IBM used to be a company that cared highly for its employees, that looked for the way to keep them happy and motivated, I do not know if it will be the tower I worked for but in my case, as well as for many of my colleagues, it was and is a martyrdom work there. The bosses are very unconcerned about their subordinates, the biggest problem is that at the command of the tower I was in they had precisely bosses and not leaders. I do not say that working for another tower will be the same, but for the Service Delivery tower it is better not to work.
