Good place for job seekers but the traffic will screw up if you are travelling from long distance especially if someone is travelling in BMTC from silk board to here in outer ring road you should leave home 2 hours before in the peak office hours , rest time it is fine. For bike riders it is good again if you stuck in traffic jam near eco space and tinfactory again your day will ruine , so near by travellers I hope no issues they will face traffic only near the compound , to cross the road for pedestrians there is a sky walk with elevator facility so even that's an advantage , new visitors if you are planning to stay near by you will find good PG's near by and even you have shopping mall (elements Mall) near by you can chill out in weekend either by visiting mall or you can go to Lumbini garden which is also near by so visitors think and plan for it and main thing if you are a food lover you will find multiple restaurant and hotels in surrounding veg and non veg both .
