iDeal helped us find an excellent match in our new hire who we are really excited to have in our office. The hiring process was simple. My only complaint would be the miscommunication regarding the dress code. I told the person in charge of on boarding that our dress code is business casual yet the new person showed up in jeans. Other than that, it was a great experience.
