I had a great stay at ibis bencoolen...nice staff, very helpfull, a great problem solver..an the doorman, extemely above my expectation..he show us the best way to go to some places and told us about the new mrt station which more closer to the hotel

Super clean room, a friendly house keeping

All I need in one place, excellent location, fair price, clean and nice rooms.

The location is very strategic for Rochor MRT, the back road is around 200 mtr food and snacks vendors, clean rooms every day towels are cleaned, every day replaced, just love not given sandals because I bring flip flops so it's already lazy to ask too

The location is amazing but the rooms are pretty compact.

Proffessional staff. Clean and neat. Love the breakfast and newspapper at the breakfast area. Smoking not allowed in side the hotel building.

Nice city hotel not far from the popular sights bus stop in front of the door. Friendly staff. Room functional and sufficiently equipped. Beds getting used to but good value for money ratio. Gladly again.

Great location. Some hotels have very small rooms, Ibis is great.

Reception staff were our initial experience and they set the platform for what followed. The young girls who checked us in was so lovely and upgraded our room as it was our 25th wedding anniversary. The lady who cleaned our room every day was friendly and accommodating and we could not fault the cleanliness of the room. The breakfast chefs were also fabulous cooking soft boiled eggs for me - being a coeliac I couldn't eat most that was offered on the beautiful buffet.

Such a cramped lobby .When you enter,it does not feel like an hotel .No one to greet or assist you.The mobile signal strength at the lobby is poor A nondescript cafe at the side of the hotel entrance.Food is mediocre.The hotel rooms are very small

Nice to have recognition given to Gold and Platinum members by having a stand alone check in counter. Although refreshment is available at the priority check in counter, staff made no effort to offer guests any drinks. There is a display card on the check in counter saying "Refreshment is available to Gold and Platinum members only". Not very nice for guests to ask for a refreshment when it should be offered.

Comfortable, clean, staff friendly and helpful, good breakfast. Altogether good.

Good place... Everything required for tourist is near by... Rooms might be small.. but well maintained...

The hotel is centrally located. More shops nearby and near bugis st. and bugis junction. I loved the place even if the room is quite small but it is very clean. The housekeeping staff in 7th floor is very nice though I forgot the name.
I would like to thank Atiqah and Sho for making my birthday extra special by surprising me with a mini cake and card. You guys are awesome!! I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I visit Singapore.

Would I consider staying here again? Definitely. The staff is friendly, excellent professional customer service. They offer breakfast buffet and lunch buffet. Buffet caters to Asian taste. Myself as an American did not care to much for the lunch buffet. But the breakfast buffet offers a few western items. So I did take breakfast every morning for my 12 day stay. Rooms are clean well kept. My room had a queen size bed, flat screen TV, desk, electronic combo safe and a small fridge. Bathroom, walk in shower (good water pressure), soap and shampoo dispenser provided.
Ice dispenser and self serve laundry on the 3rd floor. Washing machine 4 sgd (detergent included) and dryer was 4 sgd.
Ibis is in a good location, safe location. Bus stop outside the front door. MRT (subway) is a 7 min walk located under Bugis junction. Nearby shopping, Bugis junction which has an excellent food court in the lower level. Across the street from Bugis junction is Bugis+. 5 story shopping Mall that has an arcade, pool hall, and movie theater. Also, 5 min walk from Ibis is Sim Lim square, one of the better electronic gadget shopping centers. 7min further from Sim Lim square is little India. ATM's and 7eleven conveniently outside near the front entrance.

The hotel room is small but it's comfortable. The staff is frendly and helpful. I really like this hotel. I'll back if I have a chance.

Good hotel ..breakfast could be better. Slow over used elevator system(there is always one out of order)

Great location and food.the restaurant team is friendly and co- operative. The Hindu deity temple behind the hotel is worth a visit, so is the Buddhist temple. Not that Buddha was not a Hindu. Main markets, shopping streets, food courts are walking distance.

I'm very satisfied with my stay here so far. The hotel overall feels very clean and has a fresh scent. Our room has hardwood floors and a comfortable bed and pillows! The only complaint is the size of the room. It's pretty small, however, it has everything you need: even an ironing board! These location is also very convenient as a night market is across the street and very close to the mall. Would definitely consider staying here again if we travel back to Singapore!

Ibis Singapore was really great place for my stay, the staff were nice & accommodating, breakfast bar was great w/varieties of food, room was clean, and etc. I recommend this place for many to try & of course, it's great to book in advance.

Ibis in Bencoolen street is in perfect location, right in center of city. Bus stop right in front of the hotel, so it makes you as tourist easy to move.

Last visit was my second time stayed at Ibis bencoolen. Fond of the hotel because it's within walking distance from mrt stations and shopping area. I always come for business so I don't have enough time for sightseeing, but stayed at Ibis bencoolen accommodate all that. Am sure next time I will just easily choose to stay again at Ibis bencoolen. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. I have this problem and they solve it like it was nothing. Thank you very much for the hospitality.

It's good for bussiness trip. Room is clean and nice. Table size is enough for work. Have a good food, l like beef black pepper.

The rooms are neat and tidy, and the mobile wifi provided by the hotel is very useful for short stays.
