I completed the postgraduate course at the IBMEC / RJ unit center in 2018.
I entered with an application for shipment of certificate on 01.01.2019, with delivery deadline on 25.April.2019.
I have already contacted the course coordinator, my TCC counselor, the graduate coordinator, the secretary, the ombudsman, the Supervisor of Attendance - NAAF and his staff, etc.
It fell far too much in my concept and other students are complaining about the same problem. It's a shame.
MORE THAN TWO MONTHS AFTER THE CERTIFICATE DELIVERY FORECAST, I have only been collecting attempts, without any satisfaction. I am surprised by the lack of organization and respect with the student / consumer. When are they finally going to solve this situation? This is embarrassing.
