Manyata is a very special tech park which is located near nagawara, here most of the MNC's are doing their business operations

Good place. But no parking place for visitors. That's a let down for this place

Comparatively maintained better. But currently lot of infra works happening in and around the tech park, hence causing traffic jams.

Best place to have a office. Location is on outer ring road makes it easy to commute although the traffic has been the pain but in Bangalore it is pretty common. There are lot of offices and causing I guess the biggest it parks in city.
Best part is they have shuttle service within campus to move from one tower to other. Nice isn't

A busy n over crowded place..with lot of options for techies around Bangalore...one would dream of building a home here in the residential part of the tech park..

Traffic inside Manyata is worst. Roads conditions is pathetic and how they manage the traffic is even worse.

The most well known and well equipped IT hub in north Bengaluru city. There are many big brands and famous companies inside. Newbies have good facility for hostels in the nearby location just 2-5 minutes distance away from Manyata. Best landmark for all the new people coming to the city.

Best place to visit, although entry is restricted since only the companies employee are allowed to visit

There is full trafic jam, very bad smell of open drainge in road side....

Don't like the fact that they don't allow us to return via back gate 5 after 5:30. And hence we have to take the uneven road via quickr.

Its great to work here. I have been working here from the past 6 years. It has all the amenities like ATMs, branches of several banks, salon, food court, pub, restaurant, hospital and even a dedicated shuttle service.

Excellent and huge business park with a lot of choices for dining and restaurants.. Hoping up a 5star hotel in its campus too.. Pot holes are a negative :)

Now traffic is in control but entry gate has new construction.. better start early .. awesome place to work... also nice food at dockyard... pub is available too there

Been working here for past 7 years, it's a vast conglomerate park of various big tech and IT services companies in India. The management improves the infrastructure on regular basis. Food courts are excellent with various options. The weekly bazaar is nice.

Cons: Better traffic control and roads required especially the road that houses Nokia, Lowe's, etc.

High level of security CCTV camera as well as security gaurds serves 24/7 to protect you. Awesome experience.

Nice infrastructure of buildings and behind this park is there. Nice to spend Weekend with family. No disturbances ll b thr. Food courts are great...

Very bad internal roads. When you have MNC's you must concentrate on infrastructure

Maintained very well and easy to find and reach even through public transport. Only difficulty is to find the location of the companies in it.

I had been here to visit LnT Technologies to discuss their projects involvement in upcoming tenders for Petroleum, Power, Oil and Gas sectors. Adjacent to them is Royal Royce Office. Many MNC have their office here. This place is equipped with canteen facility, waiting area, visitors lounge, rest rooms, park, parking lot and yes good for morning and evening walks.

The place where the whole world comes to work? It shouldn't be right thing to do bcoz people are spending their 3/4 of day on road to reach this place...Apart from that this place is getting better day by day with beautiful trees

With around 200 companies places sequentially Manyata is everyone dream place to start working. Peaceful office environment along with gardens and shopping malls makes this a must try place to visit if you are on your office trip to Bangalore.

It's great place to work and serviceis good too but there will be huge traffic around while going to office and coming back from office.

Spacious roads, campus shuttle, free cycle service within campus, well maintained ambience, good food, ample parking space, nice one.

Access is pretty difficult at peak times.
Green cover is lower compared to Embassy tech village.

A huge tech park consists of all the big IT giants of tech industry situated in nagwara. Bangalore

This is One of the biggest tech parks in Bangalore. A bit outer of Bangalore but its really good. Lot of good companies like Philips Innovation, IBM, JCPenney, Target and many more have there offices here. Apart from offices they also have food courts and really good green infrastructure. It is properly maintained. If you are going to join some company in Manyata Tech. Park try to get house nearby else you will waste lot of time in travelling.

Good spacious tech park. Good food courts. The only issue was to cross the NH which has been recently resolved by making a foot over bridge, the bummer is its a little far from the main entrance so people yet can be seen crossing the road in front of the gate. It's a bit risky but a traffice police officer is there to help people cross. One other issue I have come across is that people don't follow the speed limit inside the campus and can be seen taking sharp turns which is quite dangerous. The security force needs to be more active and make feel their presence when things like overspending are concerned.

A busy business Park that houses a lot of big companies. On a working day it is like a beehive packed with people. The local staff won't guide you properly and most of the times you'd struggle to find the lift that will take you to your destination. Seating arrangements are satisfactory and there aren't many food options except a centralised food court.

Where the world cones to work. Construction will be on throughout the year - inside or outside the campus.

A tech park which has grown massive in size. I have been working in this space for last decade and I have seen this grow rapidly. Not sure how many companies are here and how many vehicles come in, or how many folks work here. Just fascinating to see its growth. Along with folks who work here, it has also given life to other folks who work in its surroundings, like the food outlets, bike rentals etc. is wish this place remains more peaceful for folks who work here and the surroundings for a good health of Bangalore.
