Big IT Tech park located near hebbal. I visited to cognizant place is have good rich feel.many food courts and lots of company surrounded.

Retail business park witth large corporate companies and home to a number of high profile tech companies. Offices are still under construction so some parts look like building sites. Two food courts with a great variety of regiomal and national cuisine. My business 'home' for 4 weeks where I can recall some wonderful memories

Very painfull traffic is there. Please try to avoid.

Well organised business park; one of the biggest tech parks in India. What I don't like is the traffic in Hebbal & KR Puram. Two major directions to reach Manyata, so people if your are visitor to this place plan your travel with lot of buffer time.

You'll find almost all companies here also there are few good food places where you can go and have some spicy and good food.

Good place, but mebp can consider the way for peak / off-peak hours as staff need to go full round in early morning hours which is wasting fuel also increase in air pollution. Also the one-way route was not maintained very well - being used by thousands of employees worst ever road having ups and downs, worst speed breakers results more in employee's vehicle maintenance. More over it is employee's safety question too ? So, we have to go very slowly ....

Don't know why mebp not considering the road maintenance ?

Very big tech park, with 2 food courts, banks, bar and shopping center. In its campus there are lots of residential buildings which appears weird

Such a big software campus no good road inside.going in & coming out is nightmare for this campus.

Manayata Tech Park is one of the biggest and best IT tech park. Tech park has 2 food courts with lot of options like albek, seranos, dominos, pasta factory, punjabi bistro etc
Also has a pub to spend out happy hours.
With ampamphitheatre and emergency hospital.
Tech park also provides bus and cycles for internal commute
Thought traffic is bit sloggy in the evenings.
Rest is good. Good connectivity.

It's a good Tech Park connected with very good roads it's the nearby to airport I think the nearest one they have lot of big officers like Microsoft and nearby area you will find few malls as well as sim residential area since it is the nearest to airport this would be the most convenient for the outside people so that they can catch the flight if needed on weekends the locality is mixed with small buildings as well as bigger one but overall it is a peaceful area and people can stay nearby and work there.

Good place to work and live.. by my personal experience. But nightmarish traffic

Far from main city. Hence it is difficult to travel to and fro if you are staying with family. Otherwise a good place to work in

Ample space for events. Attended zoomaland a very well organised event.

Don't even try walking from office to office. It's a town of it's own.

Well maintained. Flyover construction is happening near both the front gates and causing traffic slowness during peak time.. avoid peak time for easy commute.
