Excellent technical support, but they refuse to stand by their defective HVAC control board. The local distributor out of Tyler, Texas (Johnstone) doesn t warranty parts purchased by non-licensed contractors. True: I bought the part, but my licensed HVAC guy installed this morning and called their tech support number. I have invoices for both part purchase and HVAC service. Why not send me a manufacturer-direct replacement, so I don t get scammed? COVID is tough on everyone. We have no heat and are out $300 total. Had part not been defective, we wouldn t be stuck in a bedroom with a space heater. This New York company needs to treat hard-working American families with consumer fairness. Disappointing. Very disappointing. Sales person couldn t even bother to tell me himself. Leslie Treat emailed me the bad news.

The lockout module in my heat pump failed, and it's no longer made. I called ICM, spoke to John Fannetti, who checked on it and recommended their ICM222 module. I just spent 2 days trying to figure out why the ICM222 Module wouldn't work, emailing John who kept going back and forth with me trying to figure out what was wrong. Long long story short, I accidentally switched the C wire with the CC wire. Thanks so much John!

Don't let the website fool you. They say HVAC and custom controls. However they are only interested in servicing hvac distributors. I was trying to use these in water pumping system applications and they weren't interested in providing a avenue to conduct business in this industry.
