Carter miller is a fantastic salesman. He dealt with my constant emails and my budget. He gave me honest answers and did not try to pressure me at all. Due to my situation we lost out on one car and he was able to work out a great deal for the second. Once we chose the car micheal his partner made the buying process smooth. No upselling or pressure tactics. Usually after dealing with sales rep i feel like they are trying to be sharks and im a minow not here. This was the easist buying experience that i ever had.

They didn't honor a coupon from their own mailing, gave me a hard time about recall/warranty work (they wanted to charge a diagnostic fee when the recall notice from Hyundai specifically says there's no charge) and said my car needed several things done - one of which was a new drive belt due to cracking. I got a second opinion the same day and there was absolutely nothing wrong with belt. After reading previous reviews, this is not the first time they've recommended unnecessary service.

We just leased our fifth Hyundai--three Sonatas and two Elantras. We trade them in every two years, and have enjoyed them very much. When we decided to give up our minivans, we had no time to "shop" for new vehicles. Joe Williams came to our rescue, bringing a car to our home, and all paperwork was done here.
I compare them favorably with my vintage Rolls-Royces Silver Spurs (my overgrown sport cars) which I only drive locally, in terms of comfort and handling. I like them so much, that I call them my "little Rolls-Royces." The newest Sonata is a dream to drive, and the 2017 Elantra is so responsive. It is heartening to see how the company has listened to customer suggestions to improve the cars each year. What delights me is the great breaking, cornering, and acceleration, along with wonderful fuel efficiency. On our long trips between Florida and Maine, I used to have problems with back support issues. Never in the Sonatas, and this year I may take the sporty Elantra, which has unbelievably comfortable seats and outstanding maneuverability and visibility (the new touch screen makes backing up so easy...I have a challenge backing into mailboxes and other objects, so this clarity and more "close up" scale is really helpful).
I cannot say enough for Joe Williams keeping us in these cars with the utmost courtesy and respect. He is a super star, and we are so very grateful for the way he has met our needs with very good deals. The service department has been excellent, but Joe is "the man" that has made eveyrday driving in affordable luxury possible for us.

I never look forward to buying or trading cars. But this experience, my first with Hyundai of Wesley Chapel, was actually fun. My sales person took the time for me to be sure I selected the best car for me, and went WAY beyond standard service to make getting my car back for an unexpected recall service painless for me with a complicated schedule. Looking forward to my first scheduled maintenance visit.

Hyundai of Wesley Chapel really treats you like family! Bob Zvonchenko goes above and beyond to put you at ease and find the perfect vehicle for you and your needs and financial goals. Managers Kevin Lin and Steve Gordon are also amazing. They are very hands-on and kind and have exceeded all of my expectations of the car-buying experience. Brad Wernsing in finance is also incredible. Very nice guy who clearly cares about his customers and works hard to get them the best terms and protection possible. I bring all of my family and friends to Hyundai of Wesley Chapel and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend.

If I could give you zero stars or below that would fit. Received a letter regarding turning in my Hyundai Santa Fe as "We have depleted our used car inventory" I called and spoke to Josh. He said absolutely. I pulled your sale and we can certainly get you into a new car. Please come in today. I explained I was on my way to another dealership with another auto that I needed to turn in as the lease was soon to be up. "Don't bring it there I can help you here with that auto." I said I already had an appt. but I would do nothing till I saw him. I will text you when I am on the way. I said Please do not waste my time as I know there is still a few years on this lease if you can't do anything that's fine because I am not going to die if I don't turn in the car. No I assure you it will work. After going to the first dealership I texted Josh a map of where I was and said I am on the way. I received a response "Sounds good"
I arrived at the dealership Josh said " I am too busy too work with you today but let me find someone else." A gentleman who was very knowledgeable and helpful proceeded to help As josh pulled paperwork out of his pocket on several different buyers He said I have papers all over and I am very busy. My response was "Don't let it go to your head" He ignored me and continued on. After no less than 4 hours there was no way this was going to work for either car. So did you close your eyes when you pulled the previous sale or are you just blind? Perhaps you think I am just that dumb that I would not realize a jump in payment from $500 to $900. I have had in the past repeated problems with the service dept. that had been resolved so I was willing to try again. I did not have to come there. I said please don't waste my time several times. This was a ploy to have me come through the door. It did not work. You had a salesman waste his time when he could have been making money. So you messed up my day, my husband's day and another salesman potentially lost money because you are way too impressed with yourself. Josh you have a lot to learn about dealing with people. You have again replaced the sour taste I have had for this dealership. You will never get any business from me in the future. I have given your dealership more chances than I should have and will no longer give the opportunity to your dealership in the future to service my needs. My time is valuable and I do not appreciate my time being wasted by you. I was in no hurry or need to repurchase any vehicle. There was no need for me to come in. Thank you so much for wasting my time. You are a horrible salesperson and if you continue this path I promise you will be looking for a new line of work. You have reinforced the shadiness that your line of work portrays. You my friend are not to be trusted. .

