i love this place good for the freshers . the environment is too good . even they organize games , events to engage their employees and make them feel proud to be a part of Ienergizer

Worst Place to work.
Unprofessional environment.
Strict hours.
You can't take leaves here, You need to die first before taking the leave.
Strict break hours.
You need to do overtime daily.

Ienergizer is located very far away from the airport. It is a good place to work with security of staff. There are lot of other offices in the same area owned by the same owner. Ienergizer is great company to work with for freshers having less experience as they give you well deserving salary unlike other multi national companies.

Ienergizer having more than 40 processes and giving employment to approx 1500 people in a same building.
even they gave good space but not allowing their employees to park vehicle in premises.

Because this company every achieve completed your own and your aim

It is fully bpo company but they provided good package compare to others in Delhi ncr

There are lots of gaming processes here to work for, so if you're looking for a gaming BPO company, this might be the one for you. Although, the organisation has over 12k+ employees and they are hiring most of the time so obviously the place is crowded most of the time and it's a big company as there are lots of processes such as Samsung, MakeMyTrip etc. The Food they provide is moderate and not so good, sometimes you might want to skip the meal they provide and bring your own lunch. The gaming processes are the only good international processes here and if you're looking for a international processs you should go for EA, Rockstar etc. Also the cab facility is expensive and bad here so it's better to travel on your own

Bpo with a huge compound. Great gym, swimming pool and badminton court. Nice place to work. But growth opportunities are limited.

The HR people are pathetic. They behave like kings and queens. They don't show respect to other people. Give respect to get respect. They always treat other like mad dogs. They got a job that they are not supposed to get it. They will always find a way to show off their power. In short, They are bunch of F**** rude people.
Bad politics inside and Too much show off attitude in the environment.

The free food sucks. Rs.2000/mth deducted from sal. for pig food.

The sanitation in urine sucks. Always dirty. All superior have different access to their rest rooms. Which is not fair, if its all as one, things will be better because of them. That they missed. (If any iE mgmt sees this, take this sanitation important)

If you thought of joining iE, know this...you are gonna be working like ROBOT...you are 50% giving up the happiness of you life.

there are Unfit people becoming team leader, trainer .....

Working hours---- 10hrs. (ie. 1hr dinner)
travel time from Delhi will be around 1:30x hrs (ie = 3hrs trave going & back) Don't expect traffic will be kind to you. It sucks.
1hr for running around for cab( ie, 1/2hr each both side)
There you lost 14hrs.....
You sleep 8hrs ( 14+8=22hrs) 24hrs - 22hrs = 2 hrs. Remaining

you won't sleep as soon as you reached your home.
that....we both know that....
so you will be having only....MAX ....01-02hrs for other and your LOVING family whom you work for.
They may offer you high sal, but calculate the sacrifice you have to make comparing your previous job.....think is it worth it ..!!??

Tip:: Parking fee is there. Rs.20/day.
(Transport allowance- Rs.4000/mth)

Very unsupportive management.here human value doesn't matter only work at any condition.they don't take their cl at ur bad or good time.Like u r ill suddenly and call to their tl that I can't come next day and ur cl is available however they said that come to office and then they after examining they allow to leave.

Biggest mnc that i know across delhi ncr in terms. Of no. Of employees. It has around 8000 employees working across 45 processes. It provides services to all Major e-commerce players in India..

Everything is good there except 6 days working and not allowed to go out side in office hrs (Your staffing)

One of the worst company to give interviews. If you can wait 4 to 5 hours for your first round of interview and you don't understand value of your time then you can go there. I went for an interview there . I had to wait 4 hours for first round of interview. The interviewer asked me to read on one sentence , after that she said my language has mother tongue influence and told me to go because I was not shortlisted. Being a citizen of India, I born and brought up in here , studied here it's self and work also here then how can my language like a US or UK . They don't have sens of humor even they don't understand value of candidates time who are waiting around 11 am for interview.
A candidate did B.Tech ,they were offering him Domino's process with 14 K CTC .
Is this wright thing they are doing.
Instead of taking interview , All HR person gossip with others.

Hy, this is a very bad bpo company, i work with here 6 month, very badlly salary issu, if u want one leave so your dection 250 hundreds par de in your salary, I hate this BPO....

They have thousands of candidates even in lockdown who are looking for jobs, so they only select cream over them, if you're extremely good in communication skills so you can visit, otherwise don't try it or you'll waste your whole day, and if you're extremely good at communication skills why would you choose this company?? There are a lot better companies in NCR like IBM, Concentrix, IFS, so avoid this,
And still if you wanna go let le tell you that nearest metro is "Noida sector 59" blue line, best of luck

Known as call center, thousands of people work here , its open 24x7 tight security. They have their own parking.

ienergizer is a blacklisted company.Guys its better to join any other start up company but always remember this is a blacklisted company. ienergizer companies experience never get counted in any company. If you go to other company for interview they will count you as among the freshers, No doubt you have 3-6 or 10 years experience but they will count u as a freshers as ienergizer is a blacklisted. So be mind before applying for this company. Dnt waste your time in ienergizer. Guys dnt think I am paid, to comment on this as its a blacklisted company.. I wrote what is truth and if you dnt beleive go to other BPO company and tel them about this ienergizer they will directly say you they wil count you as a fresher so if you wanna destroy your future and life then go this this company....

worstest place ever.they are very rude they behave like they are buying u for 11k.not good environment and also they prefer female candidate over male...if u r less qualified but u r a female then u will get selected...no value for skill and qualification

Wrost policy in training period no salary. How can employee survive.only dish TV is there.they offers only 10
all candidates.and policy is Wrost. No cab facilities. Then how can candidates manage late night shift.

Went for interview here. Totally wasted my day .they do mass hiring and interview will be finished in 2 minutes...got the offer but i declined that after looking at the working culture and the low package they offering

I am part of this wonderful organisation. Process of mmt.....really good opportunity to learn many more thinks. .....if i talk about my process there is n number of lobs... lot's of thinks to learn. Like products,level of service, way to work,travel plans..over all good environment to work...

Working condition best, if you're in Chat process. Bpo callings/Domestics calling could kill your hearings capacity, as you'll be enforce to take calls after calls, calling shift best for full night hours (night shift). Low call flow.

This company is very good for freshers. salary package is also very impressive

Offers best in market salary. One of my friend works here.The salary always gets credited on time i.e on 7th of every month.

First of all if you have good communication skill than you will definitely get a good salery to both fresher and experience holder.
Secondly those all review which are giving below are base less..if you have cl el in you account you can use it without any issue..
And for extra leave you guys also know that none of the company management will tell you ha sure if you don't want to come office you don't come and same is hare they don't give extra leave easily but its not a big deal if you don't come to office for one or two days.only thing will happen is they will deduct the amount for days when you have not come to the office.
Thirdly you will get your salary on time 7th of every month
You might face a bit challenge for salary at the time of training bcoz u will get you first full salary only after you complete you training and get certified for the process.
Dekho yar thora uper neche sabhi company hota hai aur same isme v hai but ek baat jaan lo agar paisa chayai to ise best bpo koi nhi hoga bs apna communication skill sahi rakna.

Thing i don't like about this company is the smoking area , they have a specific area for smoker but over all if you need a job then definitely go there fresher's will surely find the job and if you're fluent in english then it's a best place to work for bpo .

The best thing about IENERGIZER is they are one of the highest paying company in noida for customer support. Also known for it's haunted stories but I haven't experienced anything haunting here ever. Also this organisation is NOT BLACKLISTED.

Nice call centre not like other call centre they pay according to your ability and no late payment.
