Hawkins Ryan Solicitors, Kings Lynn Review

As per coment above, do not use them. Over 6 weeks have passed since they became my solicitors and i haven't even received the draft conract. I dont even know who is dealing with my case. Appauling

Recently used Hawkins and Ryan for probate services. I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received from Andrew Stevenson.
Efficient, friendly, prompt and completely professional. We were kept informed and probate was achieved in a matter of 2 weeks. Excellent service from start to finish.
We are presently in the process of a house sale and conveyancing with Laura Backham at Hawkins, and I will review our experience of this process at a later date.
I would definitely recommend Andrew Stevenson services in dealing with probate. Thank you Andrew, for exceeding all expectations.

Extremely poor service. Absolutely no way to speak to anyone and ignored at all times. Purchased a property over a month ago and still have not been sent any information about it - this has jeopardised our mortgage and left us in an extremely difficult situation. PLEASE PLEASE heed these reviews and do not use this company under any circumstances. If I could give minus stars I would.

Let's face it - solicitors are one level below estate agents and car salesmen! But nice friendly helpful service.

Rachel Hepworth at this firm has been an absolute god send to me and my family. She is everything you would expect and want from a solicitor, professional, passionate, great communicator, knowledgeable and experienced. Brilliant 5 stars is not enough!

Would have preferred the option of giving zero stars! They don't follow instructions, and if you do get to speak to a senior partner be prepared for bullying and aggressive emails. And they were supposed to be acting on my behalf! Be warned, be wary and try elsewhere would be my advice.

Do not use them. You have been warned. They are unresponsive and never deliver on anything on time. Even when they get any paperwork completed, I feel like my 5 year old nephew would have done a better job. Forms were returned for me to sign without anything filled in. My name was spelled wrong on the documents. I am now taking on additional financial lose due to their delay.

Edit: The partners of the firm has taken over for the non-responsive individual. We are now making progress to getting everything completed.

I cannot thank the conveyancing department enough after a tricky sale of my late mothers bungalow. In particular Stella Anderson was always approachable and i felt secure in the knowledge that she was doing her best to move things forward. I also have found the solicitors dealing with my late mothers estate just as helpful and approachable. In particular the speedy winding up by Julie Sheldrake once the sale had completed. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

My family recently used Andrew Stevenson (Hawkins Ryan Solicitors) to handle my late mothers financial affairs, i.e. probate, bank accounts etc. What a very professional and friendly experience we received! Probate came through in two weeks and the financial aspects shortly afterwards. I cannot praise them enough through this difficult and emotional time for us, and do not hesitate in recommending Andrew. We currently have house conveyancing being handled by one of Andrews colleagues and if all runs as smoothly, I shall not hesitate singing their praises again!
