i was there for Software development, not for ssc, ias, pcs etc.
in question paper there was 50 question but not any question related to computer science.
So tell me one thing what are hiring for?
for government Adhikaari or programmer?

Good organization but environment spoiled by few senior management. Actually they not deserve there posy. One start only for other member.

Interviewer attitude are not good
He asked useless questions and alway show bad reaction/response and he show your experience ego and demotivate you

It is a worst company I have ever seen in my career, No professionalism, Zero ethics. This company is not even stand for one star. They call you even for the hundred timed in a day for the interview, and didn't even inform you the result, if you will mail them, they will never respond or didn't even pick your call. HR is very unprofessional by their dressing, behavior, She didn't even know how to talk with the people.
They call you for the interview by saying, this opening is for Canada location but I think they didn't even have a single local project.
Don't go.. Worst Company, If U HAVE TIME TO WASTE SO U CAN GO!!

Now Hytech come up to high standards as per my latest visit, It's become the 2nd home for Developers and Salesforce customization. Refreshments, fun activities and respect to individual is appreciated here.

Some old infrastructure but nice to learn new skills

They call the candidates and take time too much for interview and don't declare the results

We delivered a clear and concisely written set of product requirements, along with supporting wireframes. One month into the process, the Hytech team was still asking questions that communicated a clear lack of understanding of the basic requirements in our product.

We even delivered a video of our working web application, with it's expected behaviors clearly demonstrated.

They still didn't understand. Language barrier aside, the understanding barrier was way, way too high. We also did not receive a single weekly statement of work completed from any of their PM's or developers, even after repeated requests that this be provided each week.

A month later, we had to ask for a refund on our contract, and as of yet (3 weeks) have not received any meaningful response back.

I cannot recommend working with this vendor.

Working here is a life changing decision. Started off with little skill and was provided with opportunity to reach a level which if not highest but is equally challenging. Different types of clients National and International clients across geographies give a good exposure to different software solution designing and ideas. Happy to share references.

Unprofessional company call you for interview ..never update result..worst infrastructure ..want a bound of one year

Worst experience, They called for interview and told me it wound take 2 hour and would take 2 round of interview only. But when I went there for interview. They took 4 round and in second round with project manager they told me about my communication skill not as per there requirement. They know about my offers from other company and my package. They offer me low package equal to my current one. If I am not eligible according to project manager why they offer me same package? Why they waste my time if in second round they got I am not as good as they want in communication? They have bond of one year as well. How they think someone with good offer can work there with bond and low salary.

Bad infra. Along with doubting HR and Recruiter. Way beyond in technologies implementation.

Demanding money from freshers in the name of training, don't join this fake company

The ENTIRE team at HyTech is COMPLETELY USELESS!!! If you want your project to run over time and budget....feel free to waste your money!

They quoted our project to take 4.5-6 months to complete from signed contract to 100% completion. We fired them after almost 18 months. The project was still not completed at that point.

We spent 3hrs per call 3 times a week for over a month with 2 developers for Elaboration. 50% of what was discussed during Elaboration was never properly communicated to the actual developers. They even admitted there was a communication breakdown between the elaboration team and development team, but never did anything to make it right on our end.
Example: Our site has a points system in place that rewards users for activity. They built point accumulation just fine, but never wrote a single line of code where a user can make use of those points. When I brought it up to them during ALPHA and GAMMA releases, they assured me it would be there for us to see during BETA release. When it wasn't there during BETA they told me it would now be a Change Request and would cost a few thousand dollars for them to include it.

They do ABSOLUTLY NO testing on anything they built. They would build what they thought was acceptable, would release it to us and we would find common sense mistakes that their "testing team" should have discovered and fixed before it our eyes ever got on it.

The last round of fixes was quoted by them to take 1.5-2 weeks. It took them over 2 months and it STILL WASN"T RIGHT.

The list goes on!

PLEASE...PLEASE...PLEASE...DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE GUYS!!! Your blood pressure will double and you will spend your vacation money on medicine to fight the migranes you will get from the stress they will put you under because of their incompetence!!!

The process of interview and behaviour of hr is awesome

Have to provide a star , just to write my grievance about the organization, Non- ethical , non professional organization to work with, could ruin your mental and physical ability, Please don't join this organization. Its a serious review. Please consider before choosing your career path.

My rating is 1/5, They are very good in bringing the candidate on the table for the interview but once you done with the interview they will not bother to update you regarding the feedback.

Also i found them bit insecure as they will not allow you to join without singing the 1 year service agreement in which you have to accept that you will not going to leave the company for the next 1 year. its a mid size company of around 150 to 200 employees and they target the small startup companies in US to sell their IT who are in the market from lats 4 to 5 years and they want to grow.

No cabs and meals also the HR seems bit unprofessional as they play with the words and give illogical reason for the rejections. My overall experience was below average.

Office entry is from behind the building, so that seems weird. Moreover, its in the basement so there s some weird mild smell. Building seems dated and it reflects in the paint and warnish. I had went for an interview there, but given that I came from a MNC background, my first opinion itself was a big no. We didn t talk any further anyway. Do read the reviews on glass door before you go head over there for an interview!
