Lobby doesn't have a decent waiting area for guest...

Lobby doesn't have a decent waiting area for guests reaching little early than check in time.
Very much industrial approach to hospitality,no warmth,no greetings,no smiles.
Hotel WiFi is unpredictable and slow.
Guest needs to carry two cards, one for elevator and another for room( something extra to stress about)
Overall experience : plain and boring.
