I love Ienergizer because they consider employees as employees not like robots....the office is fun and full of young stars ....it has a very positive atmosphere and very friendly Hr people....the office is huge infact humgus ...has got a lot of processes...frm Domestic to international and the best part is the company offers part time for the students who wants to earn extra pocket money along with a BPO experience...The best part is the salary structure which is lavish...as compared to any other BPO'S ....they really offer a very good package for international process.....and apart of it ...the cafeteria has got very budget friendly menu ...nd food is delicious....The day of joining they complete entire formalities from opening bank accounts to distribution of appointment letters and ID and access cards as well....Best Bpo for people who are staying nearby and dont need cabs....because there's cab deduction of 4000 from your salary....incase if you avail the cabs else u get the money into ur account..

Show off HR didn't know how to behave with candidates,showing tantrums on face of candidates.

There are so many candidates and only 6-7 HR who takes breaks after 15 min and very slow process
I have to wait for 3.30 hours and after that they are only hiring for customer care and for fresher providing 10-11k in hand
Very disappointed by there slow process after first round you have to go for second round that also take 2-3 hours
So they take your full day
And fun part is they ask you to work 15 days unpaid for training

If you have patience then only you can go for the interview

Can't say much. Atmosphere is good. Also they pays more then any other BPO. Also would like to add, inspite of them having a large parking space they are not allowing to park inside the office and we are forced to pay outside giving a huge parking charges.

Lunatic Hr are hired here. They will call you for a particular process and then they will either chose you for a less salary process or they will say good bye "Rejected". Don't be hired here they will make you more in less salary.

Best part of this company is you gets salary at exact time. But the parking fees for scooty and bikes is 40 Rs. Quit high! Love the cafeteria.

I have never seen such a 3rd class HR in my life...After seeing their adv in Naukri.com for Quality Head Position, I called up the contact number given in the advisement and spoke with HR - Deeksha and she confirmed the position was AVP Quality she said that they were open for salary .after sharing my resume, she scheduled my interview on Thursday (20.2.20) at 3:00 PM at Noida office On Thursday itself I cleared all 3 rounds for 'Airtel' process (HR -VP round, Process Head round and some head from Airtel round)...then I was told to wait for 1 or 2 days .then the most unprofessional HR named Shiv called me to schedule my next ops round on Monday (24.2.20) at 12 PM to 1:00 PM at Noida office...nothing else he disclosed..On Monday he kept me waiting from 12:00 PM till 3:00 PM without any information about delay . then to my utter surprise I was put in for an interview for a Travel process which I realized when the interviewers started briefing about the process and role, and they were sounding like they were hiring for Quality Manager . The interviewers had no clue when I asked them what was the designation on paper they were hiring for .. They said HR will tell me When I told them that I was there for AVP-Quality position, they gave blank and stupid look & said that they were not sure whether they had any such position in their process...I was utter confused and doubt grew in my mind I told them that HR did not brief me about the different process and that I had to go through the whole interview process once again and that I needed to take the clarity from HR-Shiv first since he was coordinating it..I could see Shiv meeting those process team who came for my interview after they had gone out from my room, but Shiv did not bother to come to my room to let me know what was going on....then I was kept awaited without any information...then at 3:40 PM I called up HR- Shiv number of times.. but he did not bother to pick up my call..I was sitting and feeling like wasting time...at 4:00 PM I called up Shiv again and then he said he was having lunch and sarcastically asked whether I had my lunch...he did not have the minimum courtesy to inform me that it would take some time so I could take a break or so ..then when I reported to his boss Avay for the delay (not sure of the name) then Shiv came reluctantly at 5:00 PM and took me in a different room and started giving all illogical reason and excuses...I could find out from his face that he had messed up the whole thing and was nervous I just asked him why he called me at 12:00 PM and wasted my time till 5:00 PM, for nothing ? he just stared giving all nonsensical excuses and started arguing ...finally I was so disappointed that I left at 6:00 PM wasting my whole day for nothing.
Then I realized the actual fact that they did not have any requirement for AVP -Quality ...it was fake adv in the name of quality head and so on Monday (24.2.20) itself I noticed that they had immediately and hurriedly removed the adv from Naukri.com portal and was fooling with me and doing time pass...I was not interested for travel process and I did not have any experience in it either...Shiv did not brief me anything about the process change before Monday interview and never discussed anything about my expected salary or their budget... About Airtel Interview result, Shiv said it was on hold...he is a damn lier ..he actually had the requirement of quality manager and he was trying to push me in that role...and then was caught and exposed. I would advice people, if this is the behaviour that I have got going for a senior role like AVP-Quality ...then think what could be the behavior of the staff with junior profiles !!!...they have all negative reviews in all forums...check them out....ienergizer is a blacklisted company....dont spoil your career...thank GOD I was saved...all reviews says they terminate people whenever they want and they do not pay any salary for that...I did not see the reviews before going for my interview.. otherwise I would have never gone for such 3rd class company.

