Worst Hyundai service department I've ever bin to....

Worst Hyundai service department I've ever bin to. Took my car in cause it had a raddling sound coming from driver side and they tried to tell me it was the fender liner broken nd was flapping on the right side causing the vibration... Definitely a bad diagnostic performed by their techs. I guess they focused more on adding reccomended fixes to add to the bill rather than actually finding the actual problem. I usually dnt make time to fix car issues on my own but after getting diagnostic results back it just didn't make sense to me. Inspected the car myself nd it Turned out to be a bad outter tie rod. Payed $60 for nothing. Like How could they have missed that.!? Might as well give me a job there. I Fixed it myself and saved a whole lot of money doing so.!!

I must say, my wife and I purchased a brand new, Hyundai Santa Fe (2020) a couple of weeks ago. The service manager (Nicholas Heiden) and sales representative assisting us (John) were absolutely out of this world. I would recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle from this dealership located in Wesley Chapel. The service, friendliness, and professionalism demonstrated by these individuals is outstanding!

If you want a dealer to make a painless purchase, free of pressure and friendly environment, this is the place, outstanding crew there, it is not about one person if you are lucky,No, it is about the whole team that work there, starting with DAWN, very helpful and communicative along the whole process, excellent costumer service experience with her,also she is very professional. KILE, our sale representative, very knowledgeable, very patient, we tried several cars and he was always helpful, no pressures at all, very friendly, outstanding experience compare with other dealers, SCOTT, our financial adviser, very patient,friendly, courteous,he always find the way to help you, no pressure with extra coverage wish is outstanding compare with other dealers,BOB was one of the team there that without any involvement in the transaction he offered to help my wife with the coffee maker, actually he made the coffee for her, THAT'S OUTSTANDING, BARBARA, another team member there, she prepared popcorn for my 2 Kids several times, very nice, I mean the list is going and going, I don't remember the name of all of them but I can say that every person in that team has a HIGH understanding of what customer service should be, thank you for everything and I will HIGHLY recommend this dealer to anyone.

Really bad experience. I brought my car in for an oil change ..called a couple of hours before closing and asked the service advisor if he could leave the keys inside my car because I was running late and would not be able to pick up the car before closing . He said sure I will do it right now. I mentioned to him that I was going to drive all the way and it will take me at least an hour to get there and recommended him not to forget because it was Friday and Monday was a holiday and we needed the car for the trip.. well he forgot to leave the keys so I drove all the way for nothing and ruined my weekend. We are human and we make mistakes I get that but he didn't even call to apologize .. he didn't even notice that the car wasn't even there because on Monday I used the spare key to get the car because my wife needed the car first thing on Monday. I called several times and left messages and he never returned my calls.. I had to speak with the service manager and ask him to mail the keys to us..to this day I am not sure what they did to my car.. the light they put on the report that they fixed is still on.. so really not a good experience

Great experience buying car and that's it. Service side of things is a joke. New car wasn't painted all the way, had to have tint redone 4 times(still subpar work). Lost keys on one visit, last visit they either intentionally or through neglect OVER filled my tires almost to the point of max capacity. Will never be going back to that location. Management and customer service are friendly but the worker quality is below average.

A huge shout out to Carter Miller! He listens and understands any problems I may have and will to go to bat for me. This is the second car I have purchased at Wesley Chapel Hyundai and with Carter Miller! Will return when there is a need. Slow purchase process, some of it my fault. They have another person there by the name of Scott G., who in my view should not be there! All the other people were great.

Oil change and tire rotation in about 40 min., and they DIDNT change my seat settings!(being 60and having back issues it's important to me to have the seat comfortable!) All the folks here are very professional and pleasant!

The Best Customer Service on the Plant

When you love what you do it shows. I am the type of customer that stays loyal to those that show how much they appreciate my business. Long story short, I purchased an Elantra 2013 in Nov of 2012 from my local Hyundai dealership in Wesley Chapel, FL from Joe Williams. Joe got me a fantastic deal and was more than helpful. This was my first car purchase in over 10 years of a new car. The whole experience was more than wonderful. I mean really wonderful they made me feel like I was family. A few months later, I had to bring my car in for a problem I had been having with my Blue Tooth. I was told that it was an issue that hadn't been determined by the main Hyundai Corporation. I was heart broken, upset over the flaw in my brand new car. Joe and Ron (The Main Man) decided they were not going to let this event dampen my feelings about having a new car. The dealerships offered to buy the car back and finance another brand-new car to rectify the situation. Only this second car was better than my first new car. This new car was an Elantra Coupe 2013 with bucket seats and twin pipes. Here comes the best part they financed me for a low 7.0 APR! The reason why this situation was so amazing was because the first new car I bought, I needed co-signer. On the second new car I was able to be on the loan all by myself for the same exact payment as the first new car! Yes! But, it gets better. So, I was over excited and drove my Elantra Coupe super happy that not only did my Blue Tooth now work, but I had all of the extra goodies for the same price. The next day I received a phone call from the dealership to come by to finish up a few things. No biggie - I figured. When I got to the dealership everyone was smiles, as I was. When I spoke with Ron (The Main Man) he told me to brace myself. I was terrified, thinking the bank kicked my loan back. Nope, the bank gave me an even lower APR of 3.9%. Since purchasing the first new car in Nov and making two payments, the bank decided to finance without the need of a co-signer. My credit score had improved dramatically. This was the reason for the extra paperwork. I am totally happy with my entire experience and would recommend Wesley Chapel, FL Hyundai to EVERYONE! So, go talk to Joe Williams and tell him I sent you! You will be so happy you did.

