Good place but traffic is worst.. nothing to say whole of Bangalore is reeling under traffic problem

Better then any tech parks. Simple ways for 1st time visitors and nice food places. But very few famous companies. Mostly filled with IBM. Also residencial area behind tech park. Many gates to enter and exit.

Manyata is an amazing place, go and have picnic there

Day by day inside Manyata I started getting feeling of Bangalore outside Manyata!. Too much traffic and wastage of fuel. To get to the block you will have to circle around 1 km. Imagine so many employees making such circles and burning the fuel!

Beautiful Tech Park I have ever worked, one will surely feel like missing something after relocating to another place.

Has Nokia, CTS, IBM etc. Anyone is allowed inside the park as it also has a residential area behind it.

Nightmare to get in or out... For the builders and the owner / govt authorities, it is a cash cow with so.many mnc's.. entry, exit and other facilities should have been better planned. Cycles are a welcome addition to move around as waiting for the buses takes too long( especially if one boards from the main gate boarding point)...

One of the largest tech parks in Bangalore which accomodate many IT giants like Cognizant, IBM, Nokia, L&T, Phillips. It located on outer ring rode in North Bangalore. The tech park has closed parking place for visitors and offer shuttle service inside the park. One can have cycle ride also to move arround the park. A part of Tech park is Special Economic Zone. People travelling from different parts of Bangalore can opt for Volvo bus service run by BMTC. People relocating to Bangalore can easily find good apartments, PG, hostel nearby. This tech park is very clean, well planned and has very good environment specially in night the place is very calm and soothing for a good walk. Inside the park near f2 circle is shopping complex / food court which offer large sitting area and many big & small food brands and bank like SBI, HDFC, Axis. During peak hours the traffic is heavy and becomes irritating if it's raining as it may last hours. The park has two entrances on outer ring road and one on back side towards Thanisandra.

Well maintained & arranged Tech Parks in Bengaluru, From the road to end everything arranged well. Sky walk & escalators there to cross the road.

Multiple companies & Embassy Sez Office available for any queries. Even the Securities doing their Job well & helping everyone.
