This was a great experience. They literally got me placed with a job in less than a week. My first interview was 8/13 and the hiring manager wants me to start on 8/20. Rebecca is super sweet and accommodating and set up my first interview very expeditiously. Sahari conducted my initial interview and she's such an authentic person. Horrible!! I was contacted by Ideal Personnel last year for two jobs they thought i would be a perfect fit for. I did get hired for one of the positions. But when credentialing came along. I was told, the Company that hired me required Drug Testing which was fine with me!! But i had to pay for it! It was a cost of $150.00 that
Ideal Personnel did not want to pay! Also they needed proof of my University Degree which i gave them! But that wasnt good enough for them. They so disrespectfully said that my degree could be fake!! The biggest insult a person could experience! So i was told, the University i graduated from charged a fee for verification of any students records. Well! Ideal Personnel REFUSED to pay the fee. And told me i had to pay for it, if not they could not offer me the job!! How UNPROFESSIONAL is this Company!! I refuse to ever work with these people again!! It was a waste of my time and energy! Beware!

You will have no record of any Michelle Flores and it will not appear on your Internal System. But believe me! I worked with you especially! And you where the one that gave me a hard time with my credentialing. I will say it again. Beware! Completely horrified by my experience!

I must first start by stating that I'm not big on recruiting agencies. My experience has left me with mostly a negative impression of those who attempt to connect to potential roles. Unfortunately, the experience has been mostly having poor communication and follow up skills.

However, in a not so perfect world, it's great to note when people do a great job and have the presence of mind to understand the power of relationships. From the first interview with Beca and all other communications, Beca and her team have been great to work with. I did a virtual interview with Sahari on January 14, 2020, which lasted between a good 20 minutes. Sahari was very lovely, but unfortunately, not professional enough because she never got back with me. I understand that Ideal Personnel can't coerce companies to hire me. Still, the least this job agency could have done was keep me posted of other relevant positions as I attempted to touch base with Sahari on January 31, 2020, to no avail.

My only complaint would be the miscommunication regarding the dress code. I told the person in charge of on boarding that our dress code is business casual yet the new person showed up in jeans.