These people are really good in the maintenance department. The salesman I talked to said he would give me 9 thousand for my car, a 2016 Elantra, the blue book value says 97000 to 11000. The salesman lied, lol, just saying. Salesman lie.

Rude, poor customer service, unprofessional. I will tell you, you guys need to review your service department. I work in sales and service and know the meaning of customer service. Went in there on a warranty issue last week, person tells me network is down, can't check for warranty. They look at issue, tell me have to order item, get call next day that item is there. Make appointment, come in, and tech tells me part not in. Finally they go get part. Then they tell me n0 warranty. I have extended warranty, purchased it. Original guy told me he could see it. At end he was not helpful and wanted to send me to another manager. I am looking to trade in for new Santa February, but it will not be at your dealership

We went in to check out a CPO Santa Fe, where we were greeted promptly by Bob Z. He was very knowledgeable & was very patient in making sure our experience was amazing. The follow up emails were a big surprise & information that was provided was very informative. We ended up also working with John Demarco who was also top notch. These 2 gents definitely made us feel like family. Thank you Hyundai of Wesley Chapel!!!

I can t say enough about the service I had at this dealership Brian Clausen was awesome....he worked with me he was patient it took about 2 months I was looking for a car and he would email or text to keep me updated he was great.... great customer service I would recommend any and everyone to go see Brian...oh and I just bought my car Thursday and I love it thanks Brian

This was my first car shopping experience & Rob made it great! There was no pressure, he showed me multiple vehicles & let me pick what I want. Once the decision was made and we were waiting for all of the paperwork to be done, he was very hospitable & offered to make a fresh batch of popcorn - of course I said yes! Once the car was finished being detailed, Rob brought me to the car & helped me program my phone. If you re looking to buy a car from Hyundai, ask for Rob!

The service department is only looking to make mon...

The service department is only looking to make money. You have to bring back the car again and again for the same issues and always they want to charge you for something new. They blame the client for missing parts in the engine and they are the only one or working on it. They do an electronic alignment and the car pulls to the other side. They change the oil and the cars starts to make strage noises that they can not find.
Four days later my car is still in the shop. And I have a very expensive extended warranty that they always forget my car is 3 years old and has always been service by Hyundai. The funny thing is that they blame the " mechanic " for the problems...

Follow up.. 16 days later. (In on 3/27 - out on 4/10).. No aligment, a dirty car and back sit full of greased hand prints. By the way.. your service manager never followed up or responded to my messages or phone calls. Who is cleaning my back sit?? Or aligned my car? Please let me know. Thank you

I took my Hyundai into the Wesley Chapel Hyundai location for an analysis of what was causing the problem I was having. The service manager, Larry, and the mechanic, Nick, went above and beyond to make sure I understood what the problem was and the choices I had to solve it. I was pleasantly impressed and confident in their knowledge. I was also pleasantly impressed with the parts department person, Jared, that was so helpful also. It was the first time I've gone to any service and parts department and felt they cared.

Last year I had bought a sonata brand new, it had some problems so to make it right they gave me 15000 for my sonata when it was worth 12000 so I can get into a brand new 2016 sonata. They may have there flaws, like there service department, lol. That's a whole mother story, lol but they will make thing right. Thanks john.

This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. I can t say enough about the customer service. I actually drove 30 minutes to go to this Hyundai dealership because of the reviews and I will do all of my maintenance there even though I have a dealership very close to me. They were able to get me into the vehicle I wanted, with the payment I wanted. I will be doing all of my service there. I love my new car!

This dealership took advantage of an elderly family member, using aggressive sales tactics (Brody and Tamika) to get him to buy a car with $4000 in extra charges, while telling him the sale was conditional, and that he could review the contract over 2-3 days and then make changes, only to find out that once he signed, it was all a lie. Very bad practice.

Best in sales communication: never overwhelmed with phone calls, emails, and texts. I communicated with Scott and Joey via email and text. They swiftly & professionally responded to all of my questions until I was satisfied. During my appointment, they demonstrated the technology and safety features and helped me to get set up on Blue Link. These guys followed through on everything we discussed but went above and beyond to meet my expectations. Thanks for a positive car-buying experience, Scott and Joey! I ll be back!

If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would! Buying a car can be daunting.. which is why I put it off for so long. If I had known the team at Hyundai Wesley Chapel would have made it such as easy process, I would have done it months ago!! So helpful, responsive and reassuring. I worked with Scott & the online sales team & Josh in finance and I couldn't be happier with the outcome and my new Elantra!! Thank you!

These guys were pretty awesome. I went in to check out a Sonata and they did a lot to meet me where I was at on the price. At the end of the day, I did not end up purchasing from them (through no fault of theirs), but my experience was so good (I was working with Joe) that I wanted to make sure to recommend them and hope to work with them again in the future.
