I would suggest not to waste ur time in this company.. Thia company is good at cost cutting and for that thwy go at lowest level.

I have never seen such a pathetic employe satisfaction anywhere except IE.

They never treat their employee as a human being..
So i would suggest you guys to not to waste your time in this company n go for better option.. You have many MNCs like Genpact, Exl, Accenture..where you guys can learn n work with fun n great working culture.
