Spacious.. Neat.. Arena.. Great food.. Happening place..

Good place but exit and entry has traffic issue as it is not planned well

Embassy business park houses many well known IT COMPANIES. Majority of the buildings are leased or occupied by IBM, NOKIA, Phillips, AXA, CTS, Aditi, Northern Trust bank etc.
Food: It has got multiple options and variety of cuisine s for foodies. Even mobile food carts are allowed inside.
Accessibility: The promotors didn't have any long term strategy or even iota of idea about traffic, while developing this business park. Traffic woes are regular and it is a mess traveling in and out during office hours.
Roads inside the park: Very average. Some roads are uneven with lot of pot holes. Damaged roads are not repaired regularly or sometimes repaired for the sake of it. If it rains heavily, then you should know swimming to come out of this place.

Shuttle service is best here. Winter/Rainy season Atmosphere will ve so coool. Nice place to work.

Nicely maintained tech park. But due to the recent construction one may face a traffic congestion

One of the worst tech park. Internal roads as bad as roads outside. Too much polluted.

Compared to other IT PARKS this is really cool and traffic free

No parking for outsider. Full of traffic. Only god knows what will happen in some emergency.

One of the best Technology SEZ Park in Bangalore with state of the art facilities. It is very well maintained. It has free shuttle service to commute to different buildings of the IT Park. All the big IT firms are present. There is a amphitheater and also place 'Orchid' for exhibitions with capacity of 1000+ people. There is a common food court "Escape" which has good quality vendors to choose from. There is a new mall cum food place opened recently which has all the needed eateries one can expect.

There's a large cafeteria available
Occasionally trade fair and exhibitions happen near cafeteria
Peak traffic congestion during 8:00 am to 11:00 am and 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm

One of the largest tech park in Bangalore located near to Hebbal .There will be foot over bridge to reach inside if going by walk . Inside the park there will be embassy shuttles to reach any office located inside . Most of them are topmost MNC companies here.

Nearby surroundings Nagavara , KalyanNagar, orionmall , Iskan Temple and railway station . There is good public transport facilities available from Kempegowda Air which is residing near by.

Lots of office space. Responsible for property boom in Hebbal area of Bangalore. Traffic wise a mess to n making.
With improper entry-exit planning, uncontrolled growth within manyata premises is causing traffic havoc during peak time.
Rainy days double up the chaos.
Gloomy days ahead for North Bangalore

Roads are pretty bad if you consider the fact that this is a tech park where many major MNCs are there.

The place is good but peak hours traffic is high even within manyatta

Enormous space for a business park... World class infrastructure and facilities

Traffic traffic traffic... Takes minimum of 40 minutes to even come out of the campus... It is worse now with the new traffic restrictions...
The shuttle service within the park is pathetic in the evening. Stand for 30 minutes and you will not get a shuttle. The mosquitoes will have a good time feasting on you. The Manyata provided buses charge you around 5000 rupees. Evenings people are literally standing on the road to get into the bus. Bus stop is too small for such a huge campus and so many people. The infrastructure is lacking for the number of people they have.
Good part is the security guys in the campus. They strive to maintain discipline in the chaos.

It's clean and well maintained Tech park ever visited. Good infrastructure, security maintenance.

A good tech park with peaceful environment to relax during time off from work. Only concern is about the huge traffic in front of the park. I think the government should bring in new methods maybe a fly walk till the entrance to reduce the traffic and increase smoothness in riding/driving.

Very big tech park you need a bicycle to cover full park

Best place to work as a central location to city, airport and next to the ring road. Home to companies like IBM, Northern Trust, ANZ, AXA, Nokia, Google and many more to come.

Nice place to work, got axis, sbi, hdfc banks, ATMs, good restaurants and even got a pub inside park