Buying (and trading in) a car has been a long and stressful process for me in the past but this was the best and easiest experience I've ever had. I drove away in something that was totally "me" and they were able to cater to my preference and deliver on everything I was looking for. The finance office fought for me to get a good rate and literally everyone I met there treated me like a friend, was extremely communicative and transparent and truly made me feel like they valued my business. I look forward to getting my car serviced here in the future because they totally won me over and I wish I'd come to them when I bought my last car as well, would have saved me a lot of heartache!

This is truly a wonderful place to buy a car! My whole family had a wonderful experience. The staff was accommodating, understanding, and personable! I worked closely with Sonia - ask for her when you go! She is so friendly and helpful. She made me feel comfortable even though I was buying a car for the first time. Sonia also remembered speaking to me on the phone and really cared about what I was looking for in a car.
I'm very happy and excited to make new memories in my great new car!!!

We were very strict and let our associate Sobhit know that we had a budget and had to stick with it. Himself and a few other employees worked with us and we walked away with a brand new car. I was very impressed with everyone there and never felt the slimy sales associate feeling you normally get at car dealerships.

I decided to come to this dealership based on the photos. The place was clean. Bathroom stalls were in order, no lingering odors. I came to get a recall service update on my vehicle, and they had me in and out within the hour. However I will say, I'd be more nice if I was acknowledged as soon as I walk through the door.

I have a bumper cover that didn't fit from soon after purchase. The cover never stayed in place and was lost. I bought all the service package including paint and body and they tolde since it was lost they couldn't replace it. We're talking a $5 or $10 part that never fit. I could have been a happy customer instead of being an upset one. My car has 5000 miles on it with a hole iny bumper. They didn't see to care about customer satisfaction.

I had been looking around for almost a month trying to decide exactly which SUV I wanted to trade my Camaro in for as an upgrade. Scott Goldsborough made my decision easy! He was by far the nicest salesman I have ever worked with, and went the extra mile to make sure I got the exact vehicle I wanted for the price I needed. I've been a dedicated Toyota owner for years [9 since 2003] and was a bit skittish about moving away from them. Salesman Ron Lively was patient and kept me updated on the final arrival of the 2019 Elantra Sport; being sure to get me EXACTLY what I wanted. Between Ron and finance manager Nicholas Heiden, my brand switch was painless and a pretty good experience for my family and I [we love cars]. We are so impressed with Wesley Chapel Hyundai my youngest will be purchasing in a few months.

I bought a certified 2013 Sonata Limited Turbo from Hyundai of Wesley Chapel. My sales person was Tom Dosset. I must say that my experience was truly a wonderful one. Tom was extremely professional and accommodating. He was very knowledgeable on all of the special features on my Sonata and extremely patient and precise when showing me how to operate the blue tooth, navigation system, voice command, and all of the other whistles and bells. When it came to the transition of sales to financing, he did not abandon me like many sales people are famous for doing. He stuck with me until I was ready to pull out of the lot with my new car!

Sticker price online was $11,956. Plus $1,000 for our trade in. That takes it to &10,956. My man came out and said the car would be over $14,000 with their dealer fees and taxes and what not. but could do $13,000. Car has stains on seats and sealing. Numerous Scratches on paint. Broken front fender where someone apparently hit a curb. When my wife asked about the military discount he stated that s only for new cars. Who the hell gives a discount to the military but limited to certain things. You either respect the military and you provide a discount or you don t. I recommend looking elsewhere.

Ron, the GSM has always treated my partner and myself with great respect during every visit. He even remembers us by name. Alan followed through with everything he promised. Got my first Hyundai lease, 2020 Tucson.

My online experience with Bryan Jordan was a no hassle experience while obtaining the requested information.