Good company for people who want to work in Domestic as well as International BPO process

The staff of iE is very down market. They are discriminative on the basis of religion and place. They have internal fights with one another in HR department and cancel the jobs of each other's referred candidates even after selection. I cleared all the rounds but still they didnt gave me job being quite on me bcz I was the best in the group. Pooja Sharma, Kumar Gaurav, Team Leaders of Samsung Process...they are so arrogant and jealous people. I can die without job but will never turn up to iE.

Smoke hub it is known to be a bpo(call center ) but inside the campus people are rolling joints and drinking alcohol as they are not inside an office but they are inside a pub where you come and chill out get drunk and high and work. My overall experience was bad and people may think i am lying about the fact it is not an office but its pub but it's a fact.. People smoke ganja and very often..

formal office if any work here then only visit here otherwise nope

It's really a great organization in noida sec 60, specially the HR of this organization is very much experienced and talented. In term of judgement for their candidates, they know their business ethics very well. They are polite in conversation but sincere with their work.
If I talk about the nterview rounds , So there were overall 3 rounds out of which two were main. Some people says that it takes too much time, if you go for an interview here, I do agree with the words but there may be a reason because there are large number of employees. If you are excellent, good or avrage in english communication and use correct grammatical sentences, So you can easily try for the interview. Pay scale of iEnergizer is very good from the other companies in noida and salary also credited exactly on time. Everything is very good except one thing which I couldn't understood.......... That is serving the resignation Or asking for resign from your TL .....???......... You may be lucky if your Team leader accept your notice period request request on time according to your need.

One of the best company to join. It is a pure BPO company and has more then 40 process which make it one of the biggest BPO in Delhi NCR.

Seniors are biased with no knowledge at all and they will pretend as if they know everything.just worked here for 6 to 7 months and i got out from this hell.One thing more this company will waste ur 12 hrs to 14 hrs daily in total.

Number 1 haunted place in Noida, UP. However, never experienced anything in last 1.5 yrs. Has the largest infrastructure fir BPO, KPO, and other outsourcing businesses. Also, one of the largest employer too.

One of the largest one place bpo i have ever seen.it has thousands of employees working for hundreds for national and international clients.very large in space and has swimming pool basketball court.gym etc

My sister passed away and I had to go home and since I couldn't go back to job cause of issues regarding transportation because of Covid 19 situation, they kicked me out and didn't provide my salary as well. They didn't even say on hold, they directly denied to give me my hard work earned pay check. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

For fresher, ienergizer is the best company in bpo sector.
Good salary and more opportunities.
But some rule very strict.

Great place to work if you only care about money. Keep international process as your only priority else you are not going to enjoy the salary. Rest rooms are poor. Don't expect a team party as company believes in "Do work and get paid" policy.

You will be selected if you are going for interview they don't let you go empty just have to speak front of interviewer

They keep on hiring and they have many process. They don't provide transportation facilities but salary amount you may get what you want.

I ain't gonna rate 5stars but this company has made a big leap in a decade of blooming BPOs and has emerged as a great competitor to many established. They are currently running more than 50 processes successfully.
The organization focuses on laborious work rather than effective and efficient work they believe in hiring more quantity than quality but this keeps them ahead in this game as many companies are struggling to get the workforce and meet the client requirements for maintaining head count. BPO is one such industry where you don't think before switching, there are few companies who follow hire and fire policies which IEnergizer do not and at least respects an employee, they also re-hire their employees unlike many competitors, except you have committed something that is beyond forgiveness in terms of personal or professional behavior.
Hire and fire creates a pressure however a competitive environment but an unhealthy which is good for generating revenue but not employee satisfaction.
This organization basically pays it's employees salary on basis of time you spent in the premises which I personally think as a major drawback but at times proves to be worthy because not everyday is same for a person working in 24x7 shifts. The best thing is pay of course - what else does an employee seeks from an employer? Money money money......!
So coming to pay scale I would say it is higher than the competitors this company offers good remuneration even to freshers (this is a generic statement) pay is something which depends on process and also on your client (Within the lands or Overseas).Perspective about it may vary from person to person.
Premises: It is indeed like Humungousaur(if you are a ben 10 series fan you can probably relate to what I mean here). A real huge campus than one can think of that belongs to specific BPO in terms of area coverage. The infrastructure needs a bit of renovation from outside however is good from inside considering the number of employees working here not sure of exact number but they share it as is around 8.5k in total, fairly it is an un imaginable number for a BPO.
Coming to the crowd you'll find people of various age groups- those who have just finished their schooling to people who have pursued MBA and B. tech working as advisers/executives and at various other levels. The workforce is mixed and you can find people from the age of 18 to those who crossed 40 working as representative/ adviser voluntarily and are earning fairly huge sums of money in comparison to renowned professionals and hence I feel people don't find it hard being a part of this organization even with such degrees and Professional courses. The organization also offers you courses such as six sigma and provides certification which is one advantage which a growth oriented employee would never overlook.
Services: They offer services similar to other BPO's but the quality is kinda okay to me not as good as compared to their competitors specifically the cab service and the meal.
Who cares when you are paid enough to afford and buy goods/services for life than for a time until you're inside the premises.
The only disadvantage I personally feel is the working hours you need to spend 10hrs in the premise no matter what in some cases it is 9hrs and 6 if you're doing part time job. Once you have punched your card you can't move out of the premises unless you have given 10hrs or whatever is assigned to your process. In case you do- you need to have manager's approval and yet at the exit gate you will be asked 10 questions. That's kinda funny every person has their own swag. Be it a gaurd, janitor, cafeteria vendors or the employees.

