The biggest IT Park in Bangalore which comprises of many MNCs and middleware companies but it's too far from the main resident areas like Whitefield koramangala and surrounding areas

Very badly managed traffic due to faulty design of entry and exit

I am working for Cognizant which has 3 buildings in Manyata. Other than Cognizant, IBM, Concentrix, Nokia, L&T, etc. companies are also here.
Total 3 gates to enter Manyata premises. 10-12 am & 5-7pm we face huge traffic at gate 1 & 2 which is on the Outer Ring Road. More buildings are getting constructed. Also they are planning to have a small flyover over gate 2. Overall the area is clean, roads are good, traffic issue is only at above timings. One open air theatre is here near F2 circle. Banks like HDFC, Axis have there branches with ATM, Clinic like Aster, Columbia Asia are here, many restaurant/food courts are also available.

Best place to work with neat campus, good restaurants, pubs n hang outs around.

It is an IT park with ample parking space for visitors. There is a food court inside. You can enjoy variety of food there.

This place is really huge. Make sure where you ask someone right directions before you get in. Google maps might confuse you sometimes.

Worst road to commute to manyata probably you will get back pain because of it. It's almost 1 and half years since road are not properly repaired

Its huge business n IT Park filled with greenery and spacious walkway alongside road. Number of vendor serving good food and very convenient to catch taxi or auto from campus itself. I would recommend those who wanted to hire place for conference and training , it is very convenient and cost effective . cheers

Nice tech park with huge area.. free bus and cycle facilities are there for the employees who are working in the companies located in the tech park.. well maintained food court etc..

In Manyata many companies are there like IBM, Cognizant, legato, L&T, ansc, Roll's Royce, Phillips....
You can also find Good food at Esc food court and in Dockyard also.

Tech park basically for IBM covers 8 to 10 buildings of IBM ,also has cognizant,Nokia,L&T and various other companies nearby nagwara circle and manyata tech park bua stop ,Has dockyard and escape food court for food outlets .

Tech park is good, but road facilities are not good as you can see lot many pits and patches.

Decent tech park! Lots of offices and restaurants, food courts. There are a few clinics, grocery stores and more!
