Nice place to work. Would be nice if there was more greenery.

One of the biggest IT SEZ parks in Bengaluru, mostly called as IBM park as they were spread across the park. Of course there are other companies too like Philips, L & T, Cognizant, ANZ, Concentrix, Rolls Royce, TCS, HCL, Fidelity, Justdial, Cerner, AXA, Alcatel Lucent etc... with two good common cafeterias in the premises

Located on the outer ring road. Has good connectivity. Has shuttle service from main gate.

Very busy place during peak hours..... well connected for transport & eateries

May be good for many people but it is also create traffic problem...

Really great place to work, it has 1,00,000+ employees working, a big techno park in bengaluru

There are much better tech parks with better walk friendly set up especially Manyata being one of the largest tech parks and with better reachability from the city.
The tech park does have good routes for the bus, but the time it takes to travel to and from is just exhausting and draining. Plus the cost of the bus passes have just been jacked up by another 2k Rs.
This place is suitable for two specific reasons:
1) Working for an amazing organization and pay and have the option of work from home.
2) Reside close by. ( Radius : 10 kms)

Nice area for corporates.I had visited there when I was working in nokia.

This tech park maintenance services is better than this tech park is good..

One of best IT Park in India, everything under one roof

One of the beautiful tech park in the heart of city Bengaluru. Number of companies are there. Greenery is good to see. Food court is available. Well maintained. Atmosohere is awesome. Some construction work is under progress. Security check is there at main gate. Some of the tenant companies of the tech park are IBM, Cognizant, Nokia Networks, Concentrix, SBI, Global Foundries, Fidelity Investment, Hudson's Bay,Philips etc.

Present midst of the most crowded and busy place in Bangalore.. This tech park is full of life.. the campus is too big and events are conducted and stalls are set up every alternative weekend which brings life to the busy work schedule..

Very big,always crowdy area,
In morning & evening heavy traffic is here.

The shuttle service within the park is pathetic in the evening. Stand for 30 minutes and you will not get a shuttle. The mosquitoes will have a good time feasting on you. The Manyata provided buses charge you around 5000 rupees. Evenings people are literally standing on the road to get into the bus. Bus stop is too small for such a huge campus and so many people. The infrastructure is lacking for the number of people they have.
Good part is the security guys in the campus. They strive to maintain discipline in the chaos.

I work at one of the companies here in manyata , apart from traffic woes everything else looks beautiful here.

Houses a large number of IT firms and sports all the amenities required by such a large community.

Very good place work and the people working here are very friendly...
