Need more maintenance of road's and traffic.
It's has the IBM, and Cognizant head quarters.

if you are around you would like it, otherwise its really far to mention. as a whole just an another IT Park nothing specific.

Very well planned tech park with prominent companies like IBM, cognizant, target and lots more. It also has co working spaces and there's food court in all major bulidings.

Its a business park basically having lot of IT Companies and one of the well connected business parks in bangalore...

Tech park with ample space and usually won't be congested

U have good cab facility, they have included bicycles to improve go green policy, food joints have few good restaurant to eat as well

Horrible road conditions inside the tech park with lots of pot holes. Being a private property we expect better

One of the biggest Tech parks in India. Traffic Management is worst.It houses a lot of MNCs. The roads are not really good and the parking near food courts are bad. Though a lot of restaurants are available it is not easily accessible during office hours due to lack of parking. The security people are rude most times. They come up with bizzare rules. They cut down a lot of greenery for construction. There is a good amount of pollution inside the tech park. Though a lot of good companies are located the tech park ambience is pathetic. Needs a better infra to make this Tech park a good place to work.

A Tech Park for one of a kind.. So many different types of building.. So many offices.. They have an innovative way to make business nd give more to the people who work there.. Like flea market food truck and many more..

A very very posh and sober place, love the decor outside, it really has a proper parking lot and really neat and tidy place .

All types of Coffes available.... Good place to stimulate ur taste buds

The techpark is awesome(Except some construction work is in progress, which in promotes dust pollution.) You will feel as if u are on a different planet.

It's businesses park. few multinational companies like IBM, Nokia, Cognizant are located here. In this 4-5 IBM blocks are there...

It's a good place you will enjoy working here, most of the IT company are available here.

i've been here for a interview , once you enter in to main gate , you will not have a clear directions regarding which building you need to go , you can see the security gaurds everywhere , please ask them they will guide you .. and if you are a visitor you cannot park the bike in random places , please check with security gaurd if you can park at a particular place

Great place for work. Food court is nice too. Only thing that spoils its beauty is that sewage stream flowing near G1 buildig. It stinks

Good place to work. But bad roads inside and traffic congestion outside complex. They had vision to build huge international standard complex for 2 lacs people to work but no vision to build international standard roads to accommodate such crowd and vehicles. When they do business in billions why not do some charity and build public roads and underpass to ease traffic.

It is also called as a home to me the place is amazing to work and coming to food there are variety of dishes to taste

Just that its crowded and has high traffic , Apart from that the park has very good facilities.

Love to work over here. And the traffic was really bad. You can find so many PG'S opp to manyata. You can expect a bussiest crowd opp to manyata road

Nice sez with two good food courts. Many chain restaurants serving different cuisines are present. One food court is near to Cognizant building which has a Subway, KFC, vegetarian and Chinese restaurant. There is a food court in MFAR building as well, where restaurants serving sizzlers, steaks, Italian, donuts and pizza can be found.

Yet to build many things. No proper route map within tech park. No proper security. Might these all will be rectified once the entire tech park is ready.

Looks good, but probably one of the most lifeless places in Bengaluru.

Great place to work. Infrastructure is good. Banks, restaurant even bus stops are there inside the tech park

Manyata claims that MBP is the largest business park in the country. I don't know about that! But you will start believing it when you would have to walk to the main gate at occasions. But in my personal opinion, it is one of the best campuses i've ever seen.
If you are earning working here, there are enough ways for you to spend your money. Two food courts, in my knowledge, almost every major banks, salons, bars. Actually its nothing short of a shopping mall cum workplace. Hope you enjoy your experience here, as i have.

nice place, but traffic is nightmare, basically it houses many it and other industries offices, they have huge multiple level parking, which is located quite far from some areas inside , it also have a big food court, having many eateries, general shos, bank and ATM, help desk etc, again located at far end

One of the best Tech Parks in Banglore where you can find majority of IT companies and core companies as well. This place is situated in Nagawara which is a village area but presence of this tech park will not feel like you are living in place like rural area of Banglore. And more number of companies are going to be added in upcoming years. You can find a lot of restaurant inside the Tech park where you can hangout with your friends.
