There are much better tech parks with better walk ...

There are much better tech parks with better walk friendly set up especially Manyata being one of the largest tech parks and with better reachability from the city.
The tech park does have good routes for the bus, but the time it takes to travel to and from is just exhausting and draining. Plus the cost of the bus passes have just been jacked up by another 2k Rs.
This place is suitable for two specific reasons:
1) Working for an amazing organization and pay and have the option of work from home.
2) Reside close by. ( Radius : 10 kms)