Working here is good experience... this is the highest paid company all over noida

This is an outsourcing company.
This recruits the people and assign them in various call centres customer support.
Like Hyundai motors, Samsung, ken etc.
This is very huge campus. And employees are interchangeable also from one customer support to another.

Pros

Salary is always on time without deduction if you are regular.
If you are in a international Emailing/Zendesk process, liffe is chill Less work.
After office hours no body is going to question you anything.
Higher Management is supportive.

Cons

Very poor salary for some domestic processes.
If you are in a international Chat/ Call process Expect a hectic work life.
Parking is always an issue and its a big issue than you may be expecting.
Cafeteria is very poor as per the hygiene and quality.

Advice to Management

It would be great if you provide a parking inside the campus.
Cafeteria need to be bigger in size and also quality and hygiene must also be paid interest.
It would be great if you could provide a coffee vending machines for some esteemed processes on floor as we work our heart out in night shifts.

iEnergizer is a company where you can get salary on time, Good canteen, Big Walking green area and Good incentive for sales and If you smoke then here is a Smoking Area inside.

But this company is having very tight rules.

You cannot go outside office premises before off. If you enter in office premises and punch your I'd then you can go out after 9 hours. You need to punch on time if you come late more than 5 times than you will not get Attendance incentive which is around 15-20% of salary. The 2nd floor of this building is haunted so it has been closed with cement. You must go-to washroom in group. You can google for more info.

Its a haunted place in noida. earlier it was a shoe factory after after some time there was fire in the factory due to which its haunted

This is hub centre for custmer service, but not provide any facelity for employee i.e. employee purchese coffie or tea

Ienergizer is a poor company they don't have money so they use to deduct from employees salary each month for data pack without any reason and they will not provide information about it....

1.Best place for the fresher job seekers, 2.Interview process is a bit time consuming,
3. Very hygienic place with a good environment,
4. Staff is also very supportive.
5. English speaking is mandatory, but there are some hindi processes too you can try them once.

Paid parking is cons here and the company is for freshers not for experienced people. HR are are quite arrogant. Long queues for interview. Long hold time. No proper management in HR. Either you are waiting from 3 hours for first round. No cab facility.

Salary date is 7th of every month. They fire people if certification is not cleared by the candidates after job training. Certification is a test they carry out after training completion. The duration of the training ranges from 1 to 4 weeks depending on the process. They don't pay any salary until certification. Attendance incentive is included in the in hand salary and it's not paid for first 2 months. They can fire you at any point without showing any reason.
They also forcibly keep candidate's original docs for 3 months so that employees can't abscond.
They deduct headset cost and other expenses from employees' salaries.
100 to 200 people are interviewed at their premises on a daily basis.
Campus is really big as compared to other bpo companies.

Worst company in every perspectives .. They don't give salary , they will ask u for Over time but they will not provide u amount for that, even salary also .. Don't go for this company ever .. worst company .

A good company which is providing employment to lakhs of people but one thing is wrong here that is they include all the incentives in salary and then offer the candidates which confuse the candidates.

Company is marvellous but their HR's are really abnormal ,insane and crazy . I don't understand why they were hired as HR .
I tell you my experience couple of days ago I went there for an international process interview .
In interview asked me a simple question
What you did yesterday ?
As I answered I have only said two lines . On the basis of two lines he told me your English is not compatible for an international . Therefore you are hired for domestic process .

But I tell you all " What was the reason?"
In my resume it was written that I am fresher and as per my resume that insane guy judged my and hired me for domestic process.

Salary package is very good but work environment is not up to the mark

This is really a best place for job seekers but I really didn't like Salary and leave rules.

I got shortlisted and was selected for Sprint chat process(Nuance) with a 2yrs of experience as a Sr. Executive CS I was offered package of 35k and gradually to my surprise salary went down to 24k.

This place is good for the fresher's to start their career as a tele caller for their progress in BPO,customer care,call centre and IT sector for Dominos,PayTM,Amazon,Flipkart in a salary of 15500 but will get 9500 in hand ,and 2000 charged for a headphone in starting,which is not a good thing about any reputedly company. And it's location is also too much far from the main road of Mamura Mandi at Noida Sector 60. And they aren't gonna provide u any Cab facilities.

Great place to work but interview crowd is worst. Nearly 300 or above people are there for interview everytime maybe because the company is good for freshers and all other youngsters. Good environment , huge parking and canteen is also good. Staff at the gate are also good.

Worked here for the past few months and trust me this is one of the worst f*****g workplace you wanna be in. It's really horrible, your salary is deducted because of the faulty computer system which shows u r absent even though u r present. The company is ever ready to deduct your salary.
