One of the worst tech parks in terms of traffic management and roads.
Entry and exit gates are clogged at peak hours requiring 30-40 minutes to just exit from the campus. There is scope for more gates but the management just doesn't care for the problems faced by thousands of employees each day.
There is always some construction work going on and that makes the road quality too bad.
They claim to be an award winning tech park but it is simply not worth anything.

Having some of world's good companies doesnt help to give good ratings to this place. One of worst places on earth to commute. Civic bodies' inefficiency has added to woes. Bad roads inside park, hopeless planning, bad approach road, all lead the way to eternal hell.

You can say that it,s one of the biggest it park in india. The tagline of manyata says itself 'Where the world comes to work'.
It comprises IBM, Cognizant, Target, Cerner, Nvidia, Nokia, Phillips,
Concentrix, Northern Trust, ANZ, Legato, Rolls Royce,
L&T technology and many more. It,s impossible for anyone to roam by walk. Manyata also provides bus service to all the workers to drop at their office premises. You can also get cycle to reach your office by it,s own. Dockyard and Escape are the two places where you will get many food chains to grab a bite.

Traffic condition is really bad and there are ways to workaround. Backgate 5 remians closed for exit. The other backgate road is horrible. They have employed a few folks to manage it but this alone isn't a good solution. Some roads aren't well maintained. Doesn't have good amenities.

Brief About:

Brief About:
Spread across 121.76 acres and with 14.2 msf of leasable area, Embassy Manyata is the largest office park in Bangalore and the second largest in India.

Embassy Manyata is a Grade A, freehold office park located in Bengaluru. The park is well positioned within the submarket of Northern Bengaluru, a major commercial and residential hub, has excellent connectivity given its location on the northern section of the Outer Ring Road (the main arterial road circling Bengaluru) and its close proximity to the Kempegowda International Airport. Connectivity to the park is expected to be further enhanced with the construction of a flyover in front of the site with a shoulder road into the estate and by the proposed extension of the metro rail which is expected to be completed in FY2022.
