Hotel is great, but the value for money is not right .....

Very good hotel, modern, rooms very nice, kitchen, food and staff was great! Gladly again.

Highly recommended. I also try to speak German. Large spacious and modern rooms.

It is a lovely hotel ... reception staff and in genegenetal super friendly and excellent facilities to enjoy some wonderful days

Beautiful beach. Fairly busy but good. It has rental options for sun loungers and straw.

Location in front of the beach. Good buffet. It does not justify everything included and there are no hats and chairs on the beach. Good hotel overall

As it is always a luxury to work in this hotel, I feel at home.

We were for the second time in the Iberostar and are and are as on our first visit. We have been to Mallorca many times in many good hotels. But the Iberostar topt all. The grandiose direct sea view from a beautiful room (Starprestige Junior Suite) is worth every penny! For me the absolute fulfillment of high expectations: great tasteful ambience-great service and you really think of every little detail to make the stay as pleasant as possible (hair dryer / iron & ironing board to the beach bag u beach towels ).
There are so many little great details that make this hotel special!
We will definitely be back and will definitely recommend it!
TOP HOTEL

We have stayed in many hotels on the Playa de Palma but this hotel is definitely the best there is nowhere such a variety at the breakfast buffet and if you are there in the winter I would always recommend taking the buffet in the evenings as there are hardly any restaurants open and for 20 serve you have the best buffet ever very high quality standard and a selection that your hands over your head and you do not know what you should take first I could award seven stars I would do it

10 minutes to the airport, bus to Palma right outside the door

Cleanliness:
Everything was always very clean, with the exception of some of the dishes

Service:
mainly very friendly or appropriate with regard to hotel classification; Sometimes overwhelmed when there are high numbers of guests (forgot baby chair, forgot to order at the pool)

Food:
Basically good, unfortunately it often only tastes half as good as it looks; Unfortunately bad coffee

Child friendliness:
Actually an adult hotel, although many family rooms are offered; few employment opportunities for children

Very clean, very classy, very friendly and a huge buffet. Simply fantastic.

We were here in November 2017, everything perfect. Also very good now 5 months later a disaster. Half board we have canceled the breakfast is very bad. 5 stars the hotel is not worth it.

A 5 * hotel in December for 65 and in March for 90 / night, including half board, which is very cheap. Accordingly, the quality of the food (very large selection, but everything is "drowned" in the oil or heaped with sugar and therefore everything is the same). Accordingly, the audience, who all this as "very good" feel (see other reviews). The location is perfect, the rooms are large and clean (although the 2 years ago renovated hotel in the room already has clear "traces"), everything else is well maintained, the staff was very friendly. As a cyclist I come here, because at the season hardly anything is open, and it is very central. That Iberostar would prefer to see cyclists in Hotel Cristina is sometimes noticeable. Who likes to spend more (+ 200 ) for a room / night and under 5 * then "this standard" imagines, is possibly disappointed. Price / performance is, as I said very good.

Simply spectacular! I went with some friends and paid an up grade for a room on the seventh floor and it was the best we did. Wonderful views and very good service

We arrived at dinner time. The friendly quiet welcome, although the reception was full with hotel guests, let us arrive relaxed. The staff was always friendly, accommodating, no questions remained unanswered. The rooms large, very clean and with every day you were surprised with a new towel motif in the room. Big closets with enough hangers and space for the suitcases. The food was an explosion for the tongue and the spoiled palate. It was such a great relaxed and unforgettable holiday, thank you every single person on the spot.

Got my phone stolen at pool side, and staff could not care less, disappointed as it was a nice hotel, just need to look after Thier customers.

Really quiet with one of the best hotels near Ballermann but in five minutes you are in the middle of it all for children a dream

Great hotel, with first class all inclusive services! Very elegantly furnished rooms. Pool area very well maintained and quiet. Food very exclusive and delicious! Great location, right on the beach with excellent connections to Palma.
The whole hotel is very noble and has a first class service, so 5 * which are really deserved!

Is the best hotel I have ever known, great service and incredibly nice staff!