At the same time I was working with Bryan I was also obtaining information on a 2020 Equinox from their sister store Chevrolet of Wesley Chapel. Bryan assured me that that was not a problem as both dealerships were owned by the same family and he would be happy to work with me. I let him know I was working with Joshua and I was leaning towards the Equinox due to the fact that I had a Malibu coming to the end of its lease and the end of year offers at Chevrolet where good for turning the car in early. Made an appointment to reviewing the offer on the Equinox and for a test drive. When I arrive at the dealership the salesman (Joshua)was working with another customer on their purchase. No big deal. As I was waiting I decided to go over to the Hyundai dealership to look at the Tucson and Kona that Bryan had provide quotes on.

When I got to the Hyundai dealership I was greeted by sales rep Felipe Alzamora. Explained to him that I was working with Bryan on two quotes and was wanting to look at the two vehicles. Felipe was more than accommodating to show me the two models and to give and explanation on the features and differences of each vehicle. After he did, he when to contact Bryan who as luck would have it was working himself with a customer who had an appointment.

Felipe gave me the option to wait for Bryan or he would be happy to pull up the offer and answer any questions and work with me to resolve any concerns I may have.

Over the the years I have leased may vehicles and have experienced the hassle of what was discussed via email was not what was now being offer once in the dealership. To my surprise, this was not the case, what Bryan and I had discussed via emails was exactly the offer in person.
Felipe went out of his way to work with Management to handle the early turn in of my Malibu with their Chevrolet dealership. The process was seamless. Felipe and I had a conversation on the concept that a happy and satisfied customer, will tell their friends how they were treated and will be a return customer. In some cases the opposite is true, as I can contest too.

For me, I have already spoken to my family about my exceptional experience. I was also pleasantly surprised with a personal email from Felipe (not a form letter) thanking me for my business and welcoming me to the Family

If only all car leasing experience could be like this. My thanks to all at the dealership for a job well done.

We leased a company car for our district manager and were told that we can turn in the car after a year without any issues and lease another car. Well turns out that the sales manager and the salesman have been fired because they did the same thing to countless other people(current sales guy told me that happened). So we were stuck with the car and had to purchase it because the dealership wouldn t own up to their ex managers promise and said it s your word against ours. Kudos for running a sleazy business. So now that I had to purchase the car, they want to charge me an extra $500 inspection fee and $699 dealer fee. These guys are crooks and I will never lease or buy a Hyundai ever again because of their practices.

Earl Kober provided great customer service. Found the car we were interested in online, called dealership, and spoke with Earl. He confirmed the details and we visited later in the afternoon. He had the car ready when we arrived. No pricing games. Very upfront and informative. We had two cars to trade in, and we were happy with the trade value. Chris in finance was equally helpful. He provided a better-than-advertised interest rate and better than our credit union. Paperwork was prepared quickly. Easily the best car buying experience we have had. Traveled over 50 miles from Manatee County.

"BEWARE" I bought 3 new cars there for my wife and...

"BEWARE" I bought 3 new cars there for my wife and 2 daughters in one day. They boast about the 10 year and 100,000 mile warranty it is not what they claim it to be. Because of this I was advised to buy a additional warranty so I paid thousands of dollars to get the cars totally covered with a so called bumper to bumper warranty. This was on cars that claim to come with a 10 year 100,000 warranty, I was then told they had to be serviced by Hyundai to keep the warranty in effect. About a month into it my daughters tire had a bubble in the sidewall we took it in and were told the tires were not covered, not even from the tire manufacturer, so I had to buy a new one from the dealer because it was a very odd size that my guy at Kaufman couldn't easily get so I paid top buck. Today my other daughter got a flat at school in Tallahassee and noticed there wasn't a spare tire, she was just told from the dealer that a "SPARE TIRE' was a option the salesperson should have mentioned but didn't, so she had to get the car towed. If I was dumb enough to buy a warranty that was supposed to be included I am sure I would have bought a spare tire or got upset and walked out which now I realize I should have.

Ron was so nice, made the whole process easy and stress free. Every person we encountered there was so friendly and nice. Scott was great showed me all the cool features in my new car. After walking out trying to negotiate with Brandon Hyundai, I contacted Wesley Chapel Hyundai via email. Michael Scheu responded. We exchanged a few emails during which I told him exactly what we wanted in the deal. He agreed, I confirmed the details just to be extra sure (including a trade-in value), and it was done. I was fully expecting something hassle when we got the dealership, but it didn't happen. Super easy to deal with. The finance guy that handled the paperwork did the usual sales job on the warranty stuff but wasn't pushy. All-in-all, it was an excellent experience: we got the car we wanted at a price we believe was fair. We would go back.

