Very very large tech park. Will take lot of time to go from one end to another. BMTC buses don't go inside, so better to go with vehicle

Not so easy to reach from central Bangalore. Dusty environment due to ongoing constructions.

Good place to work, but far from Bangalore centre.

It was a great place when it has started which isn't anymore. The roads are packed with no proper traffic management inside. Potholes and messed up roads is so common now and when it rains don't dare to go there !! And now to management, please stop calling it as world class tech-park. The name doesn't suit it !!

This is where anyone want to visit only once, but have to visit everyday.

Huge traffic during office hour, otherwise good place to work

Too much traffic in the mornings and evenings. No proper traffic management.
Approach roads to the tech park are small and in bad condition during rains.
Good work done in terms of the sky walk construction to cross the Outer Ringroad. Was a death hazard before, running between speeding trucks.
Difficult to identify the tech park from the main road, no grand entrance. Difficult to find it unless u know where it is located.
Food court is good but as usual expensive.

It is SEZ tech park for so many MNC companies located in Nagawara outer ring road. Companies like IBM, Cognizant , Fidelity, Nokia, L&T infotech ,Northern trust, Philips , Cerner, Rolls Royce , Concentrix are major providing services from manyata tech park .

A well plan tech park that houses multiple IT parks.

Very bad roads inside maanyata, always there will be some construction ongoing

Place where I work, its really awesome for the people who r in search of peaceful place for an early morning walk, place where many co are united at a same place, takes initiatives for many social welfare causes. This s one of d pride which also contirbutes for making blore to b called as IT BT.

Very well managed tech park. Has 2 food courts. Weekly/fortnightly exhibition cum sales on arts, crafts and clothes.

Too much traffic to reach here plus the companies are completely inside.

Amazing place for IT employees for starting their career

It is business park. There are many companies are there like IBM, TCS, Nokia, L & T Technologies, etc. Best environment for employees.

Went for fun activities organized by a company. Nice place.

The speed breakers on the roads are ridiculous. Untrained security contractors double up as traffic controllers.

As with all other service roads in Bengaluru, the service road is a mess.

Okay place if your office is here. Roads are little sh*tty for an IT park. 6-8 is worst time to leave bcz of traffic

A good tech park with lot of greenery and very well maintained park as well. The traffic outside the tech park is pathetic. Traffic management must be improved.

Nice tech park with lots of MNC companies situated here. I feel cognizant here is the worst company to work with. Rest is good. Plenty business opportunities.

Because of White Topping Currently, it's too much traffic sometimes in nearby areas. Even in Manyata, proper traffic management is not there.

This is an IT Park exactly next to and opposite to Nagawara Fly over. Many companies inside the Embassy Manyata. Cognizant, IBM, Philips, Nokia, Fidelity, ANZ and etc.

Its huge... N i mean huge. A chill location to work. BTW, Traffic issues everyday during login issues

I work here and it is a SEZ (Special Economic Zone) area. easy access to Bus stand, good places to eat and many more.

Beautiful tech park with all the good companies. A place with all the amenities for the companies to work. Ecofriendly and peaceful ambience

I work from here. I love this place and all other facilities are very good. But if your a foodie then you will disappoint.

1. Very Big IT hub having many IT companies
2. As the name says it's just a concrete park where business happens
3. Not much greeneries around. Everywhere you see buildings.
4. One one side of the entrance area it's very Dusty always. Everyday one or other construction work keeps happening
5. Nothing there to be excited about this place.
6. Approach road to enter Manyata is small because of which huge traffic pile up you can witness during the peak hours.
7. Because it's an IT Business area, food and things are very costly both inside and outside this area.
8. As such nothing much there to feel Wow about this place.
10. Would be better if they try to plant and grow more and more trees to live up to the name of a true Park.

Now owing to flyover work pillar construction within Manyata, expect traffic delays in entry and exit.

The shuttles are available. The traffic is very well maintained. Everything is perfect.
