Well maintained office spaces... It's quite a romantic place to roam about at night

Roads inside manyata is worst and even village panchayat roads are better maintained..

One of the best IT parks and one of the largest in Bangalore as well. Has lot of facilities within the location such as Sports Arena (football, basketball etc),couple of play schools for kids, wide variety of restaurants.

Very well planned out and put together. Dedicated parking space for corporates housed in here...

Only things to be improved are Roads.

Pretty good tech park with great companies. Expecting traffic to be much smoother once the flyover work is completed. Cherry blossoms have arrived :)

Nice area with lots of tech companies. It has nice sitting areas with greenery in whole tech park.

I have visited this park around 10-12 times. I don't work here.
Wide spacious roads, open green parks and side walkways. Huge food court serving rich variety of foods from popular vendors.

It is a well managed techpark in Nagvara. Facilities of food courts, pubs, restaurant are present that help you unwind after work. The infrastructure is also good.

Currently some construction work is in progress so just some paths are blocked

Lots of MNC's are situated here.so many people work here. Infrastructure is good..

Its a private office space which house multiple MNCs

Big tech park in North bangalore. It has two gates facing outer Ring road and other two in back connecting to Thannisandra. This SEZ park has majorly for IT companies. It has private residential complex as well. This park was in bad book for several reasons. During peak times traffic is horrible to enter into the park via ORR service road, as well to come out of park.

Currently disruption due to construction of fly over

First of all, it's huge. It's almost like a small city.
Pros:
Tech Park is clean and well maintained
Have got lots n lots of companies here. You can even give two interviews during the lunch time ;)
Traffic inside the tech park is managed well
Free bus service inside the tech park

Cons:
It has got a narrow exit. It's jammed packed most of the times
Visiter parking is always a problem
Unnecessary one way at few places

I work here. So far had the best experience. People are great security guards they do help at times if needed. Clean place.

One of the best tech parks in Bangalore. Now that the white topping issue has been eradicated, a bridge to come up.. more companies, hotels would be eyeing on this SEZ...

Technology park most of the software companies present in the campus

Manyata embassy has some of the great international companies. Morethan 60000 employees working from this location. But its hell to come out of Manyata after 4PM. MNC's are recruiting so many resources on daily basis and new buildings also launching within Manyata. But planning was very very bad. From D4 to just come out of Manyata it will take morethan one hour. And just take U turn from Nagawara signal it will take another hour. Some months back who ever wants to go Hebbal it used to take max 10 minutes. That too we never face issues within manyata. Half of the salary we are spending for Petrol/Diesel. If this continues we will not have petrol or diesel for next generation. And we have to buy petrol or diesel for 1000 rupees per liter. Same situation from past three months. But no action taken till now. That is what all about MANYATA EMBASSY. I would recommend don't join any company if you get offer in MNYATA EMBASSY. Otherwise you will be spending time on MANYATA roads only for two hours and you will be wasting your money for Petrol/Diesel.

Manyata has so many offices but they have not built a great roads. There are 1 lakh people working roads they have built for 50k people

The tech park has mnc's like CTS,IBM,NOKIA etc., Good traffic controlling system inside the tech park. it'll be little difficult when it rains..All u need to have is patience with banglore traffic.

Enormous business park occupied by large international and Indian corporate offices. All amenities such as food courts, banks, etc. can be found within the campus. Despite all the large buildings, the complex has a very 'open' feel to it. Commuting to and from the airport is also quite convenient, but I don't know what it's like for local residents to travel to from the inner city. Security was visible seemed to be well organised and helpful to visitors.

This is my work place. Too good embianance and atmosphere with techies, marketing stalls, good food court. One can enjoy it's own work with the embianance..

Its good in terms of the buildings but there are many things that keep it away from being a world class facility.
1. Open man holes at many places on the walking path.
2. Open drain that runs through the tech park.
3. Smokers everywhere, there needs to be designated area for smokers.

Lots of eateries. Good infrastructure. Many events. Many banks n hangout avenues

Well planned tech park, still needs improvement to control the traffic inside the tech park.

Nice place, u will find all kinds of opportunities like Technology, BPO, KPO etc...

Great amenities , traffic while entering and exiting the place is pretty aweful

Two star is less because they cutted off many trees in the front to enlarge the road and before it was too cool and colourfull flowered trees to walk under from entrance to till Philips .There is good place to sit before the esc food court .
