I took the ENEM test, I ran one of the vacancies at IBMEC for PROUNI, I was selected, called to enroll, and when I got there they informed me that there would not be the class I was selected for. Thus I could not compete even with other institutions being curtailed the right to study. The representative of PROUNI in the Unit is totally insensitive to the situation of the candidate, does not prove able to solve impasses nor work with the public.

I've been trying to enroll for a week for the course. I have received calls from the consultants marking an interview but no one calls me at the time and date set. The service for whatsapp takes hours to respond and when you respond, just say that you will call me.
I wanted to personally go to solve everything, but I do not have access to the necessary documents to take and I do not know if those responsible for the interview will be available.

On the site it is written that there is a certificate of participation for all graduates who reach the minimum grade, but completed the course with an average of 9.0 in July, already 4 months ago and did not receive my certificate. Those who need additional hours can do FGV or Bradesco's virtual school. IBMEC online is a trap.
