I must first start by stating that I'm not big on recruiting agencies. My experience has left me with mostly a negative impression of those who attempt to connect to potential roles. Unfortunately, the experience has been mostly having poor communication and follow up skills.

However, in a not so perfect world, it's great to note when people do a great job and have the presence of mind to understand the power of relationships. From the first interview with Beca and all other communications, Beca and her team have been great to work with. This is not based on final outcome, but on the way they have interacted with me along the way. If you are considering an agency to represent you, Ideal will not disappoint you.

I value organizations that are intentional with their clients, that are forward thinking and back up what they do with their actions.
