Too much congested place.. heavy traffic for In and out.. approx u should spend minimum 20ms for clearing the campus in peak time.. reaching campus from nagavara u should take huge u turn, waste of petrol..

This is one of the biggest business parks in Bangalore. It has offices like IBM, Siemens, Cognizant, Philips, Fidelity and many more. They offer free bicycles to reach various offices inside the campus. But a big minus is that it is a big blocker for the traffic on Outer Ring road, they should have planned for multiple exits.

One of the best tech oarks in bangalore. The riad to Manyata is a bit crowded and trafficky though.

The Best tech Park in Bangalore , Great facilities , well maintained , They provide free settle services in tech park zone. Its Just on the Out ring road. Lots of IT Companies prefer to have their offices here. There are 2 food courts inside which serve a variety of food and there is a pub too.

The patkipa charges are very Hong here as you are parking in some VIP parking . They are just looting people money also parking staff not good in behabiobe . For 2-4 hours they charge 50 rs.

Suggest people don't ever go for paid parkimg.

Good place to work . Traffic is fine now because of newly constructed flyovers.

You made me spend 800/- on a cabby ... Why the heck is this place in such a godforsaken place...

Public is allowed inside , Entry and connecting road is bad, water logging and traffic mess

Now it is bit improved in greenary. But it causes lot of traffic.

Well managed infra but need to work in traffic management outside Gate1 and gate2

The road which leads to back side is broken and pathetic, it's a shame that Bangalore is called Silicon Valley.

Village roads are better.

The internal roads are good, the bus service is fine, they have cycles.

It's in a village called Nagawara so it's better if you take your home in Manyata residency as outside traffic + road conditions will make you think about your existence in so called "Desi silicon valley".

1) Pathetic arrangements for entry and exit from Tech Park. Only very narrow service roads force thousands of vehicles to crawl along.
Also vehicles coming from KR Puram side/ Hennur side have to go past the tech park FOR 1 KILOMETRE and then make a U turn into the service road & again return 1 KILOMETRE.

Lots of fuel lost by drivers.

WORST TECH PARK ENTRANCE AND EXIT ARRANGEMENT IN INDIA. .
Nobody cares. Now the tech park is also being expanded.

2) In spite of foot over bridge from across and along the roads ; still employees are allowed to cross at the narrow service road level further slowing the vehicles...

PATHETIC BETTER NOT USE THIS TECH PARK WASTE OF TIME AND FUEL

Roads are very bad inside the tech park. Embassy always shows off about their building but the quality of the roads are worst.

This is quite a large IT park with many companies such as IBM, Philips, Cognizant, ANZ etc. Cycle are available for commuting inside the park. AC mini bus also runs frequently. Common cafeteria also available one at near to entrance and one at near to Cognisant office. ICICI and SBI banks with all major leading banks ATM also available.

I work here. Epiroc is here. As they say, this is where the world comes to work. High working strength but beautiful campus.

Its a very good typical well structured IT park with lot of wide facilities.

If you are going there for attending interview or if it is the first time, you must get a gate pass to get inside like anyother tech parks.

Just when you get inside the park right side there are free shuttle bus services to go inside rather walking all the way round the park, you just need to confirm with the security for the building which you wanna visit.

Huge is an understatement, massive crowd and traffic jam, should take more steps to control and move the internal traffic

Tech park is very good. So many IT companies at 1 place.

Great place to work, nice public transport service available from here. Airport is also nearby.

Platinum Business park... I can say it is one of the cleanest places in India

It's good corporate park with more of pharma company. Nearly 2-3 lacs people travel daily into this park. The inner decors are amazing, breaking the monotone of work.

Good experience, it was my official visit, internal communications is effective.

Please do something fast about roads inside Manyata..

Huge campus... Lot of companies... But I hate the Traffic congestion on road that's worse takes upto 3 hrs or more some times

Near to Vyalikaval hbcs layout. Nice tech park. Flyover making is on way.

Best IT park in Bangalore they have there own cab facility inside park and also you can take bicycle to travel from one end of the park to other end. Very well maintained and clean IT park.

One of the nicest place to work...you will love the environment....just one problem ola and uber will not come when you are booking from inside.....you will have to walk till main road...otherwise very good experience
