It's a cosy place in Paris.
Particularly recommended for tourists - when the action is mostly outside the hotel.. in the city visiting so many places.
Location: convenient to so metro lines and bus stops going in various directions
Staff: quite friendly reception
Breakfast: ordinary with not much options
Amenities: not much.
Tarriff: very competitive, cheaper than it's peer hotels
Overall: recommended for tourists.
Cons: room size is a bit small (family room)
Good place, clean, good size room. We went to this hotel after a bad experience at the Hotel Mederic (never go to that other hotel) and it was a big difference.
Room cramped. The air conditioning does not work. No brush in the toilet. No storage. Prohibitive prices. Clean hotel and decent reception and staff available.
The quality at reception leaves much to be desired. The hotel mail
Came to spend our 30th wedding anniversary with my wife & stayed at the Ibis La Fayette. Paris.
Bad experience. The air Cond at our room & the hotel was broken & they never told us upfront.when we checked in & they charged us the full rate for "an air cond" room.
How can they do this? That's totally unfair.
Need to lodge a complaint?
Reception staff accommodating following the noise of the heating in the room. Hassle-free room change and free upgrade. The night watchman not very familiar with the habits and customs for the members!
Small but decent and quiet rooms on the inner courtyard.
Great hotel x who wants to visit Paris. Within walking distance you have two metro stops to get around comfortably. Then having starbucks and mc donalds is convenient if you don't want to spend a lot of money to have breakfast or dinner. Rooms above the average of the various Parisian hotels, cozy comfortable and clean, only negative in the bathroom we found only one shower towel, being in two proved a little uncomfortable, it was enough chidere and we have been given, the next day was repeated the same thing. X the rest I highly recommend this hotel
The hotel canceled my reservation for no reason and I had to check out the hotel 2 days before my arrival. The staff did not communicate with me and did not help find a solution to the problem
Very good hotel, clean, abundant breakfast and courtesy of the staff, close to the center and easy to reach, I found myself very well, I will come back and recommend it to everyone.
Thank you!
Central hotel, close to the metro. Clean and quiet rooms. Comfortable bed. Standard breakfast for the Ibis chain. I often come here when I'm in Paris for work and prefer it to other Ibis. Reasonable cost.
The top ibis !! the staff is at the pinnacle of hospitality, kindness, information, tourist information and smiles. the breakfast is very rich and the staff we receive as home, better !! the rooms are very very clean and spacious; the perfect geographical situation! See you soon !!!!!
Very nice home. View of the rooftops of Paris on the 8th floor. Friendly
Good central hotel. Heating a little fair. Listening staff.
Very nice stay in this hotel, clean calm, very good reception, located near several metro stations, which allowed us to visit many places, (Louvre, pantheon, garden plants, invalids, and Palace of Versailles ,), also access to many restaurants, all around. I thank the staff for their welcome, and the very friendly manager, who, following a small innocuous discussion, was able to make me a nice surprise in the room, thank you again, and I say hat low, ma'am, this is what that I qualify to be a real pro in this area, listening to customers, and remember the little details that make me happy, I really recommend this hotel, I hope to return one day, good luck,
Very small room and breakfast is very bad with very limited option.
They don't have kitchen.
Hotel ideally located in a nice neighborhood of the capital. Proximity with lines 7 and 12, restaurants, shops. The hotel and the rooms are clean, the breakfast varied (we regret the orange juice not rushed minute). Ideal for business trip
All is nothing short of mediocre, the check in service, the staff and the way they address you, the room with lockers where you have to pay to store your bags.
The room was the standard Ibis experience although well beaten down by life and years gone by. The mattress is awful, and the pain on my back reminded me I should have not ignored the minimal acceptable standard of comfort. The AC had so much mould growing in every nook and crany, that I thank my immune system for keeping me safe. My advice is, spend a bit more and stay in a much better area and in much better confornt if you can!
they gave the kids fidget spinners and bags filled with other toys and candy. the buffet was amazing. loved it
Good location and comfortable rooms. Staff were helpful.
It's a deal for Paris standards. Ver comfortable bed and very clean room over all. It's great to get a good night sleep and after hitting the city all day long.
average, clean but small rooms ... not even a small fridge ... good area, hearty breakfast
A very well run hotel with impeccable service.
Ideally located, right in the center of the city.
A very good ibis.
Very good value for money
Smiling and welcoming staff
Hotel well located and quiet.
Comfy large beds (im 6'8 tall and fit!) Clean and pleasant ibis. But have breakfast down the road in the local cafe it's nicer.
Pretty small room. OK staff. OK overall for budget, short stay.
Excellent location, structure within Accor standard
Super welcome
Slept very well
Nickel breakfast
Very good location service and attention! Full and delicious breakfast!
