I got shortlisted and was selected for Sprint chat process(Nuance) with a 2yrs of experience as a Sr. Executive CS I was offered package of 35k and gradually to my surprise salary went down to 24k.
Horrendous management
Bias culture, politics,unprofessional
employees to work with.
10 hrs of shift rotational week offs
45mins early pickup and after the shifts wait for another 45mins to deperature.
