Good tech park. Many MNCs have their operations here. Surrounding areas have a hectic traffic.

One of the largest IT park in Bangalore having many MNC's. Only problem is some of the main roads inside Manyata are worst.

A business Park which is growing in North Bangalore. Place where we have good companies.

Great place to work. Cheers for the escalator they built to cross the ring road. Just too much crowd.

The place is quite larger in area with more than 40 companies. And there are many work in progress projects going on. For now it is more dusty.

Needs more tree plantation and have to maintain dust free park...

Really good tech park during 2013 time frame, slowly it's been crowed with a huge number of office space. And now it's been with a Hotel construction which brings more crowd without having Infra structure roads properly made available....

Awesome tech park, well maintained, lots of hotels and restaurants. Only con is horrible traffic.

One of the biggest tech park in bengaluru.
A lots of big companies like Nokia, Nvidia, philips IBM have offices in it.
A good play area for professionals is there front of nokia, bit costly though.
A nice park after all companies.
Shuttle service is available from main gate.
Two gates to handle peak traffic but not enough.

Tech park is big but the infrastructure management is poor. Congested for vehicle movement since they have only one entry and exit gate.

Well managed IT park with a large food court with KFC, dominos and other good restaurants, has an arena with public exhibitions and other events.

It's a very nicely maintained tech park. It is equipped with all ultra modern facilities and will give you the feel of working in some first world countries. Also you will have a great variety of food options here.

Big IT park, but not really well designed. could have planned things better. For example they have cycles which we can use within the park, but it does not have a designated cycle lane, so you have securities who have been allotted specifically to get your sign before you can take a cycle, in order to make sure people do not stop the cycles anywhere, if it was designed properly this would not have been necessary at all, you cant take cycles now before 8 because of this. Even so, instead of inconveniencing people they could allot one security to go around now and then and collect the cycles, may be. If things were more easier, more people would use cycles. Then there is a big smelly sewage that runs in the middle of the tech park. The entry and exits of vehicles to every office building is not really uniform, so if you are walking from the entrance say to the last building, you have to watch out every 10 feet to see if any vehicle is approaching you as you cross...etc. So many things could have been better designed.

A IT hub park where operates several offices/centre of renowned company, multilevel parkings available here, Roads are clean. Security arrangement is good.

Interviewer who are going to attend interview be aware of that you have shuttles which has stops to fewer companies... Operates from 8 am to 6 am....... & you will spend half an hour in finding company

Good place for job seekers but the traffic will screw up if you are travelling from long distance especially if someone is travelling in BMTC from silk board to here in outer ring road you should leave home 2 hours before in the peak office hours , rest time it is fine. For bike riders it is good again if you stuck in traffic jam near eco space and tinfactory again your day will ruine , so near by travellers I hope no issues they will face traffic only near the compound , to cross the road for pedestrians there is a sky walk with elevator facility so even that's an advantage , new visitors if you are planning to stay near by you will find good PG's near by and even you have shopping mall (elements Mall) near by you can chill out in weekend either by visiting mall or you can go to Lumbini garden which is also near by so visitors think and plan for it and main thing if you are a food lover you will find multiple restaurant and hotels in surrounding veg and non veg both .

Too much of traffic due to the flyover build. Plan your visit accordingly

if you are going inside this tech park then if its possible then carry your own lunch or breakfast or else you have to pay more for lunch and breakfast which is not affordable you are middle class people,or else if you are wealthy then no need of worry and ignore this message.

Good place to work. Location is good. But the traffic management is not the best.

Big park.. in Sep 2019 - A bridge construction happening.. so. it high in traffic

No proper sign board or maps inside such a huge complex gives negative marks. A good number of security guards have no idea about the demography of the complex. Good location but with access issues due to highway design n a missing foot over bridge.

Horrible fully traffic jam due to whitetopping. My home is in gorguntepalya it hardly take half n hr to reach manyata but after 1.5 hr I reached... From lumbini Garden fly over the traffic starts n never ends till manyata horrible feeling..... After whitetopping it may be good for that 4 stars.

Some roads are in bad conditions. Traffic movement can be a horrific experience. It may take an hour just to get out of the tech park.

Manyata Business Park located near hebbal Nagavara. Many reputation MNC Over hear and good connectivity to places.

Manyata Tech park is a well maintained tech park, and easily accessible..Many large IT conglomerates are present inside the tech park. It is located near to hebbal and most of the cab drivers would know it. It is well known in this part of bangalore. For the people who are searching for a bus, any bus towards Hebbal would stop near manyata (as called by most).

As always it's full of crowd in the morning and evening.

It's an IT World for Software Engineer's.
Where lot of members are Surviving from this place. And there are opportunities for None Software Engineer's as well depends on their work apart from Software Works.
