Most well planned and developed business park and perhaps the closest to the Bangalore international airport. It has good places to hangout for the office goers.

Pros: A good business park environment to work. So many greenery. Good surveillance/ security.
Cons: Exit roads are in a bad condition with non standard humps more than limit.
Some footpaths are narrow.

Excellent place to work, this is an IT hub and won't regret coming here. this place has a vibe this compells you to work.

I'm visited here for interview in AXA Business Solutions, my entry time was 11.40am approx. at gate pass, entered in interview hall after 10mints, soo lazy interviews conducted minimum interview time per candidate one hour. They were asked unwanted questions..,. Better to go any other companies

Techpark is good but heavy traffic in morning 9am & even time 6pm..

It's basically a Tech park with lot of companies taking up the space, IBM being the dominant one. Good bus service and wide roads - - overall great campus

Most convenient place to work as bus facilities for manyata is 24/7 from anyplace

It's very good place to work ,roads are damaged silghtly ,maintainance was good company's like Nokia ,legato , Philips ANZ cognizant, IBM is there in techpark located in Rachena halli , there is no cycles to roam I side campus as it's been a huge park of companies

Huge number of companies at one place. That causes traffic and pollution. Footpaths are neither available no maintained properly, even if they are.

Worked here for 6 yrs. Great place from the inside. Excellent food options inside as well as in the surroundings. Nice companies in the tech park. Whole lot of people.

Getting in and out of the park is a pain. They have to improve the infrastructure for the same...

A proper layout with a best planning to accommodate parking. We can find food stalls and food courts in this park.
Every Friday, there are some concerts and shopping organised in here.

Over crowded park. It is growing more what it can accommodate. It's capacity is 40k -60k. But planning for 200k. So not sure how it will affect. But surely traffic is horrible inside park itself. Rest all facilities OK.

Very good tech park to work. HUGE park I would say hosting close to 1lakh employees.has got free busses to. Commute within the park. Latest edition is cycles available within campus for moving places. Has got banks, shopping centers and good eateries within the park. A new hotel is under construction on the campus which will help people more specifically for clients who are visiting offices

A great tech park with inter-shuttle service. Docketyard and Escape ( mini malls ) should satisfy your pocket! As of 2018-19/20 metro construction and consequent traffic is the only nightmare you have.

Working environment is good but main road is too much traffic due to construction work need to be finesh fast & Volvo bus are parking on the road side there no place to walk on the road side need remove. I have see many people in two wheeler coming in wrong way in one way need to take action against them I have see few accidents please drive safe

Lot of reputed companies are located in this tech Park, but the basic amenities are bad. The internal shuttle frequency is very bad. There is no proper walkway for people to walk. The entry and exit to the tech Park is very badly managed, traffic always piles up near the entrance. And there is always some construction going on, so it is always dusty. But otherwise, it is located in a big area and very spacious.

I have been visiting this place for past 1 year. Good atmosphere with many restaurants namely chaipoint, domino's, fruitmeup, etc. ATM is available

Grt place, IT office which is v near to city n Airport... Grt companies like IBM, Nokia, Indegene, Cognizant, ANZ all are in one place...

Just an IT park with not much choice for food or shopping, and surrounded by a slump. Not convenient as a work location for daily commute.

The only problem is number of entrances. Only the ring road side entrance is operational. Back gate is narrow and gets locked up frequently.

Construction and road work going on. Traffic is terrible during peak hours.

Very nice tech park. Very huge. Next to outer ring road only. There are Manyata buses, which runs inside the tech park, which are very helpful if you are coming to office by taking BMTC.

One of the biggest tech park in Bangalore holding almost 1 million IT professionals. Nokia, IBM, Target, L&T and lots of MNC's have their foot print here. Two food courts and so many options foor food. Tech park has a huge space of residential layouts backside.

Good Business park, one star less is for inside roads, not maintained properly and huge traffic jams inside complex.

It's a tech park with all IT offices there. Nothing much to see there. Closer to the airport.
