Personnel quite incompetent and very burned by working conditions, for my work I have had to deal with these people and I do not recommend it at all, all are operational problems, in a company that is supposed to give some guarantees of success. Their machines cost us money with all the stops and breakdowns they produce, poorly designed and poorly manufactured.
