Traffic is like he'll.. Avoid working here if you are from South and east Bangalore

One of the biggest tech park in bangalore... with most of the MNCs to name a few like Philips, Nokia, IBM , Cogni etc ... it also has two foodcourts... and several banks and slug bar and cafe...

Large space. Lack multiple entry exits for traffic & emergency evacuation. Shared cycle setup for movement within park is plagued with overregulation/controls/approval mindset, remains unused and adds to lastmile traffic.

All the basic necessities can be found here, easier access to public transport is there.

One will have to wait minimum 10 mins in traffic to enter the premises.

Biggest tech park in Bangalore, hub of tech giant like IBM, Cognizant, HCL, fidelity ,Philips and many more, have two big food courts and one amphitheater. Ambiance is very neat and clean and security is very good..

Beautiful techpark, presence of all big IT giants, have all amenities nearby, peaceful and clean environment. Loved that place.

Its a tech park obviously! Thy provide bus facility to travel inside the tech park for free, and thy even provide bicycles too, well maintained

No greenery. Builders will not even spare a single tree. Each and every builder need rent or money or lease for every square feet.

Has almost all IT companies like IBM, NOKIA, COGNIZANT, NVIDIA, CTS. Has good food restaurants which has got all variety of food. Has facility to play spoarts both indoor like badminton and outdoor like cricket, football, basketball but bit expensive.

The tech park is really well built and covered with greenery. It is home for many MNC s like Phillips, IBM, CTS, Target, Nokia, Northern Trust, Lowe s, L&T, Ascena, Colt, ANZ, Cerner, Rolls-Royce to name a few.

Worst architecture as its all matters in connectivity. I mean traffic and commute wise its very bad. You'll have spend more time in reaching your offices.

And the BMTC transportation for Manyata employees is worst. They behave like GOD's.

Hosts a large number of IT companies. But accessing it from different parts of the city centres is a nightmare.

Probably biggest tech park of bangalore. With all A-list companies present. Great place to work.

Amazingly maintained tech park. Traffic is hell as expected.

It is a good business center but the connectivity is poor(the road)

Very good and well maintained SEZ. It is also called as IBM stop because of presence of almost 9 buildings of IBM. The roads are narrow to the exit which causes traffic. It is near Nagawara. Only problem would be for people from the interiors of the city as this Tech park is located almost at the outskirts with Outer ring road near it.

This place is popular for IT companies. This place is nicely planned in terms of infrastructure. There is also a facility of shuttle busses from this place to several Bangalore buses. Bus pass is available for Rs. 4259. This pass you can also use in BMTC volvo city buses.

The service roads are really I'll maintain and the back gate road is sick : unkempt, muddy chaos.

Like in public roads inside Embassy also too much traffic at peak times and shuttle buses are not frequent. Having own vehicle is better.

There is only one main entry / exit. Traffic piles up during peak hour. Have spent more than 45 minutes in traffic just in front of MBP entrance.

Next to no security. Anyone can enter in SEZ. Traffic flow directions are confusing for first timers.

Worst traffic management and the management is very greed of building over sized building s and making it too crowded ..earlier this was nice in 2007 and 2010 time frame outskirts and cool place now it is not so and highly polluted area..because of metro work going on for a decade

One of the biggest business parks in Bangalore getting in and out can we really painful especially during peak hours converting from one office aur building to another within the business park is also challenging because of construction and road work constantly happening inside the business park located right next to the outer ring road reaching there is not tough at all but getting in and out is

Manyata Tech park is a fine place. Off late due to development work which includes road repair and bridge construction apart from others, there is very heavy traffic. You need to allocate some extra time to commute to Manyata.

3. Company name ( common sense)

As soon as you enter MEBP you'll be given token at the entrance.

Great environment to work from. The campus inside is like a city in itself and you feel at home while working too. Lucky to be working here.

One of the best and largest Technology park in Bangalore. This park is located in nearly Hebbal. This park is in under construction because they are extending more buildings in their campus.
All the world leading IT companies is there. IBM, COGNIZANT, TCS, PHILIPS, ACCENTURE, L&T INFOTECH, and many others.
World class maintenance and security. Lot of space, greenery, parks, grounds, cafeteria, restaurants, banks.
I loved to work here. Atmosphere is dependent on the company.

I work here.. getting in and out of this place could be an hour's affair..Rather use back gate for relatively smooth entry and exit..
