For 150 euros to Formula 1 overpriced, but not a bad Ibis. Nice touch were the free candies to check out.

It's a great place to stay in budget, with good buffet breakfast and in core of the city.

The breakfast is paid for the portion, but worth every penny !! It's a feast!

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the hotel for 5nights from 4th.Oct.'17
The hotel is perfectly located to either walk to local places of interest or to connect with local transport to tourist locations further afield.
The reception staff (in particular Kishaant andDash )really put themselves out to answer any questions that we had.
Also my wife was celebrating her birthday during our holiday and hotel arranged a lovely surprise in our room for her (organised by Honny) - really appreciated.
Room (626)cleanliness was excellent
Additionally we had a late flight home and the hotel management permitted us to retain our room until 4pm at no extra cost

Pros: Check In was quick as they said on adv. room is big, clean, and spacious. Bed is comfort. Near Bus sts in front of hotel and near MRT sts bugis or bras basah. A lot of food place.
Cons: Noissy sound from AC and they fixed the room next to me. Lil bit noisy in the morning.

Cleanliness can be improved, stain marks all over floor and dusty window area and rack space. Good in topping up and maintain toilet cleanliness and bed doing. No mineral water provided. Like the handy phone which really helpful for travellers unit was spoiled and exchanged at front desk.

On arrival: no assistance to assemble luggage. In response to my request for help, you must do it yourself.
No water bottle in the room: a first in Asia! In response: you have to pick it yourself at the restaurant (8 floors down, return with the bottles in hand).
The wifi that does not work ...

Clean, nice hotel, and great location. But they should add more facilities for toiletries and provide free bottled mineral water

Check in (after midnight) was friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable - great having the mini fridge and everything was clean and tidy. We love the water refill idea but the system may need some changes. It would be much better to have a self-service tap rather than having to ask staff every time.

It was just a sort one night stay, that all flowed so easily. From check-in to check-out we could not fault your service.

I want to thank the IBIS staff for going out of their way to help me every step of the way. I was unable to book a room on the new website and when I arrived at the hotel, the staff helped me do an internet booking and really took care of my every step of the way. I am glad I am an Accor member.

Lobby doesn't have a decent waiting area for guests reaching little early than check in time.
Very much industrial approach to hospitality,no warmth,no greetings,no smiles.
Hotel WiFi is unpredictable and slow.
Guest needs to carry two cards, one for elevator and another for room( something extra to stress about)
Overall experience : plain and boring.

I was not satisfied with your staff at reception counter. On 29 June when I checked in, I requested the receptionist to cancel of my breakfasts that I booked before online. I didnot how he noted my request on your computer but when I checked out the receptionist charge me 3 breakfasts. I happened to know that he charged me and I did not agree. Then he canceled his charge of these breakfasts.

Very friendly and helpful staff - behind the reception desk, in the foyer, in the restaurant, Kathy being exceptional! She went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Although our room was small, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. A great idea to refill water bottles for hotel guests! A good location too with bus stops right outside the door and many tourist attractions in the vicinity. We will stay here again!

Very good hotel to stay at in Singapore. We had reached early and were accommodated. The staff are very helpful. Breakfast at the hotel is also good. Thanks to Aravin for taking care of us and few others ( sorry forgot their names). The hotel is located near MRT stations Bencoolen, Rochor and Bugis and these are walking distance.

For indonesian people this hotel too expensive. But they have good receptionist, good room, and tasty food for breakfast.

Very good stay from the moment of check in until leaving hotel. All staff we had interaction with were helpful and professional, special mention of Eugene at check in, who was excellent.
Rooms are small and bed not big, but most requirements for facilities and amenities covered.
Biggest problem is the layout of the bathroom. As light switch is outside bathroom near entrance door, finding the switch in middle of night is not practical and then when turned on the light shines fully on the bed as the bathroom door is hinged so the door opens outwards with the opening nearest the bed, thus disturbing whoever is there!

Staff is very friendly.. very comfortable room.. sadly the bed is too small for three

Pretty decent hotel with clean and comfortable beds, they layout is a bit weird though, feels a little cramped.

Since I commuted to Suntec, it was extremely convenient that there are direct buses from right in front of the hotel to right in front of Suntec. I liked the breakfast. There are a lot of choices. The only serious downside was that the room A/C cannot be turned down to a comfortable temperature. I was freezing!

Loved the place for its convenience of access and location. Rochor MRT is fairly close than Bugis MRT. Little India is walk away from this place. They are flexible and good services

Clean rooms. Close to restaurants and shopping. Limited functionality on TV you can't change the input to use HDMI.

Rooms are clumsy and smells bad. Apt for 1days business travelling, location is good with access to main attractions as well as business centers.

Bad experience on WiFi Connection, , not been able to allow me to perform conference call meeting in room.

Excellent service and convenient location. The kind receptionist even allowed me to check in earlier.

It was a short stay but was very nice. Staff were great and very helpful at check-in, check-out and in the restaurant namely Vivian, Dashenthi and Bibiana amongst others. The handy phone in the room was very practical and helpful especially as it was our first time in Singapore.

No issue with check inn or check out only problem is buffet breakfast , same menu repeated for all 3 days and in spite of requesting for refilling the fruits no one simply listen , you guys need to work on this

This is a good example of an ibis property. Fair sized rooms and large lobby. Good food and breakfast. Also had a laundry room, an added bonus for long trips (note, soap dispenses automatically)

It's a good place to stay at. The room that I stayed in felt a bit too congested but overall staying here was a good experience.

The bar is decently well designed, lobby has a cozy vibe and is good for hosting meetings.

We have been staying at Ibis Bencoolen, 2 to three times a year for the last few years. Overall we are satisfied. Wifi connection is alway a problem at rooms further from the lifts. Your enthusiasm on water conservation restricts my comfortable stay when you do not supply hand and face towels to my room.

Everything was excellent except bathroom sink blockage. I arrived late into the room (after midnight), was really tired, use the bathroom sink, saw it blocked but was too tired to report it. Your cleaner would have seen it when I checked out.

Other than that, its a good hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I often use it when I go to Singapore.
It is convenient for transportation and shopping. Breakfast of hotel can be satisfied with many menus, too. However, when staying for 3 or 4 days, the menu may not change so much and you may get bored.
When I was going to sleep at night, a foreigner (Korean) spoke loudly in the apostle's hallway and was bothersome. I want you to improve the soundproofness of the door.
Overall I can be satisfied.
