1. Nagawara Traffic a blocker- Cannot really get through it in one stretch . Its gonna be the same for next 2 yrs or so because of the fly over construction
2. Service staff needs behavioural ethics, No proper Attention to whats happening around. Not sure which road will be one-way at what time.,
3. Food court - One of the most expensive yet horrible food courts., Reminds me of RMZ millenia ( Chennai) Campus Food court.
4. No green ,Only R&B.

Lot of software companies. Two food courts. Buses strip in front of the park. Internal shuttles present. Sports ground present.

Well maintained tech park from all perspective except safety and traffic management. It seems like while designing they forgotten traffic flow management. Here more than 60K employees are working in 4 different shifts. Just by this number u can imagine no of vehicles. No measures taken for traffic flow. Daily after 4PM you can see 1/2 KM vehicles que from inside to out. You can get real meaning of one more life if u cross road to catch bus. As its outer ring road traffic will be peak after 5PM. There is no skywalk or signal to cross the road for 20K employees who mainly depend upon BMTC for commting.

Amazing IT Zone.. Seems a bit cramp in certain areas as some construction work is on.

Bad traffic around the area, extreme traffic congestion almost every time, there is one canal with filthy smell inside the park, pathetic.

One of the best tech parks in Bengaluru. It has all required facilities including SBI, HDFC, ICICI banks, food courts, pub and am open air theatre.

Awesome place to be lost....u can be lost in there mind it...

We will really cherish this place if we leave it n we miss it.

Very tedious to enter and exit Manyata during peak hours

good place for offices, plenty of open space. Builder has done DG pollution at many places because of no electricity in several buildings.

Massive Business Park, traffic congestion a problem but has large number of companies.

Always crowdy...busy roads... still in construction...makes you feel like sub urban area

Everything is good except the traffic inside Manyata, the management is very poor to control traffic.

The nearest tech park to R T Nagar. Would be ideal work location / short travel distance for people in and around R T Nagar.

Too much traffic. You can not commute to this tech park from anywhere in bangalore , Worst place to work because you spend much time in traffic.

Roads also very bad.

For a tech park of huge size, the roads are in a bad shape. Also, it's quite dirty because of the ongoing flyover construction and heavy traffic as well.

- Lot of facilitys like bus system, on rent cycle, ect.
- Almost all banks are present.
- Major food outlets like Domino's, Chai point, ect. Under one roof.

Seamless directions had me reaching office almost 30 mins ahead of my expectations, given general Traffic conditions

I have been visiting this place for the last 3 years and there is always dug roads or construction work going on.

Great tech park for having an office space.
It's like a small town, cafes and restros around, food court and dockyard offer quite good spots for food and drinks.
Shuttles are easily accessible. And every Thursdays and Fridays, they put up fates displaying clothes, eatables, other fun stuffs.

Very nice, neat and clean place to visit. Lot of gigantic building of various organizations are present here. Including Cerner, Target, IBM, Nokia, Cognizant some others also. But you will require your organization ID card otherwise if you wish to take a tour of inside, then you should have a resume with you to say "I have an interview"

One of the Best IT SEZ Commercial Hub and mostly placed with Big Tech Companies , at Banagalore

Love this IT park. Much better and organised. But too crowded and they don't allow any delivery executive to enter the building for delivery. Office delivery is a pain.

110 acre park, biggest in Asia where IBM has leased area highest than any other place

Nice Tech park. However massive traffic jams inside and outside the tech park during working hours

My lovely place because there are more people who speaks in kannada. K apart from that its place where so many corporate are tgere ex. ANZ, Nokia, IBM, Concentrix, Target etc... its in nagavara and commutable through bus, company cabs, shuttle buses..

Mismanagement for entry ...creates huge traffic hence ...should have equipped with multiple entry points for such a huge work place

This place is a IT hub in which you can find many software companies

A workforces paradise.. can able to see the floods of techies

One of the biggest tech parks in India.
It's a beautiful view inside.
Along with the tech buildings, it has all the facilities like Clinics(Aster, Columbia Asia), Salon(Lakme), tea(CCD, Chai Point, Tea break and more), snacks(KMT, KFC, Domino's, Dunkin Donuts, to name a few ), grocery (nilgiris) and what not.
The only demerit is the traffic in evenings especially. But, flyover is under construction.
So, hopefully even the traffic issue will be solved soon.

One of India's largest corporate parks, it's a self-sustained city in itself.

As it was 6 years ago same but with a flyover running between the offices.

Except saw water clogged die to rains yesterday but was cleared at places by motors

It s a very good tech park which we have in Bangalore, if I am not wrong it s the biggest tech park in Bangalore

Big IT software park near Heball or Nagavara ring road

Colossal!! Have heard that close to 200,000 employees come into the Tech park daily!!

It's a nice technology park where almost all the top MNC's have their offices. Largest in bangalore with approximately 1.5 lakhs people commutation daily. So highly crowded at peak hours and traffic get hectic during rains.Its on outer ring road that's mainly used to commute to International Airport. Best advice to commute in the early hours of a day and wee hours of the night.

Tech park has got of amenities and one of the best maintained in Bangalore.

The place had well equipped parking lots and cafeteria. The building's architecture is magnificent. Security People are friendly and the IT hub is top notch!

The place is well maintained but there is too much of procedure to walk in interview in the companies

Place is good but no cab driver is ready to come inside the campus..

Is located near one of the best living area of outsiders, i.e Kalyan Nagar and Kamannahalli. Also Tech park has various food options, Transportation and so called Flea Markets.

Very clean and had a feel like ~ India is a developed country
