This was a great experience. They literally got me placed with a job in less than a week. My first interview was 8/13 and the hiring manager wants me to start on 8/20. Rebecca is super sweet and accommodating and set up my first interview very expeditiously. Sahari conducted my initial interview and she's such an authentic person. She made me feel comfortable and told me exactly what to expect from the position and employer. Best experience I've had with a job agency. If I ever need employment again in the future I'll reach out to Ideal.
