I did a virtual interview with Sahari on January 14, 2020, which lasted between a good 20 minutes. Sahari was very lovely, but unfortunately, not professional enough because she never got back with me. I understand that Ideal Personnel can't coerce companies to hire me. Still, the least this job agency could have done was keep me posted of other relevant positions as I attempted to touch base with Sahari on January 31, 2020, to no avail.

All I expected was professionalism, excellent communication skills, and an appreciation of my time, which I did not receive. Would I recommend this job agency and this recruiter to someone I know? That's a big NO!