Badly maintained hotel, good location and decent breakfast
Easy booking and fairly tight prices. Central downtown center of the Parisian capital. Good customer service.
Good, clean rooms. Service is what you would expect out of a 3 star hotel. Not bad, but not great either. In a good location accessible to everything.
Ideal base to discover Paris. Reasonable prices and a sufficiently extensive breakfast. Recommended!
Very average Litterie. 2 different rooms in the week but this same bedding with a bump in the middle of the double bed, very uncomfortable. Breakfast very good, the choice is fresh, it's good!

Well placed and quiet establishment. The rest, all to Ibis standards.
Hotel located in a good location, the room was perfect and clean, the breakfast good. Recommended
The location is good, at night the street is quiet, the room I stayed in was very spacious, with a comfortable bed and a good shower, but it lacks the safe and minibar. There are markets nearby where you can buy snacks and drinks. The receptionists are very helpful and the ticket service helped me to guarantee entry to the D'Orsay Museum with payment in cash.
Very basic service, ibis styles is better. There is a particular smell in the hall on the 1st floor which is not pleasant. Every day is the same breakfast. Clean well acceptable comfort. The last day they invited my daughter to feed the fish they have at the reception and they gave her a bear.
Comfortable, only walking distance from the Garnier Opera House
Lafayette department store is also very close, there are many gourmet snacks around this hotel, life is very convenient and close to the subway station
Really good welcome, the hotel is very clean and a big thank you for the breakfast service, so unique and touching.
I highly recommend this establishment
Good welcome friendliness and sense of service very well
Hello: we have been at the beginning of August and we have loved it. The treatment in exquisite reception, and although many say they do not speak in Spanish, there is a girl who speaks it perfectly. It is superbly located, a step away from everything, and from the Cadet metro and bus stop. Almost opposite a Carrefour. And in the next door (for those who are interested) a Domino's Pizza. It is on the corner of Calle Lafallette, which is full of restaurants. The one who can walk, I do not much, you will hardly need to take transports to go see the essentials of Paris. The only "small flaw" is at breakfast: small premises, many guests and as most products do there, they run out quickly, and are slow to replenish.
I had no water for renovations. The concierge on the night shift was not at all friendly. The modern facilities.
A great family holiday (3nights). The hotel is ideally located (close to gds boulevards and subway). The reception team was very efficient check in checkout, information. They had a nice attention for our daughter. Housekeeping ok. The downside, To breakfast we must not arrive in the last 1/4 of an hour otherwise you have to ask to take out the yogurts, milk ....
It's a shame, I really wanted to stay at this hotel next week, but it turns out that it is closed, like everyone else, by Covid, and how does the hotel operate? Telling me to give me a voucher. A voucher for when? We've been claiming the money since this all started, and I find it less and less likely to get it back. A pity, of course if I have to recommend, I will never recommend this place. And even less will I stay in a hotel of the same chain.
Nice hotel welcomed, but last time very disappointed I was in a small room without window small shower with stagnant water smell.
It is well located, nice area. It's simple and cozy, no frills
Clean, good price, only that there are no safe deposit boxes
Very good hotel, on the opposite side of a synagogue.
When we arrived to our hotel our room was given away and there was only one room available outside downstairs the room was extremely small & it smelled like the sewer was backed up in a basement of a small church The front desk told us to let someone know in the morning and we could receive a better room. The next morning I went to the front desk explained what I was told by her colleague and she said no there was nothing she could do and all the rooms are small and that is the size of a normal double . So I walked the hotel and found housekeeping in the double room upstairs and the restroom and shower are bigger the room are more spacious . This hotel was part of my package book thru great value vacation. My suggestion is to find a new contract with an hotel for great value vacation it will bring your brand down. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a stuffed animal
Good quality and quiet hotel in the heart of the 9th arrondissement
I have been to Paris with my husband and my 18 year old daughter in May / 2019. We booked 2 rooms. Both with double bed. Loved the hotel. The location is great. Close to bars, supermarkets, bus and metro lines. The breakfast is very varied and very good. The rooms are in the ideal size. All very clean and cozy. The whole staff is very friendly and cortez. I emphasize the assistance of Melissa and Cyntia. In short, I recommend the Hotel.
Very comfortable, close to several metro stations, including the Cadette station, zero night noise, easy access
Small room but comfortable and clean. Quiet hotel and very welcoming staff.
Already several stays in this hotel without any particular problem.
Cozy in Paris, convenient and cheap to visit the city.
The location of the hotel is great. Right next to the Cadet subway station. It has markets and restaurants nearby. It is convenient to stay in this unit of the Ibis network. What you do not have in general in Paris is cordial service. We stayed more than 5 minutes waiting for the attendant to end a call the day we arrived for the chek in.
He acquired it before the devaluation and paid it in installments
