Maintenance to be done as soon as possible

One of the best business parks in Bangalore. Clean and very well maintained, have lot of good options, parking for each building and much work is being done on maintaining greenery.

Its a hub of big to small IT, Banking companies. Inside transportation is OK. Its international staffs keep it clean. But yes each company inside has their own infrastructure and maintenance.

Big companies are Nokia Networks, Cognizant, IBM, Phillips, Cerner and lots of small companies. Around 4 kms from Hebbal flyover. Comparatively very less traffic compared to marathalli and bellandur.

It is big business Park in Bangalore .. we can have all IT companies I one roof ..that I'd MEBP

This SEZ is good and spacious with all facilities and a very good food court

One of the best IT I like personally. I worked here for many years and always with IBM. Apart from that many other multinational companies are there. Located in Nagawara, near Hebbal, Bangalore. Easily accessible to new BIAL airport. Nice and big area this MTP. I always feel nostalgic with IT park and started my career too from here and still in love for this place and will be always remembered the serene place ...

The place has changed quiet a bit. There are more buses. Ease of access with an escalator for the bridge to go across. Many buses heading towards guguntapalya where one can easily board a metro. Or just take a bus opposite side towards byappanahalli to take the other line of metro. Its mid way. The one way of vehicle movement in the evening comes as a blessing in a messed up traffic .

Huge traffic piles up during peak hours. Try to avoid during this time

Good place where you can see systematic arrangements of people management, security and it has more than 75 companies

Very big campus but almost outside bangalore. Nothing good places nearby

Best IT Park to work. Commuting till here from other part of bangalore is bit tedious through outer ring road considering traffic. Getting inside from the park entry till end is about 1km. Shuttle available but you have to wait a bit. Common food court is there that too end of the park. There's no common parking facility in place

A good place with orderly a lot of companies nd the place was maintened properly and the infrastructure is too good... Ossum place

A pack of some IT companies out of real IT world of Bengaluru that is electronic city and Whitefield.....
Nokia, philips and some other gaints are here...but hectic traffic...road inside the park connects to other areas behind it ...so public are allowed which ends up with traffic blocks at peak hours..

Why people honk when driving inside an IT PARK? It should to instructed to Securities to have a check on this.

I have worked here for almost 2 years, nice surroundings and atmosphere.

Crowded and busy. Difficult to get in and out at peak times

Can be better... Worst traffic ever I'm Bangalore...

Nearly 3 lakhs people work in this huge premises. Billions of turnover happens here. But the roads inside are nightmare. One who owns or maintains doesn't even have few lakhs to get it repaired nor tarred neatly. Tech parksm roads should be like roads of airport runway. But if any pregnant lady travels from front gate to back gate, I am sure she will experience miscarriage.. though there are security team handling the traffic day and evening, we still see heavy jams inside and outside during peak and non peak hours.

It has the highest traffic problem. Not even able to handle current capacity, adding more and more new building will collapse entire ORR traffic. They can get any new approval irrespective of all these issues, that's there power. Claiming India's biggest tech Park has no meaning with poor traffic.

Embassy tech park, nagawara!! Hub of IT Companies.. likes of IBM, CTS, Nokia, Alcatel, ANZ, Philips, and many other companies.. usually crowded at office hours!! It have nice food courts.. dock yard , escape, the variety of food is very great!! Thulp,pasta factory , Kobe adds new styles.. !!

Manyata Embassy once upon a time was a great IT park. But with the ongoing construction of Hotels, Residential Flats, Bridges offering lot of commuting issues. The entry and exit gates are limited and narrow. Long waiting hours in long queues.

Very well constructed and organised tech park. Very green and cool environment, one of the very beautiful and comfortable places to be in. Though it is a little far away from the main city but its good.

It's a very modern IT business park but has very crowded approach with bad roads inside and poor maintenance.

For a tech park of its stature, it has a couple problems, like the roads aren't laid properly in some places and the never ending constructions. There are a lot of strays, which should be controlled. Have heard about a couple bites, inside the campus. Otherwise, it's a very good place to come to work.

Great SEZ, wonderful food options, just ignore the traffic snarls ;)

Make sure u have complete details like Building name, block name / number, must not carry Laptop, vehicle parking details before visiting
