It is a rapidly growing company where you can learn a lot and improvise yourself. The only company I have seen so far, which is sooo employee centric and customer centric. If you think that you have the required skills and are looking for a turning point in your career or a fresher who is willing to learn more and move up the ladder in your career, then why are you still standing there and waiting... Come on inside... T2S is the company you should be!!

I am not sure about the company but Interview process is so worst.
I have done one technical round and assigned technical task with my framework (Automation). I tried to call HR multi time, but they are not responding properly.Ii don't know why these people not even responding to my mails. Annoying and unprofessional HR team.

Sorry to say this but you people wasted my one day time and manipulated and took my framework literally.

They offer me verbally after 4-5 round of interview and than reject me without any reason , The manger who took my last round He told me about offer amount and than he also told me that you have to signed scan and send me received offer letter, but they rejected and did not send me offer letter without any reason

Attended interview and was made to wait thinking I'd get a call from the recruiter as they promised. Sadly no one called. Unprofessional! Once you become permanent they tell you things they should've told you before veing a part of the team.

I would like to share the feedback(grievances) on my interview with the Recruitment Manger for the Role of HRBP. I have listed out the experience in points below:
1.The interview was scheduled on Jun 18, 05:00 PM IST - (Asia/Calcutta) IST and I received the call from the interviewer at 6:02 PM IST - (Asia/Calcutta) IST after all the follow-ups. Maybe he was caught up with some other important work it can be understood, at least have the courtesy to reschedule the interview, or do not commit for one if busy.
2.When you request us to be in a "suitable quiet location"(referring to the interview call letter), You should also make sure that the interviewer has a good network, I could barely hear him and somehow it was manageable.
3.The mail was referring to an approx 30 min discussion & the call was only 11 minutes long. Despite his poor network, I managed to understand his questions yet he did not let me complete my answers & he literally cut me off while I was speaking & he continued asking few mandatory questions & ended the call.
So, to sum up,I might not be the potential candidate you're looking for but this is not the right way to handle an interview & it was very UNPROFESSIONAL. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for not meeting your expectations. With people like this in your team, you badly need someone to handle the grievances. Good luck with that!

One of the worst company I have worked so far. The management is a total joke. This is not a real company, they cheat the government and also the employees. I don't think they are following all the norms.

I had a very bad experience with T2S interview process at DLF, Chennai, The incident happened 5 months ago wherein, I won't forget all my life. The interviewers were so rude and incompetent in nature, The so called managers I guess, I do not want to mention their names but there were 2 who handled the interview process for inside sales. Their judgement and behavior during the interview were not satisfactory at all. It is not about rejection, It's about how you communicate the rejection. These managers believe they own the whole world and give you a pathetic rule look as if we interviewees are nothing.

My bad shouldn't have gone their in first place. I had big impression on T2S and everything came down crashing after the experience i went through with those incompetent managers. Worst. FYI i got a better job in a better company. HR staff was awesome though.

One of the managers did not even smile at all. Stone is better. (Not sure if one of them is a manger or team leaders but he claimed he works in T2S for quite a period of time).

They sent Interview Email with a job role and description later when I went for the interview I thought I was attending for the same..but when I was selected and the offer letter was sent with different role and the HR says that I walked in for that role only ...So unprofessional HR Recruiters.
