Very nearby to most of the locality.... Lot of facilities for car and commuters.... All companies are here and time to grab great opportunities. It is well maintained. It has 2 multi radiant food courts very nice food

MEBP is Hub of companies and has Food court, playing ground, residential area, open air theatre. The only problems I could think of is of traffic jam near the gate and bus service inside the campus needs to be more frequent.

Awesome place to work and on the outer ring road. Superb amalgamation of different MNCs and few lakhs of employees working over here. Easy to reach from any part of the city. Food is also good served over food court. Airport and Railweay stations are nearby.

Manyata is well maintained and fast-growing IT park. Here there are highly secured exits where each person is questioned if not having valid company parking stickers or ID cards. I haven't seen any water logging inside campus these recent heavy rainfall times

This tech park has evolved in front of my eyes. It does provide an option for people who don't want to commute to ORR and yet find lucrative opportunities with big companies

Good campus with many IT corporate companies. Average maintenance and roads within campus are poorly maintained. Just making money out of rentals and companies dint seem to care to impress upon the realtor. Approach roads are jam-packed during morning and evening, and government is blind eye to the needs of citizens . Would say other campuses are better.
Full Tech Park is really good, it had all necessary food courts,banks n school inside it. Which is really helpful for the working employees so they can do their job while fulfilling other day to day life work as well.
Bad roads, not very well maintained. Very less trees and plants. Office workspace us good. No approach roads which does not have huge traffic jams.
Traffic is the biggest issue here.. And they don't have alternate roads.. Architecture wise its OK... And already its overloaded with people... Still there are constructions going on which is pathetic...
They still behave like stupid slum area Indians No Safety standards No proper parking No Rules and Nothing is according to International Standards what MNC deserves. Still out of other Indian SEZ this is OK because of Bangalore nothing to praise the Developer and Promoters

Biggest IT park in bangalore. Beatiful place. You get to buy everything inside the park itself. Food court complex available. Little off from main city. Commuting from different parts of the city is little difficult.

One of the latest single tech park in Bangalore, housing some of the tech gaints namely IBM, PHILIPS, NXP, NVIDIA, GLOBAL FOUNDRIES, Cognizant, NSN and other companies like Northern Trust, Target Corporation, ANZ. Some great facilities coming up inside the tech park shopping mall, Hilton hotel and 2 large food courts. As with any other place in Bangalore, roads on some stretches are bad and meager causing jams during rush hour. Access to in and out of the park is a major trouble during peak office hours requiring anywhere between 15-30 min to transit through the gates.
Traffic is the single most problem. Becausenof this techpark, karle town is getting affected. I hate crosing this junction.

No words about this tech park...such a best tech park in bangalore, safety measures , rules and regulations by Embassy is very good...the only issue is with tech park is that we cant even predict the traffic..

Largest tech park in Bangalore..most of the companies have office in it...the only issue was too much traffic..and very few entry and exit gates...
Located on the outer ring road with offices of many of the world's biggest and elite companies, but the entrance and exit is always choked. Designer/planners and architects should have anticipated volume of traffic and planned the layout accordingly to cater to everyday traffic situation.
It's best and biggest it park in North Bangalore, Area near by Manyata is good to stay hbr /hrbr layout like, less crowded compared with other part of Bangalore, air quality is good.
Bridge construction is inviting lot of traffic.. stay away till 2020

Biggest tech park I have seen in Bangalore, the tech park provide cycling service to all company's employee come under the tech park area, any one can take the cycle at any time and rome inside the tech park, also it is very clean and two food court are available inside the tech park, the tech park also contain slug
