY poor customer service. There was two young kids cashiering and just talking to each other while there is a line of clients. Finally the girl tells the guy to go to the other cashier and he rings up one customer and stands there playing with the money while listening to the conversation his coworker is having with another client. Meanwhile my mother and I are just standing there waiting for the guy to tell us to come up and the girl VERY rudely is telling the client to just go back there and talk to someone in the back and then looks at my mother and says are you together? She says no and then she goes THEN? And shoos us to the other guy who was STILL PLAYING WITH THE MONEY IN HIS HAND. I shop here quite often and every time I leave with a very bad experience. It might not make a difference but it is the last time I shop at this location.

Sometimes clerks not sure where things are but has. Most. Farm. N clithes things

This store and its employees are great.

I asked where the dog brushes were and the young man showed me.

However he started explaining each brush and it's attributes.
I just figured that he didn't know what the 'K-9' on my hat stood for!!

Great deals when other companies have stopped sales to deter people coming in. Needed some chick seed for my baby chicks and they actually had it in stock. Thank you! Every employee was very knowledgeable and the checkout process was speedy and safe.

I get all my rabbit food and gardening supplies here. I like that they're designed to cater to the farmers, urban and rural alike, in the intermountain West. The bunnies are always super cute.
