This is our second visit to this hotel and it wasn t as good as the previous year the quality and management have plummeted significantly the buffet is tasteless and cold and not cooked according to a 5 star qualification and to mention the poorly labeled food and cross contamination of pork and other proteins they use the same spatula and grill top for everything which isn t exactly halal friendly plus any 5 star hotel I ve even went to has a coffee machine of some sort this hotel doesn t even have complementary instant coffee last years visit they had a coffee machine and complementary coffee capsules this year coffee capsules are extra so you have to pay about 5 euro for 4 capsules... they claim to be environmentally friendly but in reality they are just cheapskates