BUYER BEWARE! These people run Spot Delivery Scams! This scenario is EXACTLY, point for point, what happened when we tried to purchase a used car from this dealership a couple of weeks ago. We traded in a car and they talked us in to trading in on the spot. We signed the paperwork and took the car home. 7 Days later, they called back stating that there was a "snag" in the loan. They wanted a co-signer and $3,100 more dollars. My partner went back and refused the extra or co-signer and ended up driving home in the old car. Not knowing about this scam. When she got home, we found numerous links on Lemon Law describing the Spot Delivery Scam (look it up). And it was point for point, exactly what happened at this dealership. If these people call you back to ask for a co-signer or more money down, it is ILLEGAL! We didn't find out until too late. We WILL BE reporting them. Very shady!

I can't begin to express the great experience I had at Wesley Chapel hyundai. Shobhit Jain was so patient and did everything he could to make sure I was a happy and satisfied customer. The finance department was terrific as well as they did everything to assure I got the best deal possible. I cannot reccomend this dealership enough. It was the most pleasant experience I have had in almost 50 years of buying vehicles.

I highly recommend this dealer they not alone work with you on the price but very Friendly and make you feel at home CHRIS LACROIX one of the use car car sales guys is one of the best sales person I have ever experienced at a dealer was on point on everything he talked about made sure the car was detailed and went through service always checked in and called to make sure I m happy with the car his biggest goal was to make sure I like the car I was buying not just trying to make a sale I highly recommend going to him if your looking for a car to buy i will definitely come back for my wife and kids cars.

Kamal the sales guy was very nice and informative. He is the reason for the 2 stars. Me and my wife selected a vehicle on their website and went to test drive. We loved the vehicle and was ready to purchase. Upon inspection of the vehicle we noticed the Passenger side headlamp assembly was melted in a certain spot. I agreed to purchase the vehicle if the headlamp assembly was fixed. The sales manager then sends Kamal out to tell us that in order to have it fixed we would have to pay 60% of the price of the new headlamp assembly....... Pay for a part for a vehicle that I don t even own??? No thanks........ The sales Manager Matt comes out to stop me from leaving to tell me that he can t fix the part and lose money on the car. I told him that he obviously loved this car way more than he loves my money and that he could keep the car. Not even mentioning that this is a $30K Certified Pre Owned vehicle that they are trying to sell this way!!! You also pay $1500 at this dealership for a CPO vehicle.

Long story short we found the EXACT same vehicle at Jenkins Hyundai in Leesburg. Received much better service and a better price! The only thing I can thank Matt the sales manager for is making my decision NOT to purchase from Wesley Chapel Hyundai so easy!

The initial sale went smoothly, and I had no real complaints. However, the next day I received a call that I needed to return to sign some more papers, which seemed unprofessional, but I was able to go out of my way to sign them. The real problem was after I gave a customer service review. I gave what I thought was a positive review (8 and 9 out of 10's for most categories) to my salesman. I called him after the survey to talk about the car, and he complained to me about how I didn't give him a good review. I was very taken aback. He told me he would not be getting a bonus or a raise because of the terrible review I had given him. This is the most unprofessional conversation I have ever had with a car salesman, what kind of salesman speaks to a customer this way? Again, I had initially thought I had given a positive review! I am angry and appalled at how I have been treated. Had I not already signed a lease there is no way I would do business with this person, or this dealership.

Brought my very first car! Cameron attended me right out the door. I asked for a specific car, drove tested it & jumped straight into the numbers. Not shortly after, making the deal going into the financial office signing the papers w/ Nick. Quick, efficient & one very happy customer. Kamal T is such a great person, very welcoming, & knowledgeable. I literally came in that day just to get my car serviced and walked out with a brand new 2020 Tucson. Highly recommend this dealership! Ask for Bob Z for exceptional customer service and knowledge on the vehicle you are interested in. I recently leased a vehicle here and my son has just bought his first new car here! Bob took the time to explain and set up the car features/options and walked us through signing up for the apps. 5 stars!!!

Car was listed for $14,300 online. Hyundai Tucson 2017. Dealer fine everyone has that. Tax Tag and title fine we have to pay that. But reconditioning fee???? What a scam. They wanted $17,000 at the end.