The rooms with the seaside view are amazing! The location is perfect and the staff is beyond helpful and accommodating. The food offered at the hotel's restaurant is absolutely HORRENDOUS: no variety, low appeal, NO FLAVOR. Luckily there are tons of restaurants within walking distance that offer good meals. Also, if you booked the "all inclusive" package pleaaaaase be very aware that that's false advertising and that this is NOT all inclusive. The mini bar/mini fridge in the room? Not inclusive. Lunch at the restaurant? Not included. Alcoholic beverages? Make sure you ask before you order it otherwise you'll be surprised when you get the bill. The gym leaves a lot to be desired and you're better off doing calisthenics in your room. The rooftop infinity pool is a nice touch, but is only accessible if you're a Star Prestige client and it can get busy and crowded quickly. Overall I give this hotel a 2/5. Not sure where this hotel fits amongst the many others in the area, but I'd do research on other spots before settling on this place. I wouldn't call this a 5- star hotel, 3 maybe.

Great hotel, friendly staff, nice rooms. Great breakfast and dinner buffet, each with a large selection of really good food. Also location right on the Playa is top, we were there in January.

Great hotel, great staff who look after all your needs. Highly recommend

Upon arriving at the hotel, we were welcomed with glasses of prosecco and fruit. But soon the offer of an upgrade to a better room appeared, where we could use some special services. We then went to the restaurant on the second day for breakfast and were surprised that we were not on the list. We were told it would be 44 an extra day for that. We don't understand the logic of the upgrade and we were irritated by it. In addition, the Champagner Bar was closed, even with a 20 degree celsius temperature, but the reception informed that it will be closed due to bad weather ... the Prestige lounge had simple drinks and rolls that were always the same flavor every day ...
finally, we paid almost 400 more to use 6 square meters more of the room. So, I DO NOT recommend an upgrade to Prestige!

Well located Hotel near balneario 9. had a junior suite in the 7th floor. Just fantastic! Congrats to the project team of star prestige.

My stay at the hotel was one of the most pleasant. The excellent lounge bar service and the treatment of the waiters Arianny, Manuel, Gerald, Seven and above all highlight the waiter Antonio for his attention since we have coincided with him in the restaurant and in the lounge bar. Always very attentive with us. Otherwise the service as I mentioned above excellent.

We stay there for 2 days, the room is very spacious. I have rarely seen a buffet so refined, really excellent, varied and plentiful.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights, except for one thing. Carlos at the pool bar let me have a very tasty mojito. So subtract one star.

Directly on the beach and completely renovated - highly recommended!

A beautiful hotel that deserves its 5 stars. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating - it acts, as many previous speakers have said, not set. I was allowed to spend 5 days in this beautiful hotel with half board. I had booked a room with pool view and had a great room on the 1st floor with which I was very satisfied.

The breakfast as well as the dinner in half board are really fantastic, tasty, fresh and good quality - highly recommended.

One point of criticism - Spa "Sensations":
In fact, this is an embarrassing room, especially to call it Spa "Sensations" - it's not a sensation! It is too small, both showers have been broken for some time, lack of rest room - normally I would deduct a star, but the positive outweighs this experience.

Incredible, perfect, both the service, facilities, food .... is a wonderful hotel

We were here for the second time and were thrilled again and again by the friendliness of all employees - from the reception to the service in the restaurant to the housekeeping.

Nice rooms - especially the bathroom with open bath and rain shower. Huge breakfast buffet and very nice staff! In addition, good and * free * (other than stated here) Wi-Fi. I can only recommend the terrace behind the pool for sunbathing. Minimal criticism point would be the non-existent indoor pool, because in winter you do not want to walk with wet hair in the other hotel. Otherwise top!

Beautiful dining room in a modern hotel with gorgeous views. Xpresso machine was brand new in our room, but pods are not included. Water out of the tap seems filtered and more drinkable than Barcelona water. Hotel buffet looked interesting with array of land and sea choices. Couldn't be more pleased with our first night stay.
